You kept asking if the ICE agents obtain warrants before seizing suspects. A warrant is typically not required in public places and automobiles, where people have less privacy, when the ICE agent has probable cause to believe a crime was committed or the person he is about to seize is an illegal. It’s different when the Ice agent wants to enter a home or a business, where a warrant is almost always required before entering, unless there is consent to enter or an exigent circumstance like hot pursuit or to render aid.

In the case of the female who was shot three times. My view is, based on the videos I have seen – and I don’t have all the facts – ICE had probable cause to arrest her as she had committed a traffic violation (was blocking the street), but ICE was not justified in using deadly force because she did not pose a threat of serious harm to the ICE agents or third parties. (See Tennessee v. Garner).

One more thing. Your treatment of Michael on the topic was rather rude. I didn’t agree with him either on the ICE shooting, but I would never insult a guest by saying: I had a higher opinion of you…just because he has a different opinion.

The idea of taking over Venezuela for their oil seems ludicrous to me. The oil is costly to extract and difficult to process. More to the point, why wouldn’t we just trade for the oil, like we do with everything else from S. America, from coffee to textiles. We import their oil and export soy beans and corn in exchange. Seems a lot easier than taking out a country’s president.

Ron, I don’t know if you have seen the photos of Maduro in US Custody with many different outfits on. As if he changed his clothes a dozen times – all while under the custody of the US. What lawyers and legal scholars miss about the Wong Kim Ark case was that Wong Kim’s parents were, at the time of his birth, “domiciled residents of the United States, having previously established and still enjoying a permanent domicil and residence therein at San Francisco…”

The case was not about birthright citizenship to illegal aliens or other non-permanent residents. What complicated the case was, after Wong Kim had traveled back to China for a visit and before his return to the United States, Congress had passed the Chinese Exclusion Act. The Court did not spend much time discussing the Chinese Exclusion Act except to state that a law passed by Congress was inferior to the Constitution, and concluded with the following:

“[the court is presented with making the following determination of] the single question…whether a child born in the United States, of parents of Chinese descent, who, at the time of his birth, are subjects of the Emperor of China, but have a permanent domicil and residence in the United States, and are there carrying on business, and are not employed in any diplomatic or official capacity under the Emperor of China, becomes at the time of his birth a citizen of the United States. For the reasons above stated, this court is of opinion that the question must be answered in the affirmative.”

In short, the Wong Kim Ark case does not support birthright citizenship to illegal aliens but to permanent residents.

Seinfeld and Larry David realized after a couple of seasons that Jerry couldn’t carry the show all by himself, that the show couldn’t revolve around Jerry or it was going to be cancelled. Something seems fake/staged about it. Possibly paid actors or jews in Muslim clothing.

Kevin, I haven’t listened to the interview yet, but I wanted to take this opportunity to say how much better you’ve gotten over the past few years. I remember when I would cringe at some of your early “virtue signaling” comments in response to when E. Michael Jones was speaking truth to power on jews and the jewish question. You stopped doing that. You are a real joy to listen to on any topic and, as a side note, hope you can convince Alan Sabrosky to return as a guest.

I think jews are much greater than 2% of the U.S. population and, also, much greater than 25% of the Harvard student body.

If you count half, quarter and 1/8 jews, the U.S. percentage is closer to 15-20%.

In Harvard’s case, many “latino” students are listed as latino for DEI/affirmative action purposes but are in reality jewish, especially foreign students from places like Argentina and Brazil. Many “Whites” and some half and quarter blacks are also jewish. Further, the overwhelming majority of “atheist” students are jewish. I would say the percentage of jewish students at Harvard is closer to 40-50%.

EMJ has said that when you identify as “White” instead of “Catholic” or, to a lesser extent, by your specific ethnic background “Irish”, “German,” you have no rights or sympathy by the jew-run system that controls western and all anglophone nations. I used “lesser extent” because EMJ doesn’t believe most Americans can identify with any one ethnic background because most Whites are “mixed.” EMJ believes Whites are on stronger ground when they identify with their religion because the Constitution explicitly protects free exercise of religion.

I disagree with EMJ for two reasons. One, he is capitulating to jewish sentiments that “Whites” deserve no protection. Second, EMJ assumes that just because someone has two or more nationalities, they have no ethnic identity anymore and are thus of “mixed” race. No, that’s not true.

If someone is German on their mother’s side and Dutch on their father’s side, they are still White. If someone is Irish on their father’s side and Italian on their mother’s side, they are probably still White. I say probably because some Italians – southern Italians and especially Sicilians – are not White.

And finally, it is not clear where EMJ stands on Whites identifying as “American” and whether that is better than identifying by religious or ethnic background. I am not sure but I think he would prefer that strategy, though that lumps Whites in with jews, blacks, and other non-white Americans.

Rudevsky wasn’t bad. He had some interesting thoughts on how certain early events, whose political motives are not initially clear, plant the seeds for later psyops with their media/government narratives that the public buys into. He gave the example of how the Danish cartoon controversy in 2005 led to the Charlie Hebdo psyop ten years later. But Rudevsky citing the Kitty Genovese case was a stretch. And it was frustrating how he couldn’t name a single counter-factual from Miles Mathis’s article to the mainstream narrative or come up with an argument, after you kept pressing him and pressing him, on what the motive was behind the allegedly “fake” Genovese story.

The difference is that when a Muslim haggles, that Muslim is probably an immigrant who grew up in a middle eastern country where haggling was normal, but the second and third generation Muslim-American stops haggling. Taped to the door in the room I was in, a paper stated that to get your flu shots soon for flu season was coming. Then it mentions 3 things for you not to get vaccinated. One of them was if you have ever had Guillain-Barré . And I told him I did when I was young. He said then don’t get it. Ever. Hence why I never did anything as far as Covid was concerned. I have read how Covid has caused the same disease to pop up again. The only reason I survived was because of how young I was. The damage to my legs, regenerated and healed itself. If it had gone any higher in my system then I wouldn’t have been able to breath as well. Which is how alot of older people died or were permanently disabled. Anyone the reacted to the vaccines and ended up with Guillain-Barré either died or were crippled. Some even wearing leg braces. Usually these people were from 40 or older , some in their 30’s. There was an episode on the tv show, with Mike Wallace , I believe, 60 min. that had an episode about Guillain-Barré and all the cases that were happening. That’s how bad it got to where it became too noticeable to ignore that something was happening because of the vaccines. But even then the companies were trying to deflect and hide it.

1. Is it really the case that RFJ Jr is on ballot in only 8 states? Can someone confirm if this is true, because I thought he had qualified for the ballot in dozens of states? Maybe it’s the difference between being qualified and the state allowing him on the ballot.

2. I was hoping Alan would have described how RFK Jr could have better responded to the allegation that he groped the babysitter? Alan said something about boxing in the media or not giving them any room to maneuver with a better response. Curious what he meant by that?

I almost completely agree except for one point. I would question whether the “flu” is even real and if viruses – any virus – exist. People get sick for a variety of reasons with some combination of – poison, stress, lack of sleep, poor diet, lack of exercise – but the idea that we catch some invisible particle in the air that makes us sick and that has never been isolated and purified should be seriously challenged.

Why do assume Covid is real? Have you compared countries that went all in with the hospital measures – anti-virals, sedatives (fentanyl), and ventilators – vs. countries (many African) that did not implement any “Covid” hospital measures.

I heard a few people say the “Covid crazy” states like California and NY did no worse or no better than the more “Covid lax” states like Florida, S. Dakota, and most of the south.
