Abstract
Un aparato y un sistema para la administracion transdérmica de agentes, con escaso potencial infeccioso, que comprende un sistema de administracion con un elemento (o sistema) de microproyeccion que incluye una pluralidad de microproyecciones (o su disposicion) adaptadas para perforar a través del estrato corneo hacia la capa de epidermis subyacente, o las capas de epidermis y dermis. En una realizacion, el elemento de microproyeccion incluye una cubierta biocompatible con al menos un agente biologicamente activo y al menos un agente antimicrobiano dispuesto en su interior. En otra realizacion, el elemento de microproyeccion incluye una formulacion de hidrogel con al menos un agente biologicamente activo y al menos un agente antimicrobiano. En aun otra realizacion, el elemento de microproyeccion incluye una formulacion de hidrogel con al menos un agente antimicrobiano y una película solida con al menos una gente biologicamente activo.
