2) Tomcat is responsive and I can open its startup page on port 8080.
wget command you provided also works:

3) In orkweb.log there is an error only on shutdown:

Yeehaa!! I got it to work! Orkaudio was looking at the wrong interface. heehee My next question, why does it not record the extension and caller party ID? All I see are the IP addresses of the IP phone and the IP of the 3300. Is there a way to fix that? No I do not. I figured it has to do with the Minet protocol that Mitel use between the 3300 and the extensions. I only see UDP connections in Wireshark and I can decode them as RTP, but Orkaudio does not capture this traffic. Does Orkaudio support the Minet protocol? "Failed to start http server on port:59140" is an indication that two orkaudio processes might be running at once, make sure you only run one. Also, about the OrkTrack timeout, try to see if your tomcat is responsive on port 8080: wget "http://localhost:8080/orktrack/command?<http://localhost:8080//orktrack/command?type=init&name=orkaudio-oreka.test.corp.com&hostname=oreka.test.corp.com&servicetype=A&tcpport=59140&protocol=&fileserveport=8080&contextpath=%2Faudio&servepath=&absolutepath=%2Fopt%2Ftomcat7%2Fwebapps%2FROOT&streamingport=59120&username=&password=&sshport=22&hostname=oreka.test.corp.com&2013-11-07> type=ping" And take a look at orkweb.log to see of there are any errors there. The problem with a cloud server is how do you get the port mirrored traffic to the cloud? You typically need the recorder to be next to the Ethernet switch that your are port mirroring from, unless you have ERSPAN capabilities OrkAudio supports ERSPAN and in this case you could run it in the cloud. Hi, >> Commercial version of oreka? Or if I have g729 license in my asterisk server can I convert? You need a comercial version of the codec.. It seems like having the G729 filter plugin for oreka will do the job, you may have to buy it from orecx. I don't know if orecx provides the codec without the whole package (i.e. Total Recorder), but you can try... If you already have a access to a g729 encoder/decoder you could also develop your own oreka plugin by implementing the Filter interface.
