Lately, it seems to me that the actions of almost all Western nations illustrate how they will strain at a gnat but swallow a camel. The Russians, for example, were eager to clean up and move on in 1991 but the midgets who run the West but the historic opportunity to put the Cold War behind us was ignored and instead we saw the greasy slow eastward crawl of NATO according to said agenda. There are indeed different considerations in real estate transactions but I do think it’s not just bluffing that gets deals done.
