Abstract
1391629 Hanger arrangement for suspended ceilings STRAMAX AG 19 May 1972 [22 May 1971] 41698/74 Divided out of 1391628 Heading E1W Suspended ceiling panels 11 are supported from heating pipes 3 by means of T-shaped brackets, the stem 14 of which is formed so as to hook over the pipe while the flanges 13 of the head are engageable in edge grooves in the panels 11. The pipes 3 are supported in turn by a member 8 adjustably secured to a fixing strip 10. The flanges of each bracket may support a corner of each of four adjacent ceiling panels. The member 8 may be formed of sheet material with a flange 9 bent out at right angles. The strip 10 may be secured by a nut and bolt through an elongate slot to the flange 9 to provide vertical adjustment.
