Hello!

Im using oreka gpl 1.2

Im having trouble getting SipExtractFields to work. Do anybody have some
inof regarding this and if it is broken in 1.2?

<SipExtractFields>X-Unique-ID</SipExtractFields>

Pcap filter is best, e.g.:

 

<PcapFilter>host 192.168.1.20 or host 192.168.1.21 or host 192.168.1.22

Hello.

 

I am looking to limiting Orkaudio to certain phones by static IP address
assigned to the phones.

 

Is the pcapfilter the way to do this? if so, how does one specify multiple
individual host IP's?

 

Or is the Allow filter pair the way to do it so...

 

 

If my gateway is 192.168.1.10 and my phones are 192.168.1.20, 192.168.1.21,
192.168.1.22 how would it look in the config.xml?

These kinds of problem are usually fixed using this in your config.xml under
<VoIpPlugin>:

 

<SkinnyCucm7Mode>yes</SkinnyCucm7Mode>

Little update - I've trawled the Oreka changelogs for parameters that sound
relevant & tried the following:

<SkinnyAllowMediaAddressTransfer>, <RtpTrackbyUdpPortOnly> &
<SkinnyCallInfoStopsPrevious> - all made no difference.

<RtcpDetect> - no new recordings get logged after enabling (tried this
twice).

Some of the segments are less than 30 seconds, yet some calls of 10+ minutes
it manages to record fine. There's a couple more SCCP related settings I'm
going to try tweaking.

Are your calls continuous or long? I saw automatic audio segmentation in
oreka features for continuous audio sources.

I had exactly the same problem, with my recording. For some reason it only
create one record in the same conditions.

 

I'll appreciate to share the fix, if there is any.

hi
I wonder if somebody can help me. I have 3 stations. I call from station 1
to station 2 & after about 5 or 10 seconds of terminating it, I call from
station 3 to station 2. In this situation it only generates one record & one
file that contains both calls in station 2. I saw "Couldn't find Skinny
session for StopMediaTransmission" error in orkaudio.log file & guess that's
cause of my problem. Is there any property to add in config.xml file & solve
the problem or any other idea?

Hi, I'm having trouble with the installation, specifically locating the
ace-5.5.8-1.centos5.i386.rpm.  Can anyone tell me where I can get this rpm
from?  There doesn't seem to be an rpm package in the latest version like

Here is how it should look like:

<AudioOutputPath>c:\myrecordings</AudioOutputPath>
<TapeProcessors>BatchProcessing, TapeFileNaming, Reporting</TapeProcessors>
<TapeFileNaming>[nativecallid],_,[localip],_,[remoteip]</TapeFilenaming>

No need for you to use TapePathNaming for what you are trying to do.

I am using the Windows version and have added TapeFileNaming to the
TapeProcessors list and added <TapeFileNaming> and <TapePathNaming> sections
to the config.xml file and the recordings are still being saved in the fault
path and file names.

For Windows, do I need to specify drive letter too like:

<TapePathNaming>c:\myrecordings</TapePathNaming>
<TapeFileNaming>nativecallid,_,localip,_,remoteip</TapeFilenaming>

I'm trying to set up OrkAudio to record from a physical device, currently
i'm using Polycom IP 550's but have other phones that I may need to use it
on. How can I setup orkaudio to record from a physical device. From my
understanding I need the device to be plugged directly into a computer
running OrkAudio. So I have an my network cable running into the phone and
the phone into my computer. I am able to get online and use the phone to
make and receive calls but it doesn't look like OrkAudio is recording sound,
is there some kind of setting in the config file that I have to setup?
