Vault Selection for Tool
During the tool registry process, users will encounter a vault selection step if they have enabled the vault configuration policy and registered the corresponding vault tools with Opsera. At this point, please choose the vault where your specific tool’s credentials should be stored. Alternatively, you may skip this step and configure it later through the “vault” tab in your tool’s setup. Learn more on Vaults here.
Example:
Create SnapLogic tool in Opsera to increase your organization’s agility and productivity by registering the tool in Tool Registry.
Login to Opsera, and navigate to Tool Registry.
Click + New Tool.
In Step 1, select the SnapLogic tool from the listing.
In Step 2, enter the basic details for the tool and set the Access Control by defining the users and the access type. Once done, click Create.
In Step 3, enter details for Organization Name, Password, MetaSnap URL, and MetaSnap Bearer Token. Click Save.
In Step 4, the tool connection will be tested.
Note: In case of tool connection failure, click Try Again to re-enter the tool configuration details. To proceed with the tool creation and set up connection later, click Skip to Tool Detail.
Your tool will be successfully configured in Opsera.
