Abstract
1. Выделенное антитело или его антигенсвязывающий фрагмент, где указанное антитело или его антигенсвязывающий фрагмент связываются с внеклеточным доменом человеческого 4-1ВВ в эпитопе, локализованном в пределах аминокислотных остатков 115-156 в SEQ ID NO: 68.2. Антитело или его антигенсвязывающий фрагмент по п. 1, где указанное антитело или его антигенсвязывающий фрагмент связываются с человеческим 4-1ВВ с константной диссоциации (K) 10 нМ или менее для внеклеточного домена человеческого 4-1ВВ, как измерено с использованием анализа посредством поверхностного плазмонного резонанса.3. Антитело или антигенсвязывающий фрагмент по п. 2, где указанное антитело или его антигенсвязывающий фрагмент содержат Vи Vобласть, где аминокислотная последовательность Vобласти изложена в SEQ ID NO: 43, и аминокислотная последовательность Vобласти изложена в SEQ ID NO: 45.4. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая антитело или его антигенсвязывающий фрагмент по п. 1 и фармацевтически приемлемый носитель.5. Способ снижения опухолевого роста у нуждающегося в этом субъекта, включающий введение указанному субъекту эффективного количества антитела или его антигенсвязывающего фрагмента по п. 1 и фармацевтически приемлемого носителя.6. Способ лечения рака у млекопитающего, включающий введение млекопитающему, нуждающемуся в лечении, терапевтически эффективного количества антитела или его антигенсвязывающего фрагмента по п. 1 и фармацевтически приемлемого носителя.7. Способ по п. 6, где указанный рак выбран из группы, состоящей из колоректального рака, неходжкинской лимфомы, рака предстательной железы или меланомы.8. Способ лечения рака у млекопитающего, вкл
Claims (14)
1. Выделенное антитело или его антигенсвязывающий фрагмент, где указанное антитело или его антигенсвязывающий фрагмент связываются с внеклеточным доменом человеческого 4-1ВВ в эпитопе, локализованном в пределах аминокислотных остатков 115-156 в SEQ ID NO: 68.
2. Антитело или его антигенсвязывающий фрагмент по п. 1, где указанное антитело или его антигенсвязывающий фрагмент связываются с человеческим 4-1ВВ с константной диссоциации (KD) 10 нМ или менее для внеклеточного домена человеческого 4-1ВВ, как измерено с использованием анализа посредством поверхностного плазмонного резонанса.
3. Антитело или антигенсвязывающий фрагмент по п. 2, где указанное антитело или его антигенсвязывающий фрагмент содержат VH и VL область, где аминокислотная последовательность VH области изложена в SEQ ID NO: 43, и аминокислотная последовательность VL области изложена в SEQ ID NO: 45.
4. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая антитело или его антигенсвязывающий фрагмент по п. 1 и фармацевтически приемлемый носитель.
5. Способ снижения опухолевого роста у нуждающегося в этом субъекта, включающий введение указанному субъекту эффективного количества антитела или его антигенсвязывающего фрагмента по п. 1 и фармацевтически приемлемого носителя.
6. Способ лечения рака у млекопитающего, включающий введение млекопитающему, нуждающемуся в лечении, терапевтически эффективного количества антитела или его антигенсвязывающего фрагмента по п. 1 и фармацевтически приемлемого носителя.
7. Способ по п. 6, где указанный рак выбран из группы, состоящей из колоректального рака, неходжкинской лимфомы, рака предстательной железы или меланомы.
8. Способ лечения рака у млекопитающего, включающий введение млекопитающему терапевтически эффективного количества антитела или его антигенсвязывающего фрагмента по п. 3 в комбинации с иммунотерапевтическим агентом.
9. Способ по п. 8, где указанный иммунотерапевтический агент представляет собой ритуксимаб.
10. Способ снижения опухолевого роста у нуждающегося в этом субъекта, включающий введение указанному субъекту эффективного количества антитела или его антигенсвязывающего фрагмента по п. 3 и фармацевтически приемлемого носителя.
11. Способ лечения рака у млекопитающего, включающий введение млекопитающему, нуждающемуся в лечении, терапевтически эффективного количества антитела или его антигенсвязывающего фрагмента по п. 3 и фармацевтически приемлемого носителя.
12. Способ по п. 11, где указанный рак выбран из группы, состоящей из колоректального рака, неходжкинской лимфомы, рака предстательной железы или меланомы.
13. Способ лечения рака у млекопитающего, включающий введение млекопитающему терапевтически эффективного количества антитела или его антигенсвязывающего фрагмента по п. 1 в комбинации с иммунотерапевтическим агентом.
14. Способ по п. 13, где указанный иммунотерапевтический агент представляет собой ритуксимаб.
