Hello! Im using oreka 1.2 gpl Someone stated that it should be possible of getting custom data from sip header. What I have done is adding a variable to the sip header on outgoing call. X-dialerid. I have then tried with and without: SipExtractFields>X-dialerid</SipExtractFields> And [X-dialerid] in the tapefilenaming without any luck. There is no info in the logs either Help / Marcus |

Less complicated and very easy to manage, as you'll only have to put a phone on that vlan to record it. Nothing much nothig less. I think Ill use the VLAN method. Seems less complicated. Hello Paul
There are many ways to accomplish this, but it can be tricky if you have a
lot of phones :
Basicly if you read the explaination of the file it quite clear, you’ll have
to allow your client and all the phones there are calling, and block every
single IP that you don’t want to record, (the block one will not be recorded
even if they call someone who is allowed) You’re config will get bigger each
time you add a phone to your environment, and it can be quickly messy)
<!-- If BlockedIpRanges is used, packets with *either* source or destination
-->
<BlockedIpRanges>172.28.40.34, 172.28.40.35, 172.28.6.76,
172.28.40.110</BlockedIpRanges>
<!-- If AllowedIpRanges is used, only packets with *both* source and
destination -->
<!-- matching the list are retained -->
<!--<AllowedIpRanges>212.125.143.0/24, 82.150.0.0/16,
82.199.64.133</AllowedIpRanges>-->
The second way to accomplish this is to create and access list and apply it
on the switch port where ORKAUDIO is plugged allowing only the phone you
want to record
*The best way is to create a separate (vlan) subnet for recorded phone *and
redirect all the VLAN to your ORKAUDIO Server using SPAN or RSPAN
* *
* *
Hope that helps will you

Hello. I am looking to limiting Orkaudio to certain phones by static IP address assigned to the phones. Is the pcapfilter the way to do this? if so, how does one specify multiple individual host IP's? Or is the Allow filter pair the way to do it so... If my gateway is 192.168.1.10 and my phones are 192.168.1.20, 192.168.1.21, 192.168.1.22 how would it look in the config.xml? -- Paul Peterson IT Core Systems 208-287-5485 |

Hello! Im using asterisk 1.4.36. i have used svn diff with 1.4 trunk and monitor -rtp-14 to get a diff file which I have then patched with my system. Hi, I'm having trouble with the installation, specifically locating the ace-5.5.8-1.centos5.i386.rpm. Can anyone tell me where I can get this rpm from? There doesn't seem to be an rpm package in the latest version like there is with earlier ones Thanks |

Little update – I’ve trawled the Oreka changelogs for parameters that sound relevant & tried the following: <SkinnyAllowMediaAddressTransfer>, <RtpTrackbyUdpPortOnly> & <SkinnyCallInfoStopsPrevious> - all made no difference. <RtcpDetect> - no new recordings get logged after enabling (tried this twice). Hi All, I just installed latest version of orkaudio and orkweb in windows XP. I installed orkaudio first. Then I installed mysql server 5.5 and configured the root password. After these, I installed orkweb windows installer. Following the instruction, installed java 1.6 and then Tomcat. Also put the same root password for DB as I put for mysql server. Then I restart the Tomcat service and bring up the login webpage. But when I tried to use admin/admin default login. It just doesn't allow me to login and give me Invalid login or password error. I checked FAQ. It said it could be caused by incorrect mysql root password. But I double checked the settings. It's correct. Is there anything else which can cause this issue? Really appreciate your help. Lou |

7.02. Are your calls continuous or long? I saw automatic audio segmentation in oreka features for continuous audio sources. I also get frequent “couldn’t find Skinny session for StopMediaTransmission” messages in the log, though the problem I see is calls being split into separate sections rather than being merged. Looks like Oreka is having trouble understanding the SCCP signalling. What version of CallManager are you recording? I think you should use <RtpPayloadTypeBlockList> in VoIpPlugin section to drop some RTP payload types. for example I used <RtpPayloadTypeBlockList>34</RtpPayloadTypeBlockList> to block h263 video codec that was generating some records having IP address.
