Abstract

A motorcycle is provided. The motorcycle includes a steering pipe, a front cover, a rear cover, a decoration cover and a power supply module. The front cover cores at least a portion of the steering pipe. The rear cover is connected to the front cover. The rear cover cores at least a portion of the steering pipe. The rear cover includes a mounting opening. The decoration cover is rotatably connected to the rear cover, and the decoration cover is adapted to covers the mounting opening. The power supply module includes a connection slot. The power supply module is disposed in the mounting opening, and the connection slot is corresponding to the mounting opening.

Description

Motorcycle and power supply thereof

This creation is about a motorcycle, and in particular about a motorcycle with a power supply.

In today's society, 3C products (such as mobile phones) are prevalent, and motorcycles are generally equipped with power supplies to charge 3C products (such as mobile phones). Based on various considerations such as space configuration and charging convenience, in the known technology, the power supply of a motorcycle is often set at the faucet of the motorcycle, and the charging socket of the power supply faces upward to facilitate plugging and unplugging. However, the design of the known technology easily allows dust or moisture and other pollution to enter the charging socket, shortening the service life of the power supply and causing trouble to consumers.

The embodiment of the invention is to solve the problem of the prior art and provide a power supply suitable for being installed on a motorcycle, comprising a power supply module, a fixed base and a soft waterproof cover. The power supply module includes a charging socket. The power supply module is fixed to the fixed base, and the fixed base is connected to the motorcycle. The soft waterproof cover is suitable for covering the charging socket to prevent moisture from entering the charging socket.

In another embodiment, the invention provides a motorcycle, including a steering control rod, a front cover, a rear cover, an exterior cover, and a power supply module. The front cover covers at least a portion of the steering control rod. The rear cover is connected to the front cover, wherein the rear cover covers at least a portion of the steering control rod, and the rear cover includes a mounting slot. The exterior cover is rotatably connected to the rear cover, wherein the exterior cover is suitable for covering the mounting slot. The power supply module includes a charging socket, wherein the power supply module is disposed in the mounting slot, and the charging socket corresponds to the mounting slot.

In one embodiment, the motorcycle further includes a top cover, wherein the top cover covers at least a portion of the steering control rod, and the top cover is simultaneously connected to the front cover and the rear cover.

In one embodiment, the motorcycle further comprises a soft waterproof cover, wherein the soft waterproof cover is suitable for covering the charging socket to prevent moisture from entering the charging socket.

In one embodiment, the soft waterproof cover includes a snap-fitting portion and a covering portion, the power supply module includes a snap-fitting seat, the snap-fitting portion snaps into the snap-fitting seat, and the covering portion is suitable for covering the charging socket.

In one embodiment, the motorcycle further includes a fixed base, wherein the power supply module is fixed to the fixed base, and the fixed base is connected to the rear cover.

In one embodiment, the fixed base includes a continuous wall that surrounds the power supply module.

In one embodiment, the outer cover is hinged to the lower edge of the mounting slot, and when the outer cover is in an open state, the outer cover is located below the power supply module.

In one embodiment, the rear cover is formed with a recessed portion, the recessed portion is recessed toward the front cover, and the recessed portion is located above the mounting notch.

In one embodiment, in a horizontal direction, the recessed portion and the mounting notch are both located at a central position of the rear cover.

In the motorcycle of the present invention, the charging socket of the power supply module corresponds to the mounting slot of the faucet rear cover. In other words, the charging socket of the power supply module faces sideways rather than upwards. In one embodiment, the charging socket can be covered and protected by a soft waterproof cover. The mounting slot can also be covered by an exterior cover. Therefore, under the condition of multiple protections, dust or moisture can be prevented from entering the charging socket, and the service life of the power supply can be extended.

Referring to FIG. 1 , it shows the appearance of a motorcycle M of the present invention, including components such as a faucet 91 , a front wheel 92 , a rear wheel 93 , a seat 94 , and a power system 95 .

The motorcycle M includes a front section, a middle section, and a rear section. The front section of the motorcycle M is provided with components such as a faucet 91, a front wheel 92, a turn signal light, and a key hole. The middle section of the motorcycle M is provided with components such as a power system 95, a seat cushion 94, and a footrest. The rear section of the motorcycle M is provided with components such as a tail light, a rear wheel 93, and a fender.

The faucet 91 is used to control the direction of the motorcycle M. Functional parts may be installed on the faucet 91, including units such as instruments, switches, and rearview mirrors. The faucet 91 also has handles (including a refueling handle) and a handbrake. The user can control the direction of the faucet 91 through the handles, adjust the throttle angle of the power system 95 through the refueling handle to control the power output, and decelerate the motorcycle M through the handbrake. The faucet 91 may also be equipped with a main light, which provides the main lighting for the motorcycle M.

The faucet 91 and the front wheel 92 are connected via a faucet rotating shaft, so that the angle of the front wheel 92 can be controlled by rotating the faucet 91, thereby controlling the direction of travel of the motorcycle M.

The power system 95 is connected to and drives the rear wheel 93, thereby providing power to the motorcycle M and making the motorcycle M move forward.

FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the main structural assembly of the motorcycle of the present invention. FIG. 3 is an exploded diagram showing the main structural assembly of the motorcycle of the present invention. With reference to FIGS. 2 and 3, the motorcycle of the present invention includes a steering control rod 1, a front cover 2, a rear cover 3, an exterior cover 31, and a power supply module 4. The front cover 2 covers at least a portion of the steering control rod 1. The rear cover 3 is connected to the front cover 2, wherein the rear cover 3 covers at least a portion of the steering control rod 1, and the rear cover 3 includes an installation slot 32. The exterior cover 31 is rotatably connected to the rear cover 3, wherein the exterior cover 31 is suitable for covering the installation slot 32. The power supply module 4 includes a charging socket 41, wherein the power supply module 4 is disposed in the mounting slot 32, and the charging socket 41 corresponds to the mounting slot 32. In one embodiment, the charging socket 41 faces the mounting slot 32.

With reference to FIGS. 2 and 3 , in one embodiment, the motorcycle further includes an upper cover 5 , wherein the upper cover 5 covers at least a portion of the steering control rod 1 , and the upper cover 5 is connected to the front cover 2 and the rear cover 3 at the same time.

With reference to FIGS. 2 and 3 , in one embodiment, the motorcycle further includes a soft waterproof cover 6 , wherein the soft waterproof cover 6 is suitable for covering the charging port 41 to prevent moisture from entering the charging port 41 .

FIG. 4 shows the detailed structure of the power supply module and the soft waterproof cover of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 4, in this embodiment, the soft waterproof cover 6 includes a snap-fit portion 62 and a covering portion 61, the power supply module 4 includes a snap-fit seat 42, the snap-fit portion 62 snaps into the snap-fit seat 42, and the covering portion 61 is suitable for covering the charging socket 41.

Referring to FIG. 3 again, in one embodiment, the motorcycle further includes a fixed base 7, wherein the power supply module 4 is fixed to the fixed base 7, and the fixed base 7 is connected to the rear cover 3. In one embodiment, the fixed base 7 can be connected to the rear cover 3 by locking or other means. The above disclosure does not limit the invention, and in another embodiment, the fixed base 7 can also be fixed to the steering control rod 1.

Referring again to FIG. 3 , in one embodiment, the fixed base 7 includes a continuous wall 71, and the continuous wall 71 surrounds the power supply module 4.

Referring to FIG. 2 again, in one embodiment, the outer cover 31 is pivotally connected to the lower edge of the mounting slot 32. When the outer cover 31 is in an open state, the outer cover 31 is located below the power supply module 4.

With reference to FIGS. 2 and 3 , in one embodiment, the rear cover 3 is formed with a recessed portion 33 , the recessed portion 33 is recessed toward the front cover 2 , and the recessed portion 33 is located above the mounting slot 32 .

With reference to FIGS. 2 and 3 , in one embodiment, in a horizontal direction X, the recessed portion 33 and the mounting notch 32 are both located at the center of the rear cover 3 .

FIG. 5 shows the covering state of the outer decorative cover of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 5 , when the outer decorative cover 31 is in a covering state, the outer decorative cover 31 covers the soft waterproof cover 6 and the power supply module 4 to provide further waterproof and dustproof functions.

FIG. 6 shows the application of the power supply of the present invention (the soft waterproof cover is omitted in FIG. 6 for clarity). With reference to FIG. 3 and FIG. 6, the power supply of the present invention includes a power supply module 4, a fixed base 7 and a soft waterproof cover 6. The power supply module 4 includes a charging socket 41. The power supply module 4 is fixed to the fixed base 7, and the fixed base 7 is connected to the motorcycle. The soft waterproof cover 6 is suitable for covering the charging socket 41 to prevent moisture from entering the charging socket 41. A power cord L of a mobile phone P is suitable for connecting to the power supply module 4 for charging.

In the motorcycle of the present invention, the charging socket of the power supply module corresponds to the mounting slot of the faucet rear cover. In other words, the charging socket of the power supply module faces sideways rather than upwards. In one embodiment, the charging socket can be covered and protected by a soft waterproof cover. The mounting slot can also be covered by an exterior cover. Therefore, under the condition of multiple protections, dust or moisture pollution can be prevented from entering the charging socket, and the service life of the power supply can be extended.

In the embodiments of the present invention, the motorcycle defined in the present invention may include a fuel motorcycle, an electric motorcycle or other motor vehicles.

Although the present invention has been disclosed as above with specific preferred embodiments, it is not intended to limit the present invention. Anyone familiar with this technology can make slight changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present invention shall be subject to the scope defined in the attached patent application.

Claims (10)

A power supply, suitable for being installed on a motorcycle, comprises: a power supply module, including a charging socket; a fixed base, the power supply module is fixed to the fixed base, the fixed base is connected to the motorcycle; and a soft waterproof cover, wherein the soft waterproof cover is suitable for covering the charging socket to prevent moisture from entering the charging socket. A motorcycle comprises: a steering control rod; a front cover covering at least part of the steering control rod; a rear cover connected to the front cover, wherein the rear cover covers at least part of the steering control rod, and the rear cover comprises a mounting slot; an exterior cover rotatably connected to the rear cover, wherein the exterior cover is suitable for covering the mounting slot; a power supply module comprising a charging socket, wherein the power supply module is disposed in the mounting slot, and the charging socket corresponds to the mounting slot. The motorcycle as claimed in claim 2 further comprises a top cover, wherein the top cover covers at least a portion of the steering control rod, and the top cover is simultaneously connected to the front cover and the rear cover. The motorcycle of claim 2 further comprises a soft waterproof cover, wherein the soft waterproof cover is suitable for covering the charging port to prevent moisture from entering the charging port. As in the motorcycle of claim 4, the soft waterproof cover includes a snap-fitting portion and a covering portion, the power supply module includes a snap-fitting seat, the snap-fitting portion snaps into the snap-fitting seat, and the covering portion is suitable for covering the charging socket. The motorcycle of claim 2 further comprises a fixed base, wherein the power supply module is fixed to the fixed base, and the fixed base is connected to the rear cover. A locomotive as claimed in claim 6, wherein the fixed base includes a continuous wall surrounding the power supply module. As in the motorcycle of claim 2, the exterior cover is hinged to the lower edge of the mounting slot, and when the exterior cover is in an open state, the exterior cover is located below the power supply module. As in the motorcycle of claim 2, the rear cover is formed with a recessed portion, the recessed portion is recessed toward the front cover, and the recessed portion is located above the mounting slot. As in the motorcycle of claim 9, wherein in a horizontal direction, the recessed portion and the mounting slot are both located at a central position of the rear cover.
