I am assuming win10 has a way to scale screens too. Already some weeks ago, I've gone through the pain to make two installations of Windows 10 for testing: ond Full-HD laptop and one workstation with 4K display. My general impression is that there is no fundamental difference to Windows 7 or 8.1. But I did not look systematically at Windows documentation, if there are additional APIs. Here is a fully bundled application of jEdit 5.3.0 that has been tested with many system and screen combinations already: http://isabelle.in.tum.de/website-Isabelle2016-RC0 Concerning Java AWT/Swing and OS dpi information for GUI elements, there is this interesting article about "HiDPI Graphics on Windows and Linux" (relevant for Java 9): https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8055212 That was pointed out by a friendly user of Isabelle/jEdit, see also the thread "Isabelle2016-RC0: HiDPI + Linux" on https://lists.cam.ac.uk/pipermail/cl-isabelle-users/index.html (the archive is a bit lagging behind the actual mailing list). Hello, Is it possible for a macro (or plugin action) to determine which keyboard shortcut was used to invoke it? Thanks for any tips. Jesse |
