There should be no such thing as a national currency or even national money. With gold and silver minted in specific units of weight, the weights can be a universal measure for buying and selling. A car could cost 20:10:0, for example. 20 ounces of gold and 10 of silver. No more currency conversions, arbitrage, etc and most importantly, gov’t out of the money business. No one would care who minted the coinage as long as it’s weight and purity are assured and that can be done with measurements, trusting no one.

We could store our metals at metals holding facilities and use the equivalent of a debit card for daily use. The metals never get moved, just their accounting entries for who owns what. That would be a digital money I could endorse and would kill off the reckless spending on wars and welfare.

I can envision only one way this country could be saved.

It would be for a serious reckoning of the truth about American history the last 100 years, let’s say. I mean a reveal of the ugly nitty gritty regarding alot of events we were lied-to about. Then, equally as important, any living perps need to be indicted and the trials and any executions of the top-level ones need to be televised. Really.

People will be shocked, angered and 10 other emotions about all of it but, they will deal with that in time. It would be massively cathartic and emblematic to average Americans who their actual enemies have been and the damage they have wrought.

Only then, could we begin again with some new ground rules and new leaders.

The election may have been stolen, but Florida had already stated that if the “hanging chad” debacle went any further, it would reconvene the Legislature to appoint the Electors. Their decision, either way, would have been irrelevant. The same could have happened in the 2020 election in the disputed states where there were Republican governors and legislatures.
