Hello,
i have installed Mysql server 5.5, it's running but i don't get anything on
my database.
i get the following message on c:/oreka/orktrack/orektrack.txt :

Hello Hiba,
UC500 is a great one ;-) I litteraly love it
First, looks like your systems works but you have different issues, let
talk about each :
.mcf file mean that you are recording but the format is not reconized by
orkaudio, check the codec selected in your config file
Second the fact that you cannot connect to the web interface, means that
either you don't have the correct password, but I guest you did not change
it yet, so just verify that mysql is running.
75% of the time it is because sql is not running.

I am looking for Video recording to be installed at the Agent Desktop, Actually I am using vicidial (based Asterisk).
