Hello, I'd like to use some dialer software inside my company, but I found a problem regarding this. All recordings are captured, but there is no remote party phone number present. Instead there is a dialer IP in this field. The question is what should I do to be able to see in Oreka what numbers the dialer is calling to? I need to search recordings by remote party numbers. Is there is a chance that dialer might replace its own IP with actually calling number (modify sip packets)? I don't want to stop using Oreka, because it works very well. Marcin |

You can record audio from Avaya RTP with the regular plugin. Simply it will not report any metadata other than IP addresses for local and remote party. If you need metadata for Avaya (phone numbers), you need the commercial plugin by OrecX. Pressing hold should not breakup the recording. If you send me a wireshark pcap trace of an example call with hold/resume cycle, I can take a look. Please send it offline, directly to my email address. Hello; I discover that the link for browsing the recorded files is containing the hostname of the oreka machine (for example, the machine name is legalcenter, so the link is: http://legalcenter:8080/audio/2013/12/31/16/20131231_162442_GHJV.wav), so how I can resolve this problem and make the IP address to be instead of the "legalcenter" hostname? I know that I can add the "legalcenter" to the hosts file or to the DNS, but what if I need to browse based on the IP address of the machine, from where I can set this? Regards Bilal |

Hello; I am able to reach the login page for orkweb. But there are something related to tomcat, I am not understanding it. I checked the contents under the directory orkweb and I found it contains only folders and does not contain index file, so how it is possible to work without having any index or even html page, they are only folders!! Also, the login page is resulted from the link: http://192.168.10.105:8080/orkweb/app, and there is not any folder called app existed under orkweb, so how this come? One more point, where is the configuration that determines that home directory for tomcat? (Which path)? Because as I see the default path is opt/tomcat/webapps but where this is configured? Regards Bilal |
