Abstract
La presente solicitud se refiere a derivados de cromanol sustituidos, a procedimientos para preparar un medicamento. utiles en la preparacion de medicamentos para el tratamiento y/o prevencion de enfermedades, especialmente para el tratamiento y/o prevencion de enfermedades cardiovasculares Reivindicacion 1: Compuesto de formula (1) en la que A representa un grupo de formulas (2) en las que * significa el punto de union con la agrupacion CR1R2, R6 representa un sustituyente seleccionado del grupo de halogeno, ciano, alquilo C1-6 y alcoxi C1-6, en donde alquilo y alcoxi pueden estar sustituidos por su parte hasta cinco veces con fluor, y n significa el numero 0, 1, 2 oo3, en donde para el caso de que el sustituyente R6 aparezca varias veces, sus significados pueden ser iguales o distintos, D representa alquilo C3-8, cicloalquilo C4-8, cicloalquenilo C4-8, arilo C6-10, heteroarilo de 5 o 6 miembros, tetrahidrofuranilo o tetrahidropiranilo, en donde arilo y heteroarilo por su parte pueden estar sustituidos con halogeno, ciano, alquilo C1-6, alcoxi C1-6, trifluorometilo o trifluorometoxi y cicloalquilo y cicloalquenilo por su parte pueden estar sustituidos con fluor o alquilo C1-6, R1 representa hidrogeno, fluor, hidroxi, metoxi, mercapto o metilo, R2 representa hidrogeno, o R1 y R2 forman junto con el átomo de carbono al que están unidos un grupo carbonilo, R3 representa alquilo C1-6 o cicloalquilo C3-7 y R4 y R5 independientemente uno de otro representan hidrogeno o alquilo C1-4 o junto con el átomo de carbono al que están unidos forman un anillo de cicloalquilo de 3 a 5 miembros con enlace espiro, así como sus sales, solvatos y solvatos de las sales.
