Abstract
1. Способ получения молочно-белковых продуктов включающий приготовление соевой белковой основы, коагуляцию белка в ней путем внесения коагулянта с последующим отделением полученного сгустка от сыворотки, отличающийся тем, что в качестве коагулянта используют кисломолочные продукты в соотношении 1:1, причем полученный сгусток влажностью 50-60% формуют в брикеты и упаковывают в асептических условиях, а отделенную сыворотку смешивают с фруктовыми и ягодными нектарами в соотношении 2:1. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве кисломолочных продуктов используют или варенец, или ряженку, или простоквашу, или сметану 20%-ной жирности, или «Бифидок», или «Бифилайф», или «Иммунолакт», или «Тан», или «Айран», или сыворотку.1.
