In the last thread, there were some comments criticizing the Conservative Treehouse.

The investigative work they did dismantling the BGI shakedown narrative of the Trayvon Martin scam and now the Ferguson circus has led many more people to read, evaluate and discuss the antics of the BGI grifters.

A large number of these new readers are still heavily indoctrinated by their exposure to Progressive re-education through the Progressive control of the public schools and national media that they are not yet at the place where they can accept that the issue with blacks and in particular, the correlation between blacks, violence and the low level race war has nothing to do with "racism". The journey to discovery to truth is different for each individual.

There are alot of commenters who want to use foul language and slurs, which do not help reach these "not quite there" people, because it makes it easy for these people to not listen to the actual message and evaluate facts (which, when the truth finally becomes known, is very very threatening to a lot of previously heavily indoctrinated people), but instead can dismiss EVERYTHING the commenter has said as "racist ranting", while ignoring the content of the message.

Over at Occidental Dissent there has always been a lively discussion about how to grow the movement and to reach those who "can not see" yet. Using slurs and language that indoctrinated people have been taught is "politically incorrect" will serve no purpose and do nothing to educate those who instinctively know the truth but are afraid to acknowledge because of the institutional brain washing.

Blogs like SBPDL, Those Who Can See, Unamusement Park, etc, which confront the reality of black dysfunction and criminality and inability to assimilate into any civilized Western society do a good job in part because they focus on facts and use language that isn't considered non-PC by the brainwashed. It makes it that much harder for the brainwashed to reject out of hand the knowledge being conveyed.

The Treehouse is attempting to do the same by focusing on facts and actions of the scam artists and grifters, using among their arsenal, ridicule, to make their points (such as calling the unholy alliance of Crump, Sharpton Natalie Jackson and their media enablers/coaches the "scheme team").

I don't think any purpose is served by firing upon our own. Anyone who is willing to reveal ANY of the truth about the real status of blacks in the civilized west should be commended and encouraged. Collective guilt and the brainwashing will continue if we don't, IMO.

Rather than quibble on differences I may have with various race-realist blogs, I focus on how I can support them, and spread their message, to educate those among us who are too afraid of reprisal to confront the reality of unresolvable black dysfunction. If we launch assaults on those blogs who are confronting and revealing the reality, then why would anyone who is watching this circle firing squad from the safety of the PC treeline venture out into the open?

The Virginia county we lived in for 15+ years flipped recently from majority white to majority minority (black and fresh from the border hispanic).

It didn't take very long after the first influx for the culture and appearance of the county to change. Where once people left their front doors unlocked and their engines running while they briefly ran into the 7-11, a new America was imposed on them – one where car jackings, armed robberies, rape and home invasions became more than just one-off events.

The first wave of blacks were the so-called "good" ones – the most accomplished grifters who had jobs in either the state or federal governments. They arrived for the "good schools" and "nice area" – not being self-aware enough to realize that the reason that the area was "nice" was because it was 98+ % white!

Quietly self-segregate where and when possible as the first step. Reject any expansion of "public" services where and when practical. Whites can do more and for less when they self-organized and self-levy for any services they need. Learn how to organize your community as a co-op type entity where you can control who lives there, patterning the legalese and policies liberals in NYC and SF use to keep their communities/areas lily white and undertow free. Watch, listen, learn and apply.

Two years ago, we moved to Manhattan so that our youngest daughter could train there with a trainer who is considered tops in the field.

Living in and among Progressive Liberals was a real eye opener. There are no blacks on the Upper East Side after dark. It is a living, breathing Sundown community of the highest order. The conversion of rental stock to co-ops has allowed Liberals to openly discriminate against blacks using coded speech like "credit rating" to turn down their applications to buy or rent in the buildings, along with such requirements as all-cash transactions, or the pre-payment of several years worth of maintenance payments into escrow, etc. The methods they employ, if we were to use them in our mandatory HOA in Virginia would turn into a DOJ Civil Rights investigation.

My father-in-law owns a small apartment building in Queens near the border with the infamous Bedford-Stuy neighborhood. Until we moved to NYC, I never really understood WHY so much housing stock is off the market, or WHY owners quickly turn into "slum landlords".

My brief experiences with the Puerto Rican and Chinese tenants made this very clear to me. These people are filthy savages and quickly destroy any improvements a property owner makes. Add to that the craziness of "Rent Stabilization" rules which make it impossible for any owner to recoup their investment in their property, and the problems with the undertow in NYC becomes clear. My FIL bought the building as an alternative "store of value", not because he wanted to be a Landlord. As the elderly "rent stabilized" tenants died, he simply shuttered their apartments and took the apartments off the market. He is left with two "rent stabilized" tenants. Hence, his building is more than 90% vacant with the last "improvement" being in the 1970's. All the buildings in the surrounding area are pretty much the same. The area is undergoing a revival and he has had all-cash offers for the building sight unseen, because of its vacancy and ability for a developer to reno and flip into a co-op.

We used what we learned from living amongst the most rabid Liberals to adjust how we live our lives, by self-segregating from them and especially from Negros.

As I have stated here before, the first and most effective step is to peacefully and legally withdraw from any "services" provided by Prog-controlled governments. We took our children out of public schools and began a homeschooling co-op, where our children received a REAL education, not re-education. Once we broke free of the belief that we had to live in a "good" school district, we took the plunge and moved to a more rural county where the property taxes are reasonable and the local prog-controlled school board doesn't rape you. The lack of public "services" also means there are almost NO negros around.

Watch what Liberals actually do, not what they say, and act accordingly.

We live a few days a week in Manhattan so our daughter can pursue her passion, as the top trainer in the US is in NYC. We live in a white European ethnic enclave. By NYC standards, it is clean, safe and with a real sense of community. Because it is a non-English speaking area, it is extremely rare to see blacks or Hispanics here.

We just finished a tour of Poland, Austria and Hungary on the competition circuit for my daughter's sport. We saw only a few blacks in Vienna, who were tourists from the US. In all of the areas we visited, it was clean, people were incredibly civil and polite to each other, there was a level of courtesy and decorum I haven't seen in ages.

Fast forward to our return to JFK. We decided to try and take the subway home from JFK to our apartment (usually we take a cab). What a horror show, and stunning contrast to what we had just left.

The first thing that struck me was how filthy everything was. We were on the "A" train from the projects into lower Manhattan. Even the public space was polluted – young Negros felt compelled to loudly sing along with the rap music they were listening to on their I-pods, polluting the air with loud interjections of "fucking ho's", etc.

Fast forward to a train change at a major transfer point. Apparently the schools had just let out. The subway station was filled with belligerent blacks and hispanic teens, who bullied and pushed their way through the crowds, taking up the entire corridor and steps. Again, they were loud and obnoxious – I felt like I was on an African safari experience. They certainly weren't behaving as civilized humans. The grunting, ca-cawing, screeching, pushing and shoving … and the filth! They were literally throwing their McDonald's containers and other detritus on the ground, when a trash receptacle was a few feet away.

The contrast was remarkable. It really set apart the difference in a world inhabited by white people, and a world catering to the non-white.

I agree. New York is screwed. I don't know if it will be able to bounce back this time, like it did under Guiliani.

I am preparing for, and awaiting, the completion of the breakup of BRA. I think it is going to happen much quicker than most realize, and the majority of people will not be ready.

One of the biggest method of control is the local school system. Whites in Virginia during the Civil Rights era who shuttered their local school boards rather than integrate had their wealth confiscated by the federal government to pay for public schools for blacks.

After that, many whites gave up. We're not. Opting out entirely, by homeschooling, frees you of the tyranny of the BRA overlords. It allows you freedom of association, and freedom to give your children the education they deserve. We use an out of print, honors curriculum from 1963, which includes the study of linguistics, latin and attic (ancient Athenian) greek.

The second thing we did … there was a subdivision of higher end townhomes built in a "resort-like" setting at the height of the housing bubble. At full occupancy, the complex was about 40% negro, who had purchased with no money down liar loans (as did many of the non-negro owners). Needless to say, this complex went through massive foreclosures.

We bought one unit at a price lower than construction cost for our son to live in, and a second as solely an investment. He has a room mate, and manages the leasing of the second unit. Our ROI is >10% net/net. We are in the process of buying a third, paying cash like we did for the other units.

Other families have done the same thing. The complex is almost at 100% full occupancy again, and is it 100% white. Many are young families who are being helped by their parents. No one in the complex has a mortgage.

The community facilities are in excellent shape. (I guess because negros don't really swim, the pool complex is pristine). We are in the process of raising the community maintenance fees (to keep out the riffraf, and to consolidate community services) while simultaneously voting to continue to defund the local mandated school board. The majority of families home-school and we have a thriving "co-op" with lots of enrichment activities that celebrates white Western civilization, history and culture … including classes on "Civility and Civics".

We are also investigating changing the legal structure of the community to be a co-op corporation, using the same legal strategy the Progs in Manhattan employ to keep their community middle and upper middle class white, and negro-free. It will be hard for them to complain when we are using their legal documents and their exact legal strategy. To buy in, you will need a complete a lengthy disclosure packet, and you can be denied/turned down without reason.

We're doing our bit to take our country back and build a healthy community for our children, and potential future grandchildren. The money invested in the community is doing more good than handed over to predatory banksters.

I know that SBPDL continues uses Portland as an example of a white utopia that works, but I disagree.

We travel alot, throughout North America and internationally because my daughter competes in an elite sport and is internationally ranked.

Last year, one of the competitions was held in Portland. It was our first visit to this city. We stayed in a nice, middle-income chain hotel within walking distance to the Convention Center downtown.

I did not enjoy our time in Portland and did not feel safe. There are lots of homeless, shiftless people and excessive panhandling from drunkards and drug addicts. Portland has a very downmarket, seedy, grimy feel to it, and we did spend some time touring outside of the downtown core, so I feel confident in my assessment.

We had rented a car and spent the days off between events commuting to Seattle or Vancover after determining Portland was too downmarket for us, a conclusion arrived at by other families attending the same event.

I will never visit Portland again.

I live in the catchment area for TJ. This has been building for a long time – about 10 years. It started with the garbage of blacks demanding that there be "wider" "understandings" of what "gifted" meant. No longer was it to mean well above average scores in ability for maths and sciences, things like "artistic expression", "musical ability" etc were to be included for consideration in the G&T programs. TJ has a pretty rigorous screening program, loads of bright white & Asian kids who apply don't get in, but no matter. Marginal blacks of BUPPIE parents want in and they intend to hector and harangue until they do.

Years ago, with the blacks starting up this nonsense and demands to do away with any standardized testing as a baseline, we left the public school system all together and homeschooled. It has the advantage of being 100% black and PC-free.

Oh, and another example of the hidden black tax occurred to me this weekend: home movie theatres.

Expensive home movie theatre systems became very popular when it became obvious you couldn't go out to the local movie theatre and enjoy a movie in peace, without obnoxious commentary by blacks, wading through the trash they throw everywhere, and the annoyance of their cell phones lit up as they text their way through the movie, when they're not getting up and walking in and out like it's a cocktail party.

In a world without American Africans, people can take their family to the movies, it's quiet, it's clean, and everyone stays in their seats unless it's a dire emergency. That experience can only be replicated in the privacy of one's own home now, several thousand dollars worth of surround system later.

I have been struggling for quite some time now to have any of the faux intellectuals in the chattering black class outline to me these "great contributions" American Africans make to our society. The only one they repeatedly come up with is "Jazz". I hate Jazz. So, a life without Jazz would be just fine by me.

My family spends an inordinate amount of time and resources to avoid blacks, and to live a life filled with peace and tranquility, safety and in the comfort of others who "look like me" which, in a just world, where my right to "pursue happiness" was actually upheld, I wouldn't have to do because it would be self-evident that I have a right to life free of the tyranny of the black undertow.

When I was a young bride, Pensacola was the first duty station I lived in the US. Pensacola is not a very negro-sympathetic city. I used to think they were all horrendously racist. Of course, we lived out by Perdido Key, and never saw any blacks except for those posted as enlisted crew to the Naval Air Station, so they tended to be fairly well behaved.

Now, after having lived in the US for over 20 years and the last 5 in close proximity to them in DC, I can completely understand where my neighbors and work colleagues in Pensacola were coming from.

This is indeed happening: big parts of DC are being "gentrified" much to the dismay of the Negros.

I have no time or tolerance for the economic anchor that is the Negro population. For the third year in a row, like minded activists have succeeded in reducing the mill rate for our property taxes and the amount of funding sent to the mostly Negro-occupied public schools. Public school mandatory levies are almost 70% of our tax bill. White children either are homeschooled ( a growing choice) or go to private schools. Destroying the viabiity of the "public schools" reaps many end benefits, including more resources for white families.

You also need to be pro-active and demand no more wealth transfers to "bail out" areas of the country that Negros have taken over, and then destroyed. Detroit is the obvious one. They complain that the issue is "no tax base" but have no answer to the reply that it is up to THEM to create a tax base.

My grandfather told me it was the Negros who destroyed the auto industry. They wormed their way into the Unions and continue to demand more and more and more to the point where GM was a benefits company, not a auto manufacturing company. The amount of $$ paid to the average auto worker was breathtaking, esp when you consider than you only needed a 10th grade education to be employed "on the line". That still wasn't enough – in the last days of the auto industry largesse, GM workers were promised a new computer for every household – what else could they demand? They already had overly generous medical/dental, above market wages, etc. The "benefit" demands then began to devolve into the ridiculous.

My children, who are now entering the workforce, have even little respect for the Negro complaints and are even less willing to be serfs to keep the third world Negros in first World comfort.

This is all about a financial payoff for Crump, the mother, etc.
A big part of Crump's media manipulation and the charge sheet was predicated on the testimony of "DeeDee" who was supposedly on the phone with Trayvon as he was being "followed" by Zimmerman.

We recently purchased an income property in Orange Park, FL for cash.

We then had to go into the city of Jacksonville to have the water and sewer turned on. Everyone at JEA was black.

It took longer to have the water bill set up than it did to close on the house. The woman at the wicket beside me had no less than 5 different identities on her person all of which she attempted to use to set up a "new" water account. The staff certainly behaved as if this were not unusual.

We then went next to the all-white electric co-op. In and out in 5 mins, tops.

DWLs in NYC and other places do it all the time.
They arrange their doorman-controlled super-secure buildings as "Co-ops", a corporation where each owner has a "share" in the building.
To buy in, you have to be "approved" by the other shareholders/co-op owners. The bar is usually pretty high for consideration:
-outstanding credit score
-requirement of a huge escrow deposit for "maintenance" and so on.
-proof of income that you can pay your share of expenses and upkeep,

A few blacks have tried to sue on discrimination but haven't won.

The same concept can be applied, whites need to "group buy" a block as a corporation. It is like an HOA, except you as a group control who gets to buy in when a current owner wishes to exit.

DWLs invented the concept. My SIL went through quite the vetting before they were "allowed" to buy their unit in Brooklyn Heights in NY. And they don't technically "own" their unit, just the exclusive use of that space.

And banks will finance co-op purchases in NY. Especially since a major downpayment to the corporation escrow is required, proving the shareholder has "skin in the game".

Agreed. I support education. I do not support public schools. And I refuse to financially support them, either.

There are lots of ways to provide an outstanding education to children. The "public school" system is not one of them.

The only reason John Derbyshire had the courage to publish is piece, even though he knew he would be "fired" from NR is because he is aware the tide is turning.

Look at the Trayvon narrative. It was a big set-up from the get-go and got quickly turned around and shut down. Notice how the MSM doesn't really want to pursue the Trayvon story anymore? And how the deliberate false reporting is attributes to "errors". Ha!

I am "race-aware" because of my four children, now aged 14 – 26. They were the ones exposed to blacks in schooling, athletic events, part-time jobs. They loathe them entirely and have NO sympathy for them. My older daughter walked out of the mandatory "diversity/sensitivity" training at the UC college system.

The tide is turning. We have to continue to speak out, point out facts, and mock the left endlessly for their pro-diversity ideology. Unfortunately, most people are cowards, and will support the side they think holds the power.

Now that it is permissible for foreigners to buy property in Switzerland, we are looking at buying a small flat there. I went to high school in Switzerland and they still have standards as well as direct democracy. Even decisions about who is granted citizenship is made LOCALLY.

We are also considering Chile. Great laissez-faire economy, no huge withholdings like here, private retirement accounts, outstanding medical care. Their goal is to be fluently English speaking in one generation. And NO blacks and NO history of slavery. They have no desire to admit blacks and do not tolerate them. And Pinochet took care of the Leftists. Their lake district is considered the "Switzerland of South America" with a high percentage of generational immigrants from Switzerland and Germany.

Recent information has come to light that Martin was identified the following day. The news article I read in the beginning stated it had been three days before he was identified. So I stand correct. But my assertion still remains – one of our children missed curfew and didn't answer their phone. We were filling out the paperwork with the PD cruiser parked in our driveway when the young man returned with our daughter.

Another anomaly about the Trayvon case is the lack of interest from the legacy media regarding the Toxicology screen the ME completed. Normally in these high profile cases, the press is screaming for the tox results. "Where are the results? When will the results be back?" they bleat endlessly.

But in the Trayvon case, no calls for WHEN WE WILL SEE THE TOXICOLOGY REPORT. Absolute silence. We do see deflection FROM the ME's toxicology report into outrageous that allegedly Zimmerman wasn't drug/ETOH tested (not true). So, silence and deflection from the question.

That pretty much tells me all I need to know about the tox report.

What is remarkable to me in the middle of this dustup is the awakening that whites are fed up with being told that only Blacks and their Progressive handlers get to frame the discourse about race and privilege. People are speaking up and pushing back.

I haven't been in a supermarket lineup to see this issue of People magazine. But if I do, I will simply do what I did whenever I was faced with the mug of Michelle Obama on innumerable magazine covers just after their occupation of the WH — turn it around so the cover no longer faces the public.

FWIW, I grew up in Toronto. In the 60's crime, and in particular gun related crime, was almost unheard of. Of course Toronto was majority WASP.

Then in the 1970's we were subjected to "diversity" by the WASP hating, far left french speaking Catholic Liberal PM Pierre Elliot Trudeau. The goal was to make WASPS a minority in their own country.

Most of the media in Toronto refuses to release the race of victims or perps. The Toronto PD has a policy of not releasing race. There is only one TV station that has the courage to post mug shots with the news coverage.

But Torontonians know, as soon as they mention an intersection — BINGO.

It's up to blacks to "heal" the black community.

Since the dawn of the Golden Age of Obama, when the true racism and agenda of black America was revealed, I am no longer interested in the "black perspective".

I don't care what you "want", what you "think", ad nauseum. I get enough of that everyday in the mainstream news, I'm not going to have you come here and hijack and distract.
