Hi to all! I'm using oreka with Cisco CME (version 10.5). Direct calls are recorded fine, but when calls goes over IVR (ephone-hunt), I see in recordings list only IP addresses as caller ID. Where is the problem? Any advice will be helpfull. |

I solved it, so for the benefit of others here;s the solution: I was accessing orkweb using http://svr-ip-add-ress:8080/orkweb, but I noticed when the pointer was over the play arrow it was looking for http://svr-host-name:8080//path/to/wav/file. My server hostname is not a registered dns name so I opened up the HOST file on my pc at c:/windows/system32/driver/etc/ and put the following entry in: svr.ip.add.ress svr-host.name and then restarted IE. The audio files now play in IE. centos 5.8 server orkaudio-1.2-671 orkweb-1.2-669 computer = windows 7 64 bit, with IE9 I can't play audio files in internet explorer when logged in to orkweb. I can play the files on their own so there's nothing wrong with the .wavs. Orkaudio is creating the .wav files in /opt/tomcat5/webapps/ROOT which according to the manual is correct. I made sure java was fully up to date on the windows 7 machine. The player appears on the page in IE9. When I click on the play arrow next to the recording entry the player shows 'Connecting' but that's all. |

I can't install orkaudio on centos 6.2. The only script I can find is /orkaudio-1.2-671-i386.centos5-installer.sh but when I run it I get: # ./orkaudio-1.2-671-i386.centos5-installer.sh OrkAudio - starting installation... please wait mktemp: too few X's in template `/tmp/selfextract.X' tar: option requires an argument -- 'C' Try `tar --help' or `tar --usage' for more information. Can't open perl script "install.pl": No such file or directory is there a way around this or will I have to wait for a new orkaudio release? |
