I stitched this snowflake ornament by stitching 3 lengths of floss every day for 7 days. I have one more of these snowflakes to stitch and I will have done he whole series. I think I have decided to make them into pillow ornaments and with the hanger in the corner so they hang like a diamond.

I am currently working on 2 projects. One in Sherlock Holmes and the other is SamXstitch (ETSY) Snowflake # 5. I started the snowflake as my February ornament and will stitch on it until it is finished. It is also my 25/7 stitch although my plan is to stitch 3 lengths of thread each afternoon until it is finished. These pictures are from February 1st. I have actually finished the cross stitching on page 5 of Sherlock and last night I started the backstitching. The backstitching on this one page is going to take me forever. The snowflake is being stitched on a aqua scrap I found in my stash. I'm pretty sure is it 16CT and I will have enough to stitch snowflake 6 on it, I think.
