Claims (19)
- 減圧システムとともに使用する医療アセンブリにおいて、
減圧下にあるときに閉鎖力を提供するための医療クッションであって、上面壁および下面壁を備え、前記上面壁および前記下面壁が間隔を空けた関係で連結されて、前記下面壁が、中央部と、前記中央部の第1の側にある第1側部と、前記中央部の第2の側にある第2側部とを有し、当該医療クッションがさらに、前記第1側部に形成され、表皮と接触する第1閉鎖部と、前記第2側部に形成され、表皮と接触する第2閉鎖部とを備える医療クッションと、
前記医療クッションを覆うとともに、前記医療クッション上にシールを提供するためのシーリング部材とを備え、
前記医療クッションに供給される減圧が、前記中央部のまわりに曲げモーメントを生成し、それにより前記第1閉鎖部および前記第2閉鎖部に、内向きに方向性を持つ力を生じさせ、
前記医療クッションおよび前記シーリング部材が、前記医療アセンブリの外部の地点から色彩を認識するのに十分な透明材料から形成されていることを特徴とする透明医療アセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載の医療アセンブリにおいて、
前記シーリング部材が、透明なエラストマー材料を含むことを特徴とする医療アセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載の医療アセンブリにおいて、
前記医療クッションが透明なシリコーンを含むことを特徴とする医療アセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載の医療アセンブリにおいて、
前記シーリング部材が、透明なエラストマー材料を含み、前記医療クッションが透明なシリコーンから形成されることを特徴とする医療アセンブリ。 - 減圧で患者の創傷を治療するためのシステムであって、治療中に創傷の目視観察を可能にするシステムにおいて、
創傷上であって患者の表皮の一部に配置するための医療クッションであって、透明な材料から形成される医療クッションと、
前記閉鎖クッション上にシールを提供するためのシーリングサブシステムと、
前記シーリングサブシステムに減圧を送達するための減圧サブシステムとを備え、
前記シーリングサブシステムおよび前記減圧サブシステムが、前記医療クッションに減圧を送達するように機能し、
前記医療クッション、前記シーリングサブシステムおよび前記減圧サブシステムは、前記医療クッションの両側部を互いに近付けるように前記医療クッションに曲げモーメントを生じさせることにより、前記表皮のほぼ平面内で方向性を持つ力を生成するように機能するとともに、減圧を創傷に送達させるように機能し、
前記シーリングサブシステムが、透明なシーリング部材を含み、
前記医療クッションおよび前記シーリングサブシステムが、創傷の色合いが当該システムの外部の位置から認識できるように、光を透過可能に機能することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項5に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記医療クッションが、上面壁および下面壁を備え、前記上面壁および前記下面壁が間隔を空けた関係で連結されて、前記下面壁が、中央部と、前記中央部の第1の側にある第1側部と、前記中央部の第2の側にある第2側部とを有し、
前記医療クッションがさらに、前記第1側部に形成され、表皮と接触する第1閉鎖部と、前記第2側部に形成され、表皮と接触する第2閉鎖部とを備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項5に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記医療クッションが、第1の表面および第2の表面を有し、
前記医療クッションが医療用クッション材料から形成され、
前記医療用クッション材料が20kg/m3よりも高い密度を有し、
前記医療クッションの第2の表面が、減圧下にあるときに、前記方向性を持つ力を均等に分配するために、表皮と接触するように構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項5に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記シーリングサブシステムが、少なくとも部分的に透明なエラストマー材料から形成されるシーリング部材を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項5に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記医療クッションがシリコーンから形成され、前記シーリングサブシステムが、透明なエラストマー材料から形成されるシーリング部材を含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項5に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記医療クッション上に配置されて、創傷の色彩の認識を高めるように減圧下で機能するシリコーンウィンドウ部材をさらに備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 医療アセンブリを製造する方法であって、
減圧下にあるときに創傷治療領域に方向性を持った力を与えるためのクッションを形成するステップであって、前記クッションが、上面壁および下面壁を備え、前記上面壁および前記下面壁が間隔を空けた関係で連結されて、前記下面壁が、中央部と、前記中央部の第1の側にある第1側部と、前記中央部の第2の側にある第2側部とを有し、前記クッションがさらに、前記第1側部に形成された第1閉鎖部と、前記第2側部に形成された第2閉鎖部とを備え、前記医療クッションに供給される減圧が、前記中央部のまわりに曲げモーメントを生成し、それにより前記第1閉鎖部および前記第2閉鎖部に、内向きに方向性を持つ力を生じさせるようになっている、ステップと、
前記クッションを覆うためにシーリング部材を提供するステップであって、前記シーリング部材が、透明な材料から形成されるとともに、適用されたときに前記クッションおよび患者の表皮の上のシールを可能にするシーリング部材を提供するステップとを備え、
前記クッションを形成するステップが、透明な材料からクッションを形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法において、
前記クッションを形成するステップが、透明なシリコーンのクッションを形成するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法において、
前記クッションを形成するステップが、クッションを押出加工するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法において、
前記クッションを形成するステップが、クッションを成形するステップを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 減圧治療システムとともに患者に使用する医療アセンブリであって、
患者の創傷の上に置いて、方向性を持つ力を提供するためのクッションであって、上面壁および下面壁を備え、前記上面壁および前記下面壁が間隔を空けた関係で連結されて、前記下面壁が、中央部と、前記中央部の第1の側にある第1側部と、前記中央部の第2の側にある第2側部とを有し、当該クッションがさらに、前記第1側部に形成され、表皮と接触する第1閉鎖部と、前記第2側部に形成され、表皮と接触する第2閉鎖部とを備えるクッションと、
前記クッションを覆って、前記クッションおよび患者の表皮の上にシールを提供するためのシーリング部材と、
前記医療アセンブリの外部の位置から患者の創傷の色彩を視覚的に検知するための外観検査デバイスとを備え、
前記医療クッションに供給される減圧が、前記中央部のまわりに曲げモーメントを生成し、それにより前記第1閉鎖部および前記第2閉鎖部に、内側に向けて方向性を持つ力を生じさせることを特徴とする医療アセンブリ。 - 請求項15に記載の医療アセンブリにおいて、
前記外観検査デバイスが、前記シーリング部材を形成するために使用される透明材料を含み、前記クッションが透明材料を含むことを特徴とする医療アセンブリ。 - 請求項15に記載の医療アセンブリにおいて、
前記外観検査デバイスがクッション材料を含み、このクッション材料が、当該クッション材料および透明なシーリング部材を介して色彩が認識されるように十分に広く間隔を空けた構造要素を有することを特徴とする医療アセンブリ。 - 請求項15に記載の医療アセンブリにおいて、
前記シーリング部材が透明なエラストマー材料を含むことを特徴とする医療アセンブリ。 - 請求項15に記載の医療アセンブリにおいて、
前記クッションがシリコーンを含み、前記シーリング部材が透明なエラストマー材料を含むことを特徴とする医療アセンブリ。
