Abstract

Composición farmacéutica aplicable a un área de piel para le tratamiento local y/o sistémico de trastorno mediado por COX-2, comprendiendo lámina de soporte flexible al área aplicada teniendo dicha lámina superficies enfrentadas estando respectivamente distal y proximal a la piel al aplicarse; y recubrimiento sobre la superficie proximal de dicha lámina comprendiendo un ahesivo y un agente activo soluble en auga seleccionado de fármacos o profármacos o sus sales inhibidores de COX-2 selectivos, estando dicho agente en cantidad total terapéuticamente efectiva y disperso en matriz comprendiendo de cero a menos de una cantidad efectiva para solubilizar el agente activo en total de uno o más disolventes distintos del adhesivo.
