exactly, me also a couple of days ago everything was ok, i mean the calls are fully recorded in and out, accidentlly for some reason this issue has been raised, i don't know why, i guess it is a limitation in the free version ???? Hi, I've recently configured Oreka, and have the same issue as you. I'll tag this on to your post because I believe it to be the same issue. All of our voip traffic goes through a switch that is configured for port mirroring. The Oreka server is listening to all the mirrored traffic. All of the calls are recorded when some one outside our network calls in. When we call out, only our side is recorded, the person we called isn't recorded. However, I did notice that about 5% of the time, the person we called was recorded for some reason. I also have wireshark installed on the Oreka server, and I was able to listen to the 2 way audio of an rtp capture when we called out, so I know the packets are getting there. Any help anyone has would be great. Thanks On Sat, Dec 27, 2014 at 1:57 AM, abou haydar <abo...@gm...> wrote: > Hi everybody > > I have an issue which is one side recorded audio files, and this issue > happen only if someone call us from outside, as for internal call between > local ip phone are fully recorded > > Our ip pbx is hosted and it is cucm and we reach the pbx by way of a voice > gateway > > Note: the rtp traffic hit the monitoring interface and the proof for that > is : I installed a trial version of miarec recording software and it work > fine , I mean the all audio is recorded > > Thank you for your help and best regard > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Dive into the World of Parallel Programming! Hello, I had a problem with the size of root lvm partition where Oreka database is located. I extended the partition but there are no entries in the database for that time. Recordings are in place on another partition. My question is how can I recreate database entries from the files? Best regards, Marcin |

if yes, you have to create a source and destination port in the switch, then take a server with oreka installed on it and plug the server NIC to destination port, once the RTP traffic hit the server you will be able to record all calls in and out, best regard On Sat, Dec 13, 2014 at 12:00 PM, Mustapha ID-BAHAL <m.i...@gm...> wrote: > > Do you have a managed switch ??? > > On Fri, Dec 12, 2014 at 2:53 AM, Ausfinancial Guest < > gu...@au...> wrote: > >> Hello Oreka Users >> >> >> I would need your help to understand how oreka works. Oreka supports compact SIP out of the box. It might be that compiling the latest svn version fixes your problem. If not, you can send me a pcap trace offline. Hi, The OrecX software has support for streamevents over http, so that you can hook into events when call starts, stops or ready (recording is done and ready for playback. And also support for fetching the recordings as streams over http. Has Oreka Open Source any of these features? And if so, from wich versions respectively? Regards Nils |

Hello All; The partition that the recorded files are stored on it is becoming full while the other partition is still almost free as shown in the below result: [user1@legalcenter /]# df -HFilesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on/dev/mapper/vg_legalcenter-lv_root 53G 47G 3.8G 93% /tmpfs 2.0G 74k 2.0G 1% /dev/shm/dev/sda1 508M 42M 440M 9% /boot/dev/mapper/vg_legalcenter-lv_home 928G 11G 870G 2% /home[user1@legalcenter /]# What is the solution? Is it to re-sizing the partition or to change the storing location? If to change the storing location to be on the large partition, I see it mounted on /home, so it means that any thing will be stored under home will be belongs to the large partition? In this case, I have to change the path of storing the recorded files to be under /home directory or I have to re-size the partition to extend it by taking from the other partition? Any recommended method?RegardsBilal |
