Claims (6)
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung für den Karosseriebau mit einem in einem orthogonal zur Längsachse (18) der Kolbenstange (7) geführten Querschnitt rechteckförmigen Spannkopf (1), der aus zwei Gehäuseteilen (12, 13) aufgebaut ist, und mit einem sich in axialer Verlängerung an das zylinderseitige Ende des Spannkopfes (1) anschließenden Zylinder (2), in dem ein abwechselnd beidseitig durch Druckmitteldruck, insbesondere durch Luftdruck zu beaufschlagender Kolben (6) längsverschieblich und dichtend geführt ist, der mit seiner Kolbenstange (7) den Zylinder (2) und einen Hohlraum des Spannkopfes (1) axial durchgreift, wobei am freien Ende der Kolbenstange (7) eine Kniehebelgelenkanordnung (10) befestigt ist, die mit einem Spannarm gekoppelt ist, mit Endschaltern bzw. Stellungsgebern in Form von Mikroschaltern, induktiven Schaltern, Pneumatikschaltern oder Sensoren (22, 23), die in einem Raum (17) des Spannkopfes (1) integriert sind, wobei die Schalter (22, 23) relativ zueinander einstellbar sind und an einer die Abdeckung für dieselben bildenden Halterung als insgesamt austauschfähige Abfragekassette (20) in Form einer Platine im Bereich eines Schlitzes (19) in axialer Richtung des Spannkopfes (1) angeordnet und befestigt sind, wobei die Abfragekassette (20) in der Draufsicht eine T"-förmige Gestalt mit einer Befestigungsschiene und einem Flansch (25) aufweist, an den sich ein mit seiner Längsachse parallel zur Längsachse (18) der Kolbenstange erstreckendes Profil (21) anschließt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abfragekassette (20) von der Rückseite des Gehäuses des Spannkopfes (1) durch einen engen, sich in Richtung der Längsachse (18) der Kolbenstange (7) erstreckenden Schlitz (19) und unter Beibehaltung der Anbaumöglichkeit der Kniehebelspannvorrichtung von allen vier Seiten, insbesondere von der Rückseite her eingesteckt ist, derart, daß das Profil (21) den Schlitz (19) nach außen hin möglichst fugendicht abdichtet.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profil (21) in einem orthogonal zur Längsachse (18) der Kolbenstange (7) geführten Querschnitt
L"-förmig gestaltet ist, wobei der Steg des L" parallel zur Längsachse (18) der Kolbenstange (7) verläuft und die Schalter (22, 23) verstellbar aufweist, während der Quersteg (24) den Schlitz (19) nach außen hin verschließt. - Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, mit einem aus zwei schalenförmigen Gehäuseteilen (12, 13) bestehendem Spannkopf (1), die flächig in einer Ebene aufeinander aufliegen und die Kniehebelgelenkanordnung (10), die Kolbenstange (7), die Endschalter (22, 23), schmutz- und staubdicht nach außen hin abkapseln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden schalenförmigen Gehäuseteile (12, 13) an der einen schmaleren Seite des im Querschnitt rechteckförmigen Spannkopfes (1) den Schlitz (19) zum Anordnen der Abfragekassette (20) aufweisen.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profil (21) so weit in den Schlitz (19) eintaucht, daß die eine, die schmalere Seite des im Querschnitt rechteckförmigen Spannkopfes (1) die nach außen weisende Begrenzung des L-förmigen Profil (21) überragt.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, mit einem Endanschlag (33) für die Kniehebelgelenkanordnung (10), vornehmlich in Übertotpunktlage des Kniehebelgelenkes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Endanschlag (33) als von außen zu betätigender, in seiner Längsachsrichtung verstellbarer Anschlag, insbesondere als Gewindestopfen (33), ausgebildet ist.
- Kniehebelspannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß stirnseitig an dem Spannkopf (1) ein weiterer verstellbarer Endanschlag (34) zum manuellen Lösen der Kniehebelgelenkanordnung (10) aus der Übertotpunktlage angeordnet ist.
