Definitions
- the invention is directed to a securing element for a closure element according to the preamble of claim 1, wherein the closure element is configured with a center piece, which has an actuating region, and with holding means, wherein the closure element has an opening of a container, which has a longitudinal axis in one closes first position and releases in a second position, wherein in the first position, the holding means form a positive connection with the container, and wherein the closure element can be brought from the first to the second position by a pressure on the actuating portion acts in the direction of the container, so that the holding means release the positive connection. Furthermore, the invention is directed to a container with a securing element according to the invention according to claim 14 and a method for opening a container according to independent claim 15.
- the closure element described above, in combination with a container, may form a can, commonly referred to as a "click-click” can or a "clip-flip” can.
- This box is often used as a resealable candy wrapper, the can is usually designed round.
- the container in this case the can, has at least one side surface which provides counter-holding means for the required positive engagement with the closure element.
- the counterholding agent may, for. B. be a projection or a groove.
- the closure element has a central piece with an approximately central operating region and arranged on the middle holding means.
- the center piece With respect to the first position, the center piece has an inner surface facing the container and an outer surface facing away from the container.
- the holding means which surround the middle piece, in particular in the manner of a crenellated rim, are angled in the direction of the inner surface at an angle ⁇ .
- the angle ⁇ is preferably slightly greater than 90 °.
- Each holding means is also angled at its end in the direction of the inner surface again.
- the closure element is preferably made of hard material, in particular of metal or plastic, but nevertheless so elastic that it can assume two different positions in the form of two secured layers.
- the closure element closes the container.
- the middle piece covers the opening of the container.
- it is slightly curved in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the container away. Viewed from the inner surface of the center piece of this corresponds to a concave curvature.
- the holding means extend approximately parallel to the side surface of the container having the projection.
- the angled ends of the holding means form a positive connection with the projection. Therefore, in contrast to other containers, in particular candy cans, the container normally remains closed even when an attempt is made to open the container by pulling the closure element and container apart normally. With excessive traction, the holding means may bend or break, which may partially destroy the closure element.
- the container can be opened when pressure is exerted on the actuating region in the direction of the longitudinal axis and in the direction of the container.
- the middle piece undergoes elastic deformation from one secured position to the other and bulges in the direction of the container. Viewed from the inner surface of the center of this corresponds to a convex curvature.
- the holding means move in the course of the elastic deformation away from the container and release the projection.
- the closure element is placed on the container with the inner side, to which the holding means also point.
- the holding means still have a small distance from the projection.
- a container with such closure elements can be easily opened unintentionally.
- a pressure on the operating range must be exercised.
- this can not only be done by a user, but also by, for example, in a tight handbag other objects exert pressure on the operating area.
- the container is opened in the purse without the desire and knowledge of the user and the content, in particular the candy, falls out of the container and distributed in the purse.
- the intentional opening of the container with the simplest possible movement in particular be carried out with only one finger so that it is easily applicable to weak and / or awkward people.
- the closure element is arranged between the securing element and the container in the first position and the securing element has an opening which is arranged substantially above the actuating area, and a pressure on the actuating area can be exerted only through the opening.
- the securing element here is preferably formed as an additional cover element that covers at least the outer surface of the middle piece.
- the securing element will have the same, for example, rectangular or round shape as the middle piece.
- a random pressure as generated for example by a flat surface in a handbag, now no longer acts on the closure element with the operating area, but on the securing element.
- the securing element is chosen so inelastic that it does not forward the pressure to the center piece. As a result, accidental opening of the container is largely avoided. So that the container can still be opened in spite of the securing element, the securing element has an opening which is arranged essentially over the actuating region, ie approximately in the middle.
- the container can be opened.
- only one pressure in the direction of the actuating area in the direction of the container is sufficient. This means that a user only has to perform the same movement to open the container as without the securing element.
- the securing element is thus ineffective with respect to a desired opening of the container by a user.
- the fuse element can be to its outer Be circumferentially shaped differently without its function is impaired. For example, a square, flattened or round peripheral edge is possible.
- the opening in the direction of the longitudinal axis is designed to be long. Therefore, the wall thickness of the fuse element should be as high as possible, so that the breakthrough gets a long tunnel-like character. This avoids that objects with a sharp corner happen to happen the breakthrough and thus can exert an undesirable pressure on the operating area.
- the breakthrough is therefore as close as possible.
- the breakthrough is designed circular and the diameter is selected so that only one finger fits through the opening.
- angular forms of breakthrough are also conceivable and possible. The longer in the longitudinal direction and the narrower perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, the breakthrough is selected, the lower the probability that the container is opened unintentionally.
- the securing element can be made hollow in order to avoid that it has too high a weight despite high wall thickness.
- the aperture may have edges with a chamfer or fillet.
- the securing element can also further facilitate the closing of the container.
- the securing element has an edge region which projects beyond the central part perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.
- the edge region can be directed in particular at an angle to the edge-side holding means of the closure element.
- the edge region is preferably designed so that it has a closing element, for example an edge, a slope, a projection or a rounding.
- the closing element may be to an inside of the securing element, the directed towards the closure element. and abuts at least at least a part of the holding means.
- the holding means are contacted by the closing element on major surfaces of the holding means, at which the holding means form the angle ⁇ to the center piece.
- a pressure in the direction of the longitudinal axis and at the same time in the direction of the container is exercised. Because the major surfaces and the direction of the applied pressure are obliquely aligned, a portion of the applied pressure is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. As a result, the holding means move in the direction of the container, so that the closure element closes the container.
- a pressure exerted by the user, in particular perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, directly on the holding means is thus no longer necessary, ie only a pressure in the direction of the longitudinal axis is sufficient for closing the container.
- the edge region should remain in contact with the retaining means with the closure member during movement as well as thereafter, to allow opposite movement of the securing member to the retaining means.
- closing means lie with their main surfaces now substantially on a plane with the center piece.
- the securing element rests with its edge region on the closing means.
- To close the container now exerts the user pressure on the securing element only in the direction of the longitudinal axis and at the same time in the direction of the container.
- the closure element now moves into its first position, so that the holding means make a positive connection with the counter-holding means.
- no pressure is exerted on the retaining means, but the retaining means enter the positive connection only by the transition of the closure element from one secured position to the other.
- the closing means may be shortened in length with respect to the holding means.
- the edge region rests with a closing element on the holding means.
- the edge region contacts the holding means only to a very limited extent, ie, with a small contact surface, and / or preferably far away from the center piece.
- the holding means which move through the transition of the closure element from one to the other secured position to the outside, so have a torque large enough to move the fuse element upwards.
- the securing element of such low weight and so flexible and with so little static and sliding friction connected to the closure element that lifting of the securing element by the retaining means in the transition to the second position is easily possible.
- a lifting of the fuse element when opening the container by the user is not necessary.
- a large contact surface of the edge region of the holding means and / or a contact surface in the vicinity of the center piece are not provided according to the invention. If the edge area is located only at the closing means, there is no contact between the edge area of the holding means for closing the container and the transition to the second position is likewise possible without any problem.
- the securing element can fulfill its function and forwards no pressure to the center piece of the closure element, it should have relatively hard material, in particular hard rubber, plastic, wood or metal.
- plastics thermosets, polyethylene terephthalate, high-density polyethylene or polypropylene polyurethane, PMMA (plexiglass), etc. are conceivable.
- metal light metal alloys can be used.
- the securing element can in particular also be a stamped sheet metal part. The pointing away from the container surface of the fuse element is ideal to present packaging notes, advertising materials, logos or the like. These elements may be printed, engraved, lasered and / or glued, for example.
- the closure element can occupy its two positions with a concave or convex curvature of the middle piece and still remains connected to the securing element.
- the securing element is arranged on the closure element such that the center piece and the holding means are movable relative to the securing element. This allows both the backup function of Match fuse element as well as the closure mechanism of the closure element with each other.
- the securing element surrounds the closure element, wherein in particular a slight clearance between securing element and closure element is provided.
- the edge region may comprise or embrace the holding means, so that the closure element is held or fastened on or in the securing element.
- the edge region is bent so far inwardly under the retaining means, that the edge region reliably prevents the closure element in the first position from falling out.
- the securing element provides a space which is designed in such a way that the holding means can move into the second position.
- the edge region has a curvature.
- the edge region may comprise the closing means.
- the securing element In order to arrange the securing element on the closure element, the securing element is slipped over the closure element or the closure element is tilted into the securing element, wherein the holding means and / or closing means move inwardly for a short time and thus allow the arrangement. Due to their elasticity, the holding means and / or closing means, however, move outwards again, thus making it possible for the securing element to be permanently arranged on the closure element. Falling out of the closure element from the securing element is prevented. In order to allow a clearance between the edge area and holding means or closing means, the edge area is slightly longer than the holding means or closing means.
- the securing element is attached to the inside by at least one fastening element to the closure element.
- the fastening element can be arranged on the middle piece, in particular on its outer peripheral edge. In the two positions of the closure element, the largest curvature in each case in the region of the actuation range, ie relatively centrally. At the outer peripheral edge of the middle piece, however, the deflection movements are small. Therefore, it makes sense to arrange the fastener in this area.
- a fastening means can therefore be an elastic material, in particular provided with a foam double-sided adhesive tape serve.
- the securing element and the closure element are closer than in the second position II, wherein the center of the center piece, in particular the operating region, the largest relative movement to the securing element takes place in a position change.
- the foam is slightly compressed in the first position I and relaxed in the second position II without the adhesive tape detaching from the securing element or the closure element. It is also conceivable that the foam in the first position I is relaxed and slightly pulled apart in the second position II.
- the fastener may be at least one pin with a head attached to the fuse element.
- the closure element has a bore through which the pin is guided, wherein the pin is movable through the bore.
- the length of the pin is dimensioned such that a movement of the closure element is not affected by the two ends of the pin, the fuse element or the pin head.
- the fastening means can be designed to be hinged, wherein it is designed in particular as a molded-on film hinge, which has resilient properties.
- the one shaman is connected to the securing element, the other with the closure element.
- the folding movement during position change (of the click-clack element) enables the relative movement of the securing and closing element.
- the closure element is made of plastic, then it can be a molded-on film hinge.
- the securing element and the closure element are integrally z. B. produced by a 2K plastic injection molding process.
- the securing element can also be glued, plugged, screwed or riveted on the outermost peripheral edge with the closure element.
- the marginal area of the securing element may be extended beyond the closing element to completely cover the retaining means, the securing element again having to provide enough space for the retaining means in the second position.
- the shutter mechanism can also be applied to other cans or other containers.
- examples include containers for shoe polish, make-up, skin cream, cigarettes, cigars, fresh wipes or drinks called.
- the container can also be a bottle. It is also conceivable that the container essentially comprises glass, porcelain, plastic, metal, wood or the like.
- the breakthrough of the securing element according to the invention can initially be closed by a tamper-evident closure.
- the tamper-evident closure can function well as an advertising medium.
- a paper or a film as a tamper-evident closure may be at least above the aperture and adhered to the fuse element.
- a user When used for the first time, a user must first pierce the paper or film to apply pressure to the underlying area of operation and thus be able to open the container. The first time use is clearly visible on the resulting torn paper. Alternatively, the paper or film can be peeled off.
- the first use is then detectable on the missing paper or the missing foil.
- a lid made of plastic or metal which lies in the opening and thus over the operating area, be attached via thin webs on the securing element and serve as a tamper-evident closure.
- a cohesive or positive connection is conceivable.
- a user When used for the first time, a user must exert enough pressure or tension to sever the thin webs before he can open the container. Proof of first use is possible on the basis of the severed webs and / or the absence of the lid.
- the first-time Use is detectable only on the absence of the lid.
- the thin webs on the lid should not break or break when the tamper-evident closure is removed.
- the tamper-evident closure can not be reinserted into the breakthrough, since the webs block the way and prevent it.
- an assembly of the lid or the tamper-evident closure is no longer possible.
- an embodiment of the invention provides that the inner surface of the center piece has a seal, wherein in particular the seal is secured by a retaining plate on the center piece.
- a valve on the closure element This may be a pressure relief valve or drain valve.
- the valve can be arranged in the actuation area. As a result, the valve can be actuated simultaneously when opening the container, so that an overpressure inside the container can be reduced.
- the securing element may be designed such that the container also rests with the securing element when the container is in a lateral position in which its opening faces to one side. If the container is a bottle or upwardly tapering can, the can neck is not on a plane where the container is in the lateral position. As a result, the container tends to tilt. The securing element can project beyond the container neck so far perpendicular to the longitudinal axis that it comes to lie on the plane and thus gives the container stability in the lateral position. If the fuse element has an angular, in particular 6 or 8-cornered, outer contour, thus a rolling of the container in the side position can be safely avoided.
- the invention also encompasses a container having a closure element according to the invention and / or a securing element according to the invention. Furthermore, the object is also achieved by a method for opening a container with a closure element as described above, which essentially corresponds to a "click-click" closure.
- the container is in this case opened by a pressure can be exerted exclusively by a breakthrough of a fuse element.
- the closure of the container can be effected only by a pressure on the securing element when the securing element is equipped with a correspondingly designed edge region.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 is the same container 30 with the same closure element 20 and the same fuse element 10 once in a closed state ( Fig. 1 ) and in a state in which the closure member 20 rests only on the container 30 and releases it ( Fig. 2 ).
- the reference numerals are not always shown in both figures; but they are applicable to both figures.
- the container 30 is in this embodiment, a round box, for example, for sweets.
- the container 30 has an upwardly facing opening 31 and a peripheral side surface 32.
- the side surface 32 is configured with a circumferential projection 33 as a counter-holding means.
- the shape of the can defines a longitudinal axis 34.
- the container 30 is closed by a closure element 20.
- the closure element 20 is here reshaped the basic shape of the container 30 and thus substantially circular in the present case.
- the closure element 20 has a center piece 21 with a central actuating region 22 and holding means 23 arranged at the edge on the center piece 21.
- FIG. 12 shows an inner surface 24 of the center 21 facing the container 30 and an outer surface 25 facing away from the container 30.
- Of the holding means 23 are in FIGS.
- the holding means 23 are angled in this case at an angle ⁇ in the direction of the inner surface 24.
- the angle ⁇ in about 120 °, the figures represent the important for the mechanism characteristics exaggerating. In reality, the angle ⁇ is therefore approximately 90 °.
- Each holding means 23 is in turn angled at its end 26 in the direction of the inner surface 24, whereby this angle can be configured quite variable.
- the middle piece 21 covers the opening 31 of the container 30.
- the center piece 21 bulges in the direction of the longitudinal axis 34 of the container 30, so that viewed from the inner surface 24 of the center piece 21, a concave curvature arises.
- the curvature is exaggerated in the figure.
- the angled ends 26 of the holding means 23 form a positive connection in this position with the projection 33. Therefore, in contrast to other containers, the container 30 generally can not be opened when tension is exerted in the direction of the longitudinal axis 34 on the closure element 20.
- the protrusion 33 should be designed rectangular or sharp-edged for it.
- the securing element 10 is in Fig. 1 is arranged above the closure element 20 and is substantially adapted to the shape of the closure element 20, that is substantially circular in this embodiment.
- the securing element 10 provided in the middle of its circular configuration with an opening 12 through which the cut was laid.
- the securing element 10 protects the closure element 20 from a flat pressure which is exerted from the outside in the direction of the container 30. Only a pressure which is exerted punctually by the opening 12, can reach the actuation area and thus effect the opening of the container 30.
- the breakthrough 12 can be made so long with its longitudinal side 13 along the longitudinal axis 34 and so narrow in its diameter 14 that an unintentional pressure (see arrow P1) becomes very unlikely.
- the outer peripheral edge 15 of the securing element can be any, in particular angular - as previously described -, designed and is bevelled in this case.
- the container 30 is released (s. FIG. 2 ).
- the middle piece 21 bulges in the direction of the container 30. Viewed from the inner surface 24 of the middle piece 21, this corresponds to a convex curvature.
- the central piece 21 changes from a secure, depressed position in the other.
- the holding elements 23 move away from the container 30 and release the projection 33.
- the closure element 20 can now be detached from the container 30 easily and without force, in particular without pulling.
- the fasteners 40 must take this relative movement into account or allow this.
- FIG. 1 and 2 two different embodiments are shown on the left and right for the fastening means 40 by way of example.
- a closure device 70 which comprises a securing element and a closure element connected thereto, are used in practice.
- a double-sided adhesive tape 40.1 which is fixed with one side to the outer surface 25 of the central piece 21 and with the other side to an inner side 11 of the securing element 10, shown.
- the adhesive tape has a stretchable foam in its center and can therefore remain attached to both elements despite the relative movement of securing element 10 and closure element 20.
- a pin 40.2 is shown as a fastener.
- the pin 40.2 is attached to the inside 11 of the securing element 10 and is guided through a bore on the center piece 21.
- a head 40.3 At its end is a head 40.3, which prevents the pin 40.2 from slipping out and serves as a stop.
- the length of the pin 40.2 must be dimensioned so that a sufficient relative movement of securing element 10 and closure element 20 is ensured.
- the pin 40.2 rests with its head 40.3 on the inner surface 24 of the center piece 21.
- FIG. 4 is shown as a further fastening means 40, a hinge 40.4.
- This is fixed with its one end to the inside 11 of the securing element 10 and with its other end to the outer surface 25 of the central piece 21. By its folding movement it compensates for the relative movement, wherein the hinge 40.4 in the second position II (left side in Fig. 4 ) is further apart than in the first position I (right side in Fig. 4 ).
- the fastening means 40 are arranged away from the actuating region 22, since the greatest relative movement takes place in the vicinity of the actuating region 22. Overall, the magnitude of the relative movement in practice is only in the millimeter range.
- fastening means 40 serve to illustrate the various possible solutions and variants of the invention.
- the respective fasteners 40 may be provided alone or in combination with a fuse element 10, respectively.
- the holding means 23 move perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 34 in the direction of the container 30 and engage behind the projection 33.
- the central piece 21 also changes its secured position, so that the closure element 20 again reaches its first position I. Due to the securing element 10, a more elegant closure technique is possible here.
- the securing element 10 has an edge region 16 angled in the direction of the holding means 23.
- This is preferably equipped with a designed as a slope closing element 17, wherein the slope to the inside 11 of the securing element 10 shows.
- the securing element 10 bears against the holding means 23 such that an angle is created between the edge region 16 and the holding means 23. If the securing element 10 is then pressed in the direction of the longitudinal axis 34 and in the direction of the container 30 (see arrow P2), part of the pressure acts through the geometric arrangement perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 34 and the holding means 23 are pressed against the container 30.
- FIG. 3 is another embodiment of a container 30 in the form of a bottle 60 to see. This lies in a lateral position on a plane 50.
- the securing element 10 protrudes so far from the bottle neck 61 that it also rests on the level 50 and stabilizes the lateral position of the bottle 60.
- the container 30 may also form a storage can, a beverage can, a saucepan or the like.
- a basic variant of the securing element 10 is shown, which is configured with an angled peripheral edge 15 and / or an angled edge region 16, so as to be able to easily close the container 30 via the securing element 10, in which a vertical pressure (see arrow P2) serves (as already described above) that the holding means 23 of the closure element 20 engage behind the projection 33 in a form-fitting manner. Thereafter, the closure element is in its first position I.
- FIG. 5 is another basic variant of the fuse elements 10 from the previous Fig. 1 to 4 shown. That in the Fig. 5 illustrated fuse element 10 has the same safety effect, as the fuse elements 10 previously shown from the Fig. 1 to 4 , However, the fuse element 10 is missing Fig. 5 the angled peripheral edge 15 with the adjoining also angled edge region 16, which cooperates with the holding means 23 in a position change from II to I. Consequently, a pressure (see arrow P2) on the securing element 10 does not cause a change of the second position II to the first position I of the closure element 20, since the securing element 10 does not cooperate with the holding means 23 of the closure element 20.
- the securing elements 10 may themselves be glued, plugged, screwed, riveted, welded or the like, for example by means of the fastening means 40 on the closure element 20.
- FIGS. 6 to 8 is in each case a further embodiment of a securing element 10 according to the invention with a closure element 20, wherein the securing element together with the closure element 20 form a closure device 70 shown.
- the in the FIGS. 6 to 8 illustrated securing elements 10 have no fasteners 40, but the closure member 20 is prevented from falling out of the securing element 10 by gripping the edge portion 16 under the holding means 23 respectively.
- the second position II of the closure element 20 is shown, in which the holding means 23 protrude radially outward.
- the portion 16.1 is bent inward to the extent that the holding means 23 are also included in the first position I of the portion 16.1, so that even in the first position I, the closure element 20 is securely held on the fuse element 10.
- the securing element 10 has a curvature 16.2, so that a space is created into which the holding means 23 can protrude in the second position II.
- the FIGS. 6 and 8th corresponds to the portion 16.1 the end of the edge region 16, whereas in Fig. 7 the end of the edge region 16 is formed as a closing element 17.
- the seal additionally has a valve 42 projecting through the actuating region 22. For this purpose, the actuating portion 22 is broken.
- FIGS. 6 to 8 differ in the nature of the closing element 17.
- the closing element 17 is formed as a projection of the edge region 16.
- the edge region 16 has an inwardly directed bend, which with the holding means 23rd interacts mechanically.
- the closing element 17 is formed as an edge and at the same time as the end of the edge region 16. If the edge region 16 in Fig. 7 tracked from top to bottom, so the edge portion 16 initially forms a smooth, visually appealing shell 16.3, then section 16.1 is formed to hold the closure member 20, then turn the buckle 16.2, while the closing element 17 is located at the end of the edge region 16. This ensures that bulge 16.2 and closing element 17 are not visually accessible to a viewer.
- Fig. 6 the closing element 17 is formed as a projection of the edge region 16.
- the edge region 16 has an inwardly directed bend, which with the holding means 23rd interacts mechanically.
- the closing element 17 is formed as an edge and at the same time as the end of the edge region 16. If the edge region 16 in Fig. 7 tracked from top
- Fig. 8 some holding elements 23 are bent outwards and thus formed as closing means 43, of which in Fig. 8 one is visible and one is implied.
- at least three holding means are designed as closing means 43 which assume an angle of 120 ° with one another.
- the securing element 10 is located with its edge region 16 from the outside or on the closing means 43, wherein the closing element 17 is formed as a rounding of the edge region 16. If a user exerts a pressure according to the arrow P2 on the securing element 10, then the closing element 17 acts only on the closing means 43, as a result of which the closing element 20 moves into the first position.
- the closing means 43 can also serve as fastening elements 40 between the securing element 10 and the closure element 20, so that the securing element 10 is fastened by the closing means 43 to the closure element 20.
- Fig. 9 is again the embodiment of the fuse element 10 from Fig. 8 shown.
- a tamper-evident closure is shown in the aperture 12.
- the tamper-evident closure is designed as a lid 80, which is fastened in a form-fitting manner to the securing element 10 by webs 81 and a folded edge 82.
- the webs 81 and the folded edge 82 surround the Druchbruch 12 up and down.
- the lid 80 laterally on a bracket 83 which rests on the securing element 10 initially. A user can lift the bracket 83 now slightly and the lid 80 from the Remove fuse element 10.
- Fig. 9b shows the lid 80 with the webs 81 obliquely from below, with four webs 81 are attached by way of example to the lid 80. However, three or more than four webs 81 may be present.
- tamper-evident closure is designed as a foil 85 which lies above the opening 12 and is adhesively secured to a side region 86 on the securing element 10.
- Fig. 10a is a plan view of the fuse element 10 from Fig. 10 shown. It can be seen that the film 85 has a tab 87 which is not directly attached to the fuse element 10. A user can lift the tab 87 and pull the film 85 off the fuse element 10. Also, the film 85, which may be configured as a paper seal, be provided with predetermined breaking points, in particular in the central region, so that this is easy to push (in the opening 12) and thereby destroyed.
