Hi Every One, I'm using the oreka call recording product. Running oreka as service. After few hours when i checks the database the entries are present in the orktape table. The problem is when i navigate to that path specified in the *filename column*, i cannot find any audio file there. Its strange that entries are loading in to database but cannot find audio file to that entry. I'm facing this strange situation for some calls not all of them. Regards, Nehru. |

Andrew, We have changed this because Oreka supports more than just VoIP recording, so TCP port number does not have any meaning for other technologies. We will soon reintroduce the ability to report on TCP port via the TapeFileNaming mechanism for more flexibility. Dropping the database and re-installing worked.
I thought I had dropped the database, but I must have left it.

This has been fixed. We have published a new installer for CentOS 5 on
sourceforge. It actually has the same name as before
(orkweb-1.2-669-os-linux-installer.sh.tar) but now has the fix in it.
Please let me know how it goes.

Subject: [Oreka-user] OrkWeb database failures
Hello,
First off, thank you for a valuable opensource project. I hope to
get it working properly so my immediate needs can be met. I've installed
OrkAudio and have it recording SCCP calls with no problems. But I'm having
issues with OrkTracker and OrkWeb. OrkTracker is not able to insert entries
into the database correctly, and errors out with a duplicate key. I've
turned up the logging in orkweb and copied the relevant log entries below.

Jeff/Scott/Pablo et al,
This has been fixed. We have published a new installer for CentOS 5 on
sourceforge. It actually has the same name as before
(orkweb-1.2-669-os-linux-installer.sh.tar) but now has the fix in it.
Please let me know how it goes.

Subject: [Oreka-user] TapeFileNaming problem with extra fields Hello, I am using latest orkaudio downloaded from svn, compiled on Centos 5.4. Changing of the filename with standard fields included (like [hour], [min], [hostname] etc.) is working very good, but I need to add an extra field. On my other machine which is Asterisk 1.2 I've added a following SIP header to extensions.conf: Exten = _0,.1,SipAddHeader(X-Unique-ID: 12345) After this I change the config.xml file by adding this lines: <TapeProcessors>BatchProcessing, TapeFileNaming, Reporting</TapeProcessors> <TapeFileNaming>[hour],[min],[sec],_,[remoteparty],_,[localparty],_,[X-Uniqu e-ID]</TapeFileNaming> The problem is, oreka audio files now looks like: 172428_7039_7042_%5BX-Unique-ID%5D.wav I think the problem is on oreka side, not on the PBX side. What should I do to change this X-Unique-ID string to become a 12345 string (This is just an example value of string). Any ideas? This is typical of recording both the extension side leg and the trunk side leg of the same call with a media server in between. You can alter your SPAN configuration or use IP filtering to fix this. This seems to be reported by multiple users. Let us investigate this. Henri _____ From: Scott M. Grim [mailto:sg...@al...] Sent: 08 March 2010 13:08 To: ore...@li... Subject: [Oreka-user] Duplicate Key error CentOS release 5.4 (Final) 2.6.18-164.el5 #1 SMP mysqld Ver 5.0.77 for redhat-linux-gnu on x86_64 (Source distribution) orkaudio-1.2-671-os-i386.centos5 orkweb-1.2-669-os-linux Calls are recorded fine and stored on disk. The first call appears in the database but after that any subsequent insert attempt gets a Duplicate Key error. I have tried removing the database and recreating it with the installer script and even tried completely reinstalling to a clean OS install but continue to get this error. It appears that either orktrack is expecting the database to handle incrementation of the id field or it should be finding MAX(id) and inserting appropriate id but is always sending '0'. I tried changing the field to auto_increment in mysql but that did not solve the issue. I'm not the only one receiving this but so far no solution has been forthcoming: http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_name=54.08.25030.BEDF68B 4%40cm-omr6 <http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_name=54.08.25030.BEDF68 B4%40cm-omr6&forum_name=oreka-user> &forum_name=oreka-user http://sourceforge.net/projects/oreka/forums/forum/504176/topic/3553485 Here's a log excerpt: 2010-03-04 11:41:13,144 net.sf.oreka.orktrack.messages.TapeMessage ERROR - TapeMessage.process: org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: Could not execute JDBC batch update at org.hibernate.exception.SQLStateConverter.convert(SQLStateConverter.java:71) at org.hibernate.exception.JDBCExceptionHelper.convert(JDBCExceptionHelper.java :43) at org.hibernate.jdbc.AbstractBatcher.executeBatch(AbstractBatcher.java:253) at org.hibernate.jdbc.AbstractBatcher.prepareStatement(AbstractBatcher.java:92) at org.hibernate.jdbc.AbstractBatcher.prepareStatement(AbstractBatcher.java:87) at org.hibernate.jdbc.AbstractBatcher.prepareBatchStatement(AbstractBatcher.jav a:222) at org.hibernate.persister.entity.AbstractEntityPersister.insert(AbstractEntity Persister.java:2229) at org.hibernate.persister.entity.AbstractEntityPersister.insert(AbstractEntity Persister.java:2665) at org.hibernate.action.EntityInsertAction.execute(EntityInsertAction.java:60) at org.hibernate.engine.ActionQueue.execute(ActionQueue.java:279) at org.hibernate.engine.ActionQueue.executeActions(ActionQueue.java:263) at org.hibernate.engine.ActionQueue.executeActions(ActionQueue.java:167) at org.hibernate.event.def.AbstractFlushingEventListener.performExecutions(Abst ractFlushingEventListener.java:298) at org.hibernate.event.def.DefaultFlushEventListener.onFlush(DefaultFlushEventL istener.java:27) at org.hibernate.impl.SessionImpl.flush(SessionImpl.java:1000) at org.hibernate.impl.SessionImpl.managedFlush(SessionImpl.java:338) at org.hibernate.transaction.JDBCTransaction.commit(JDBCTransaction.java:106) at net.sf.oreka.orktrack.messages.TapeMessage.process(TapeMessage.java:94) at net.sf.oreka.orktrack.CommandServlet.doGet(CommandServlet.java:49) at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:689) at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:802) at org.apache.catalina.core.ApplicationFilterChain.internalDoFilter(Application FilterChain.java:252) at org.apache.catalina.core.ApplicationFilterChain.doFilter(ApplicationFilterCh ain.java:173) at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardWrapperValve.invoke(StandardWrapperValve.ja va:213) at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContextValve.invoke(StandardContextValve.ja va:178) at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardHostValve.invoke(StandardHostValve.java:126 ) at org.apache.catalina.valves.ErrorReportValve.invoke(ErrorReportValve.java:105 ) at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardEngineValve.invoke(StandardEngineValve.java :107) at org.apache.catalina.connector.CoyoteAdapter.service(CoyoteAdapter.java:148) at org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11Processor.process(Http11Processor.java:869) at org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11BaseProtocol$Http11ConnectionHandler.processC onnection(Http11BaseProtocol.java:664) at org.apache.tomcat.util.net.PoolTcpEndpoint.processSocket(PoolTcpEndpoint.jav a:527) at org.apache.tomcat.util.net.LeaderFollowerWorkerThread.runIt(LeaderFollowerWo rkerThread.java:80) at org.apache.tomcat.util.threads.ThreadPool$ControlRunnable.run(ThreadPool.jav a:684) at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source) Caused by: java.sql.BatchUpdateException: Duplicate entry '0' for key 1 at com.mysql.jdbc.ServerPreparedStatement.executeBatch(ServerPreparedStatement. java:647) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(Unknown Source) at sun.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(Unknown Source) at java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Unknown Source) at org.logicalcobwebs.proxool.ProxyStatement.invoke(ProxyStatement.java:68) at org.logicalcobwebs.cglib.proxy.Proxy$ProxyImpl$$EnhancerByCGLIB$$a6a49ea6.ex ecuteBatch(<generated>) at org.hibernate.jdbc.BatchingBatcher.doExecuteBatch(BatchingBatcher.java:48) at org.hibernate.jdbc.AbstractBatcher.executeBatch(AbstractBatcher.java:246) ... 32 more |

Indiver, This is typical of the signalling traffic missing (SIP or Skinny). Henri _____ From: indiver nehru [mailto:neh...@gm...] Sent: 06 March 2010 04:46 To: ore...@li... Subject: [Oreka-user] Recordings in to Database Hi Everyone, I Successfully installed and configured oreka tool. I'm able to record calls. The problem i'm facing is when ever a call is recorded, l'm checking the database in which localparty and remote party columns in orktape table are storing with source and destination ip address not with the caller and callee extensions. I made changes in config.xml as TapeFileNaming format with local and remote party but in vain. Previously it worked fine. I copied the same scenario at the present setup but in vain. Can any one suggests where to make changes so that in database local and remote party columns saves with Extensions. Thanks in Advance. Regards, Indiver |

Josué,
This is probably because you are using an older version of orkaudio. Install
the latest.

Subject: [Oreka-user] TapeFileNaming problem
Hello I'm an Oreka newbi and this is a pretty silly question, but I just
can't find the answer.
I read the I can change the name of the compressed file, but just can't
figure it out how... this is my xml:
i just want to have the local / remote party in the name, but it keep
writing the default...
<TapeProcessors>BatchProcessing, Reporting, TapeFileNaming</TapeProcessors>
<TapeFileNaming>[localparty],_,[remoteparty]</TapeFileNaming>
Recording is fine by the way, is just this tiny detail that is driving me
nutz, I'll apretiate any help.
This is the full oreka config.xml

Thank you for the info, and I will carry on a test maybe in one month to see if it record 200+ simultaneous calls. And I shall report the result here as soon as I can David Witham 写道: > I pumped through 50-60 simultaneous calls on an ordinary PC with no > trouble.
