ok so I checked with umask under root and my login is set at 022 which should have files created just the way I need them to be, but orkaudio is acting like the umask is 027, I don't know where else to look to resolve this problem |

just wondering if anyone is figured out how to make orkaudio create files with a 755 or 744 instead of 750, I posted a while ago so just wondering. I believe this is the reason files don't play from orkweb. thanks for all your help so far |

James,

SIP is a signalling protocol, GSM is a codec. You need to set your PBX =
or
softphone to use the ulaw codec for example.

James,

RTP payload 3 is GSM. This has been added after the last official =
release.
You need to compile svn head if you want Oreka to be able to transcode =
from
this wire codec.

I have installed oreka on a test machine running windows XP Pro and when

to
wav files, instead they are named .mcf.orig.=20
Here is a a section of the orkaudio log that i think highlights the =

ok so as you know the orktrack thing wasn't working the whole time orkaudio was on, and I noticed that it seems to keep a simple backup to that with tapelist.log, is there a command I can throw at it that will tell it to update the database with that file so all the old calls will be in orktrack? |

ok when the linux version of orkaudio saves recordings it saves them with the folders at permissions of 750 and root:root so the recordings cannot be accessed by tomcat to play them back, how do I change the default file permissions? |

Dear All,
I am able to build and deploy the subversion release on our
test server. I am facing the following issues:
* The server is recording all the calls but a few calls are being missed
out .
-- trend shows that those calls are made after the call which has
0s talk time.
(I am not able to add the attachment of the screenshot because of the size
restriction)
* Some extensions ( even with only one entry for the IP of the phone) are
getting recorded twice. Out of ten extensions, two are getting recorded
twice. I have no clue about what can cause this issue.
Everything else is just fine. I am expecting a helping hand here as most
of it is over and we are at the verge of getting this working with
absolutely no issues.
Note: <RtpSessionWithSignallingTimeoutSec> parameter has been used.
With Warm Regards,

I have checked orktrack.log, orkaudio.log and now just checked orktrack.log, I received some phone calls and they are recorded as files, so orkaudio is working. the only odd thing in the orkweb.log says: 18:51:42,308 context INFO - OrkTrack shutting down. but tomcat5.5 says it is running and there is no such entry in orktrack.log and yes I verified that I did not switch them by mistake, orktrack is indeed logging to orktrack.log and orkweb is logging to orkweb.log. I just don't know what else to check, oh and 10000 and 20000 are both listening as opened by orkaudio PS. since you posted back to the list I wasn't sure u got this one |
