hee.. just came back from relative's house. Went with my family to a small party they invited us to. Now, I'm utterly full.. Can't fit anything else into my tummy.. And got gift exchange! Hee... So now after a xmas season, I have a few gifts liao! Shall make full use of them. And last but not least, this auntie even got presents prepared for all the younger generation. Me and sis included! Even when we are the oldest.. Yay! Presents!

Feel like a kid.. Who cares...

thanx guys.. i'm fine... just needed to vent my anger.. And when I'm still angry, i'll consider a straw figure with needles poking, or a paper man with a slipper.. Don't really care if someone dies or not... Too bad for him..

I watched Kung Fu!! Finally!! A movie since sept? hee... so deprived... Quite funny and exaggerated.. For entertainment can lah.. And the interesting thing is, I watched it with my mom. =) It's her first movie in maybe 10 years? She last watched movies with me and sis when we were young.. So, I decided to treat her to a movie! Been going out with my mom a lot this holidays. Used to spend majority of the time with frens.. This hols is quite different.. Maybe cause it's my mom, so she is roughly on the same wavelength. We'll know what to look for, we can shop for long hours, we can chat and i save money! Ok, saving money's not the important part... Don't dwell on it..

It's amazing how time flies.. And sometimes we'll forget about people around us.. Stop what you are doing now and think about whether you've neglected the people close to you.. If you have, go do something

I got woken up by a bird yesterday morning. Super loud.. Which means super near.. Then I dragged myself out of bed and peered at the side of my curtain.. And I saw this yellow bird!! Ran to the other end of the house to grab my digicam and ran back.. Then sneaked at the side and took 2 photos of it.. Wanted to take close shot but then it flew away...



nice? I emailed the Nature Society of Singapore. So, now i know wat it is! It's a Black-naped Oriole, commonly found in Singapore. It's also called "Huang Li" or "Huang Ying". Supposed to sing well.. hmm, it's singing is not bad lah.. Just not very pleasant when u're sleeping.. And common? hmm.. This is the second time I've seen it around.. hahaha.. not common enough for me..

Hope I see more birds at my window! My window seems to be a rather popular spot.. Usually black or dark grey birds.. Unusual ones are only a small round blue bird with yellow tummy and this oriole..

Did i tell u it left red poo? And the great thing is, there's no rain when I want it!

ate ur tang yuan?? it's dong zhi!! Well, i had two for yi si yi si... Had buffet dinner today.. Went to this place called 'Garden Hotel'. It's near RGS. Never knew it ever existed.. hahaha... It's an old hotel and when u go in, the decor of the eating place doesn't look fantastic.. but the food's not bad ah.. And it's cheap too. 18.80++ per person. I had oysters, sashimi, tempura.. Ate lots of those.. And drank 3 bowls of seafood soup.. I think it tastes more like lobster soup.. Dunno why I drank so much.. maybe cause I was cold.. Ah well, haven't had oysters for some time.. Yum.. *rub tummy*

went for faci briefing today. Helped to take a white board when a lizard on the back side of the board dropped to the ground near me.. Arghz!! A black baby lizard so near! Quickly shrieked and stood up.. And i'll move wherever it's not going towards.. When it comes near, I'll shriek again... Stupid lizard.. I don't like lizards, if u haven't already known... I don't like insects near me in general...

If any bad thought is going across ur mind now, u better get rid of it.. I"ll whack that lizard flat flat to death.. Then I'll whack u

went sentosa for 3 days 2 nights.. had fun.. and had some really crappy times too.. Fun cause I got to tan a teeny weeny little bit, play some games, talk to pple, sometimes chat while playing cards, see lots of pple i seldom see nowadays, see pple enjoy themselves at a venue i organized... Crappy cause I was quite tired at a point of time but pple were just self absorbed and having fun, while I had to do all the work with help from a couple of pple only... Almost flared up but I decided against it. If not all my previous work would have gone to waste...

Let's see what i remember and feel like writing.. I had fun with cards with grps of pple.. Cause lots of crap come out during the game.. I had fun going to the beach.. I having gone to the beach and just chill out for super long time!!

So nice! Got fireworks on sat night! And our room has perfect view cause the windows face the correct direction! Still don't have any idea why there were 2 or 3 fireworks set off.. Rehearsal? Trial? I dunno.. But it's super nice to see it so close!

Dunno wat to write.. I need sleep.. hahaha.. Overall, not bad lah...

I want to thank Santa Duck. It's xmas time and Santa didn't disappoint me.. Thank you Santa Duck for a sweet-smelling present, flown all the way from Santa Land. It just made my day extra sweet!

the doors in my house are getting new coat of paint.. and now my entire house smells of paint, even after 3 or 4 hours... Think i'll sleep with paint smell throughout the night. Tomorrow too, when the second coat goes up...

holiday time is so peaceful.. I'm enjoying it... Been doing stuff that are not academically or eca related. Just free! Of course I've been shopping. Been out with my mom several times... Good company cause I can save money and she enjoys just walking around and shopping. Difficult to browse the malls with my sis or dad... Been getting a few items, like office pants, casual pants, earrings.. Haven't finished buying what I wanted to buy.. Shall take my time...

Talking about buying.. I thought charm bracelets looks quite nice.. But quite a number of them cost quite a bit. Maybe close to 20 or more.. So I bought a basic one with a butterfly charm for $3.50, and I dismantled 1 of my 2 existing 'light pink stones' bracelet



into this!



And I've been cross stitching! Not perfect definitely.. Got some flaws.. But who cares.. I did it! muahaha... Shall slowly make it into a pouch bag that I can use...



Ain't life good.....

Maybe better if I have more money to get more things on my shopping list. =)

this morning, i found myself in a different dimension, a different place.. I sat on a toilet bowl that doesn't even reach my knees. Sat on a chair that doesn't reach my knees either.. And ate from a table that's slightly higher than my knee level.. Go look at the height of my knees.. Oh well, it ain't that strange after that when I say I'm in a kindergarten. =) Got woken up damn early to help my mom wash some stuff at the place she's working.. So, I got to relive my childhood again! Mini toiletbowls, chairs, tables, everything.. And plastic kitchen stoves, ovens to play "masak masak" with..

then evening, i went back to childhood again... Stood at 2nd floor of a shopping centre, waiting and waiting.. For? For smurfs! Last day they performing at lot one i think.. Was just curious wat would they do.. Interesting to see so many kids sitting on the floor in front of the stage, shouting, putting up their hands, singing along.. I'm sure I did the same last time.. hahaha... Didn't stay for long cause I'm too old to enjoy it fully anymore..

woke up late today.. damn shiok to sleep lots.. ok, it ain't lots cause i slept late last night...

packed my room today.. to be truthful, only half of my room... packed and cleaned and threw. I always find it amazing how i can find one huge garbage bag of stuff to throw every year, and another bag to donate out... think i got to continue tml... so much!! it's quite tiring to carry my files, textbooks and photo albums out, clean the cupboard, clean the outside of the stuff, then put them back.. Super heavy ah!! i didn't count, but i think I got at least 15 photo albums... WOW! So many memories..

Found evidence that I believed in Santa Claus when I was young.. my parents said I believed.. and now i did.. wrote some short note addressed to santa claus.. So funny.. And the grammar sucks.. haha

It's amazing.. as hols proceed, pple get busy, and few are at their computers cause there's no term paper to hand up.. Everyone has disappeared... but i disappear too, so oh well... Wonder if anyone that I feel like chatting with today...

oh well... i haven't had enough sleep ever since the middle of my exams.. tired man.... started out with getting used to waking up earlier than usual cause I was affected by morning exams.. Now? Been up for hair, do work, go for job selection, seminar... Sighz... I get less sleep in holidays than during the semester....

Syl quite off form, i thot.. A little off tune sometimes, cannot hit some high notes, cannot do hard rock with bon jovi song.. Thought he sang better previous times.. Was quite amazed with the judges yesterday. They all so nice! Give all the good comments. Nothing bad.. Thought I could pinpoint a few bad things about their performances. Ah well.. Must be scared that they get surrounded by the fans after the show. Muahahaha!

I'm curious wat's the division of votes like for the two of them leh.. They only announced 1.1 million votes.. but i wanna know what's the difference! 1 vote? 2 votes? 10? 100? 1000?

Oh yeah.. Almost forgot.. Taufik's dance moves are damn sleek ah!!! He can dance! Wow! And I think I like another idol other than Taufik.. Christopher quite cute leh... hee...Boyish cute... *grin*

Anyone realized that advertisers are getting damn obvious in the tv shows nowadays? The handphones, the cars.. Shooting singapore idol mtv in 7-eleven.. Taufik driving a yellow chevrolet car into the stadium.. Drinks for judges in 7-11 cups.. many many more.. not only in singapore idol. in the tv shows as well.. SO darn obvious! At least last time, advertisers in shows are more subtle..

Last note: I FINISHED MY EXAMS!!! Heck abt the possible results for now.. muahahaha

Why is life so unfair?? Miserable miserable... Ok.. I'm not that miserable but it's sometimes quite disgusting that life's just unfair...

Why is it that you can put in more effort and others finish their work last minute and they get much higher grades? And you have no idea what's wrong with urs

Why is it that your comments sound pretty good with a 'good....' even though there is a 'but...' and others gets comments like 'why u write like this and like that' BUT they still get much higher marks than you?

Why why why?? Just had to complain and destress before I go back and concentrate on my paper again... At least I got more decent marks this time.. Don't have very high hopes anyway. Just wanna see most B or B+.... Possible? Tough...
