Undead Unluck

At first glance when the trailer dropped for Undead Unluck, I had initially written it off. It seemed unique though, and that stuck with me. 4 weeks into its airing, I saw good reception, so I gave it a shot. I can now say It was worthy of watching after having just completed the first season. First and foremost, it's a 24-episode season, no pauses. God bless David Production for directing this properly. The first season has proper story building and leaves the viewer with anticipation to the continuation of this story. The series has proper time to develop ... both story and characters and has an intriguing premise and development of negators on both sides of the conflict. This is how you do anime properly.

Animation 9/10
- The animation isn't the best of the best, but it does a lot right, both in action scenes and stationary scenes. Overall, it is done really well.
Sound 9/10
- Good OP/EDs with great sound design throughout, and good VA work.
Story 8/10
- Not the most complex of a story, but it does story telling right. The story deepens and gets better, eventually ending the season with an anticipatory conflict of factions, that I look forward to in the future.
Characters 9/10
- Unique characters throughout, heartwarming background stories, that drive emotion. One fodder character early in the season is a good example of how great the character development is. When a write off character can make you emotional, it is proof the writer gets character development. I really like Andy and Fuukos' budding relationship. It may seem aggressive at first, but it slowly molds into something genuine.

- Had I waited to binge this in one shot, I would have. I did it in 4 mini binges because I knew I couldn't just watch this week to week.

Even as I write the review, I am contemplating this and that, and I realized writing, that this series was a lot better than I thought. I can't wait to see s2. I recommend this to anime fans in general. I feel this is kind of a hidden gem.

The only word that seems to accurately describe what Undead Unluck is, is FUN. And if what the signs are indicating at, is observed carefully, not mindless fun either. Quite honestly, it was nigh impossible to take the eyes off screen for even a split second during the first episode. And it should be enough to suggest how good of an opening it was, as it keeps building upon that, one episode at a time.

Plot: The title is the plot, and you know it is. If still you're not convinced, read the synopsis, which more or less describes the first episode adequately. Though, it ... does not prepare you for the absolute hilariousness that is the episode itself. Undead Unluck is a chaotic amalgamation of comedy, action, intrigue and entertainment.

As the episodes pile up one by one, the more interesting it starts to get. However, don't take the ridiculousness of this Anime at face value, because it is hiding some major things which looks like betraying the tone. If the ending theme is anything to go by, it might not be all gags and jokes for much longer.

Secret organisations, people with unnatural abilities, strange happenings, eerie phenomena, and a lot more, almost reminiscent of the battle tested Shounen formula.

Characters: The main duo has a nice chemistry between them, though it seems a little rushed at times. The physical comedy that is generated by their interaction is not something revolutionary, but it is tried and tested, and never fails to amuse when done properly. As more of the cast is slowly revealed, you get the feeling it is almost gearing up to be a proper Shounen.

Animation: Sometimes, it seems as if David Production don't know when to stop. Without a doubt this is by far the best animated show of the season. The very first big fight on the second episode has elements from a particular Mob Psycho fight, a particular Jujutsu Kaisen fight, and a particular My Hero Academia fight. And, each of these fights were what established those franchises as what they would eventually become.

Then there are sharp and crisp backgrounds, which add a nice hue to the action. Movement looks so smooth, probably pointing towards the amount of in between frames. It does seem that the animators have brought their A game to the fore. It's never a surprise when David Production are involved though.

The opening theme has some really, really amazing animations. It truly deserves a place as one of the best animated openings of the season. While the ending theme, well, it doesn't fit at all with the overall vibe, and that only makes the show better. Because the ending being what it is, you can safely expect novelty from its original vibe real soon.

Music: The background music is decent and does it's job. It serves the purpose of enhancing the experience, as you'd expect from it. Unless you pull off a You Say Run, most Shounen OSTs never get much attention from the greater part of the fanbase. Of course, if you have a Yutaka Yamada or Shiro Sagisu or perhaps Yuki Hayashi or Sawano, then that's a different matter.

The opening and ending themes are a whole different beast though. They assert themselves, and make you take notice. Fortunately, Undead Unluck has two of those, and they deserve a special mention.

Enjoyment: Apart from a certain crowd, that almost always goes ballistic whenever something new and interesting comes, everybody else will generally find it extremely entertaining and amusing. There is something to enjoy for almost everybody, and there's a lot more in store still. So I can only give it a wholehearted recommendation.

But I feel like this anime deserves more positive reviews and many of the *cough* male *cough* reviewers just didnt get it.

this anime is a BLAST. from the first episode to the last one,you WILL have fun.
Its lewd,it's crass,it's morbid - but its done in such a charming way , nothing comes out distateful.
it's also quite romantic , but not in a super annoying shoujo manner , which makes it even better.

I would consider this anime a feel good anime [for adults,ofc] ...
it doesnt challenge you too much emotionally but it still takes you on a fun ride , and after watching so many forgetable shows for so many years - when something makes you feel good,you just gotta give it its flowers.

“Fun” seems to be the most common word people are using for this anime, but perhaps it is that this anime doesn’t take itself too seriously. Whether it be Andy’s eternally-cheesy superhero grin, the over-the-top reality/world settings, or the rapidly evolving storyline – it doesn’t want to be taken too seriously. But that doesn’t mean it is unserious about everything it does.

Untypical
Perhaps one of this anime’s most surprising qualities is how it offers so many typical aspects of its genre and yet intentionally undelivers them: it is always leading from one ecchi-esc moment to the ... next, without every fully landing that moment; constant fight scenes almost as intense and over-the-top enough for you to think studio Trigger may have been involved (think more Kill la Kill than Cyberpunk Edgerunners); the unashamed drawing on of other well-known or popular series (Attack on Titan, Mob Pshycho, Elfen Lied, My Hero Academia, Ajin, etc). Yet it does all of these in its own way and successfully uncopies all of them.

Unexpected
What I expected was to be disappointed – awashed with petty fan service, meaningless action and stereotypical characterisations. Instead, Undead Unluck creates protagonists who aren’t perfect or idealised, rapid-fire bending of storyline and realities, and a desire to see what craziness comes next. And as a visual aside, it uses an intriguing colour palate that is seemingly designed to not work – including Fuko wearing three different tones of red – but this plays directly into the series’ seriousness at being untypical in its unseriousness.

Overall
This anime isn’t going to change your life – and it certainly isn’t trying to. But it is an unexpected and unique blend of energy and honest escapism that it is worth watching: partly to restore your faith that there are still fresh and crazy approaches to storytelling, and partly just because it’s a bit of fun.

What in the hell did I just watch?!

Is what one may be thinking the first time you start this show, as it's a wild ride from start to finish, and doesn't leave any time to breath with it's comedic timing, and just pure random nature, topped with an actual interesting and well developed storyline, that'll keep any kind of viewer engaged

Story and characters: 9
A strong line up of characters will take a show far. Strong in the sense of not just who they are, and what they stand for, No matter what the plot is, a show can be carried so hard but a good ... line up, or in this case, a very great duo, that'll make the show stand out so much, among many others within it's season. You have Izumo, who seems like such a sweetie, but she's caught up with the dreaded power of unluck. Meaning anything she touches, will be given such bad luck, that she's too scared to get close to anyone. To then you have 'Andy' who i swear doesn't have one single sane brain cell within his body, but then again, it's been redone that many times, it's not surprising. But because of his power, it allows a connection between the two, of being an undead. As we learn more about these different powers, and what is in store for our odd couple.

The story isn't afraid to pull punches either. Throwing in crude jokes here or there, which really add to the shows theme, and it's comedy. Bring out laughs for it's silliness, and goofy tone. The kind that will make this show stand out far more than any other show for seasons to come. A big highlight of the season for sure.


Art and sound: 8
What a beautiful opening we have here, in terms of how it's presented, and animated. Well put together, and such. Only turn into a very intense, and fun ride. With each and every scene, being filled with so much detail, and moments, that really flow so well together, and look really good on screen. Not to mention some stella voice acting work, that really sounds like the people behind it, are truly having a blast with each and every moment that they show up on screen. Truly well done in every department.

Undead Unluck is top tier, and deserves more attention for what it is. A great show to watch.

Undead Unluck is a great battle shounen but it suffers from a beginning that displeased part of the public but mainly because it was distributed by Hulu.

In this story we follow Izumo Fuuko, a young woman who, upon meeting Andy, discovers the existence of people who can deny a rule in the world, she is Unlucky as she denies the luck of those she touches and Andy is the Undead as he cannot die in any way. With this information, both go on a journey to free themselves from their powers and end up encountering many challenges and hidden truths of this world.

Starting with a ... negative point, the way Andy initially treats Fuuko is questionable to say the least. Having a man grope a woman without permission is not funny and although this behavior didn't last for many episodes, it lasted long enough to alienate some of the audience.

But, after the initial discomfort, the plot really left me involved with each new mystery and information we obtain about the functioning of powers and the world in which our protagonists live. There were many times that after an episode I found myself thinking about how a certain power works or how to solve some mystery that appeared.

The characters in general are rich in charisma. Even Andy, who had no sympathy for me, became really likable, as did Fuuko, becoming more and more confident as the story progressed. I can say the same about the secondary characters, even those who have little screen time gained my affection because, in addition to having a striking appearance, their personalities and characteristics made me want to know more about them all the time.

And now the worst point of Undead Unluck is called HULU, the terrible advertising and distribution has greatly restricted the potential reach of this anime. At the time of writing this text, there are not even subtitles in Brazilian Portuguese (my language) and from what I researched, this problem did not only affect Brazil.

The art is very decent and perhaps because we are living with works like Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen and Sousou no Frieren, many don't give it the value that Undead Unluck deserves. The track is very good and delivers everything needed and will certainly not leave my playlist anytime soon.

I'm happy to have given this anime a chance, despite the complicated beginning and having to overcome a barrier called HULU, the journey was worth it and I feel that the balance of it all is positive. This is definitely an anime I recommend.

It’s a pretty interesting story with a world of rules and negators who have powers (mostly unwillingly) to negate them. The plot by itself sounded fun but I don’t think he watched an anime earlier that brings together shounen and shojo elements so well.

Undead Unluck is fast paced and keeps you interested throughout. I love the concept, the characters and their development. It’s funny, romantic, action packed and has leads you actually feel for. Andy seems initially as a beefy guy with no feels, and Fuko the quintessential shounen FL - all boobs and no use. But interestingly, their characters unveil to be both ... powerful and lovable. The use of little ecchi is also pretty tastefully done. 10/10 recommend.

The title is what caught my attention initially, I knew about this anime ever since they announced it and was vaguely looking forward to it because there's just something charming about the character designs for me.
The first episode was so good that it actually made me want to read the manga (which is rare for me personally, This alone is an achievement) but I still put it off thinking maybe I should wait. But behold as the second episode was over it instantly caught me in a frenzy and I just had to read the manga at that point and it did not disappoint even ... one bit. This is an over the top shounen with some of the most clever battle abilities that you can find. Like seriously the whole concept of undead and unluck is just genius.

As someone who has read the manga, this adaptation is definitely satisfying me so far. My rating may change to a 9 once the season ends xD

You wouldn't know it just from looking at its traditional shonen artstyle, but there's actually a lot going on under the surface of Undead Unluck. After watching the first few episodes, I was prepared to write it off as a "fun popcorn anime", but after sticking with it for just a little longer (as well as consuming some minor spoilers for later on), I can say with certainty that it's worth the watch, and that season 1 is only the tip of the iceberg for what's to come.

Undead Unluck probably has the most explosive and action-packed first few episodes I've seen all year. No ... surprises that the animation is probably the biggest highlight of this show, thanks to David Productions who have worked on a number of high-profile shows including Jojo's. The action scenes are reason enough to give this show a shot, even if you don't care for the plot, like I didn't at first. The Opening song and video for S1 are also really really good, one of my favorite openings of the year for sure.

The abilities of Nullifiers, the guys with powers in this show, are flashy and interesting in typical shonen fashion, with particular detail given to Andy's power of "UNdead". He not only cannot be killed, but he can turn his body parts into projectiles, detach and use his head like a bomb, can use a katana he keeps sheathed in his back...it's all SO stupid that if you struggle to suspend your disbelief I completely understand. The bombastic over-the-top nature might be too much for some, but the upside is that if this is the kind of thing you're into, you're going to really enjoy it, and it'll be very obvious right away if this show is for you.

And speaking of shonen cliches, the other main character, Fuko, is a cute shortstack who has a pretty decent amount of fan-service, which I'll admit can be a perfectly valid criticism of this show if that's something that bothers you. However the reason for the, let's just say gratuity of the fan-service, is done intentionally for plot reasons. I'm not really trying to excuse it or anything, but given that this show is just barely grounded in reality as it is, I feel comfortable just letting it pass.

And for godsakes, have you even SEEN Andy? Dude is the most jacked guy on Earth and he's naked in almost every scene he's in. And yet, none of this bothers me at all because it's so fun to watch. I'd actually consider Undead to be decently progressive given that it's offering something to both sexes, very cool stuff.

Like I said, I started watching it with the expectation of minimal or bad story and very good action, but I eventually discovered that there's a lot about the world of Undead Unluck that is hidden from us at first, and it's genuinely pretty captivating. The urge to see how things got to the way they are, or to see what we haven't seen yet is perfectly good incentive to look forward to the next episode. And that's to say nothing of the character development. I'm only on ep 9 but I feel like we've already seen both Fuko and Andy develop as characters in some really satisfying ways.

If you're into crazy action shonen and you're looking for a fresh take on the genre, I cannot recommend Undead enough, and like I said earlier, it's only going to get better from here.

A charming anime about a group of individuals aiming to save the world in order to live normal lives. It mimics the same theme as in Mob Psycho, where those gifted with special powers don't really consider themselves "gifted" but rather "cursed" because they know they can't live normal lives.

The animation was alright but the premise itself is very interesting. The power system introduced in the series, Negation, is an interesting idea, and one that allows for near limitless powers to be introduced in the future. It also introduces the idea of Artifacts -- items with special powers that can be used -- which ... I would have liked to explored more in the first season.

Looking forward to seeing where this anime goes -- although it might be a better idea to just start reading the manga.

I haven't done any reviews but this is going to be the series for my first one, this series isn't supposed to be serious its supposed to be FUN.. Its nice to see a original of a anime that has vibrant colors, and top notch animation. You have a good balance of humor and horror, its a good stand out anime for Winter 2023. Alot of anime thats been coming out, hasn't been able to grasp onto my attention for long as some ascepts get dragged out in between too many episodes, or just cancelled all together. Nice to see something refreshing and new.

Well, this is a damn masterpiece.
I've never seen a worldbuilding even close to be this unique and interesting. I don't even know where to start.
The characters and their dynamics is literally everything. I usually dislike romantic subplot in shounen animes but this shit made me blush everytime our main couple interacted. Fuuko is adorable and Andy is a frickin' gentleman, periodt. I love the "polar opposites bring out the best in eachother" trope and it really works well in this setting. I especially love Andy's character because he sure has this "bad guy" vibe (which fits him perfectly) and still be a decent likable human ... being. Love that. There's just the right amount of edginess no more, no less.
Another green flag about this anime, is how different and diverse each character is. Unique personalities that help the plot moving forward, no filler or fanservice characters. Just how i like it. The character designs are *chefs kiss*. They look incredibly cool, there's nothing more to say on this.
But what I love the best is the abilities. There are some I never even thought of, not just your basic mind reading and telekinesis. They're severely op but still have serious downsides. You wouldn't want superpowers in this universe that's for sure haha. Each character has their own tragic story that came with being a Negator and shaped their personalities into what they are in the present. So cool.
The animation is fine, the fights look awesome. There's some CGI mostly in the background but it's absolutely tolerable.

Give it a try if you love a good story, I wouln't wanna miss out on this one :DD

Episode 7, and I must say, this is a good one. By far the most shounen, shounen anime we got in the past years. There is a power system, the attacks have names, and everything, and the characters are extreme too. I see potential for some good romance too. The animation is great, and the fighting is engaging. I gave this a chance while eating launch, and I didn't have much expectations despise hearing good stuff about the manga, and... well, it took the length of 7 episodes for me to eat my lunch. Totally worth it. In the new generation, dominated by Shounen like ... JJK, Chainsaw Man, and other more mature and sophisticated series, this feels like going back to the origins of Shounen. It can be a bit fast at times, the power system is a bit off a stretch too and things happen conveniently, it doesn't take itself seriously very much either, but it does enough to hit the nail where it needs to. This is definitely a series to look forward to. It got aired in a ridiculously strong season, so I feel that it got lost in the shuffle a bit... I think that if this aired in the winter, this could have been the anime of the season or at least in the top 3. I really hope, the choice to have it airing at this time, won't reduce its potential for future seasons, or a drop in the quality of the future seasons.

For fans of 2010's Shounen, this is highly recommended. Meddaka Box, Hitman Reborn! and My Hero Academia fans will definitely have a blast with this.

This anime was delightful!

With a fresh perspective on self-acceptance, regardless of a person's (negator's) abilities or disadvantages, each character rises above their unchangeable circumstances to maintain a fragile balance between 'god-like' power and complete destruction.

Falling under several genres of action, comedy, gore, fantasy and romance, there is something here for everyone. The characters throughout the series are unique, and take their time to properly develop complex relationships. Great animation, well choreographed fight scenes, fun OST and a fast passed (rather messy) storyline, that keeps viewers on their toes. Not to mention, the back-and-forth between character's dialogue is hilarious, their quips and awkward personalities are ... down right charming.

It's no lie, the fan-service can be a bit much at times (No worse then 'Fairy Tail', haha.), but male, female and non-binary characters are portrayed as powerful, brave and develop a strong sense of unity.

Very solid and weird over the too anime with a messy story and very interesting and complex characters in a very ricj and interesting post apocalyptic world full of danger and scary powers that can take your life in an instant of weakness and it has a very dark vive to it, specially the main duo, they are weird and very interesting to be honest, they are kinda scary and weird to look but i just love them, this is not a gem of an anime its just an enjoyable piece of medía with something mediocre and something very good animation not gonna lie i ... cried a little with one of the backstory, has good villains too.

Undead Unluck is one of the coolest action shonen that I’ve ever seen, featuring a fun cast of characters with a diverse and wide range of abilities. While it definitely plays into some traditional shonen tropes, it does more than enough to distinguish itself from its contemporaries and it’s a shame it didn’t garner more attention.

At the core of Undead Unluck is the relationship between Andy and Fuuko, two people who have sort have been loners for a long time due to their abilities. We see them come together and bond over mutual trauma and find comfort in one another. While it starts off ... fanservicey, it develops into one of the best relationships you’ll see in the genre. Two people who support each other’s weaknesses and compliment their strengths. If you can stick thru Andy’s horny stage at the start you’ll really be in for a treat.

The other big thing that stands out about Undead Unluck is the ability system. Negators are the personification of specific concepts with the prefix “un” so the titular “Undead Unluck” referring to Andy and Fuuko respectively is a play on their abilities to be immortal and unlucky. There’s other concepts like Unjustice, unforgettable and unstoppable that are really cool and a nice switch up on your typical shonen battle series. There’s so many really strong characters in the story which always makes things interesting. After all, who wants a story where you know who’s going to win every fight. There’s a lot of creativity in how the two leads fight and take down opponents as well which is a plus.

Speaking of those creative fights, studio David Production are known for their amazing production values and Undead Unluck is no exception. The show looks and sounds great. The one big complaint that me and most others will have is the pacing. For some reason, every episode has recaps at the beginning that often cause episodes to end on cliffhangers. It can be a bit frustrating especially during the high intensity moments of the story. It’s not something that’s negligible either, definitely killed the momentum of some episodes.

Other than that though, I don’t have much of an issue with anything in the show. It’s fun, engaging throughout and the character dynamics are great. Not to mention a plot that slowly gets revealed and is grander than I would’ve imagined. I’m so glad I picked this one up and it made the last half a year so fun. A season 2 is a must.

Undead Unluck gets 8 out of 10.

The power system is unique and interesting. The mcs are lovable, and complements each other extremely well. The storytelling is fascinating and it progressively gets better. Definitely deserves a 2nd season, otherwise the world is UNFAIR!

It is a rare gem to find when most anime are gradually getting quite generic. It may not get as much fan following but it surely made a place in many viewers hearts.

The story is simple but presented very well.

The art style is industry standard, but suits the vibe of the story well.

The anime surveys the genre it claims perfectly. Fans of action, comedy, adventure, will ... surely like it.

Cour 1:

With the hundreds of battle shonen anime airing this season, Undead Unluck stands out amongst the crowd. This is mainly due to the fact that the anime does a great job balancing out all of the crazy action typically found in this demographic of entertainment with some meaningful character work and plot progression. To be honest, that’s what makes Undead Unluck a great battle shonen series, as everyone, even some minor side characters, have a lot going for them and are given ample screentime to make us care about their struggles. However, the heart and soul of this series comes down to the two ... main characters: Fuuko and Andy. What makes the duo between the two leads of Undead Unluck so much fun and entertaining to watch would be their chemistry and how their powers compliment one another. Fuuko and Andy are basically polar opposites of one another, with the former being really shy and at times reserved while the latter being a loose cannon. These contrasting personalities and how they mesh with one another is something that’s been done to death now in storytelling, yet it’s effective here. Both of these characters have some loose screws in them, but the adventures they go on and the time they spend together help build their chemistry while making us care about their relationship. On top of that, the anime gets very creative with how these two utilize each other's powers, which ultimately leads to some very entertaining and fun fight scenes.

As I mentioned earlier, Undead Unluck does a great job giving depth to the side characters in the show, and I really like how it's all executed here. Every arc in this half of the season introduces us to new side characters for the main cast to interact with, and I really appreciate that the writing and pacing allows for the supporting cast to flourish, even if it’s just for a brief moment. Whether it be via flashbacks or just compelling characterization, the side cast being more than just side quest NPCs adds even more vibrancy to whatever arc they are a part of. Speaking of vibrancy, both the art style and animation are pretty good and further make Undead Unluck a fun, over-the-top action anime. Even the voice acting, at least from the Japanese cast, helps breathe so much life to this series, with some notable performances from Fuuko and Andy’s VAs, Moe Kahara and Yuuichi Nakamura respectively, and even from the supporting cast as well. Overall, if you’re looking for a fun action anime that, for the most part, breaks the mold from your typical battle shonen anime, then Undead Unluck might just be for you.


Cour 2:

I feel very conflicted about this cour. On one hand, from a narrative standpoint, the second cour of Undead Unluck is better than the first; the writing takes its time to further flesh out the main duo of Fuuko and Andy, introduce more stakes and further develop the overarching plot of this anime, as well as delving deep into the character of Akira Kuno, who is seemingly the “author” of the story in this series so far. The increase in stakes does create a greater sense of urgency for both Union and Under to prevent the end of the world. Delving into the “Anno Un” pseudonym that Kuno takes up as a mangaka in order to help prevent the end of the world adds more depth and complexity to a narrative that for the most part is pretty straightforward. However, there are few aspects that held back this half of the season for me. For starters, I don’t think the conflict between Union and Under is fully justified. For starters, these two organizations almost have the exact same goals, just with slightly different endgames and very minor differences in ideologies. Having Billy be a double agent for Under is interesting, but there isn’t much narrative meat behind this decision other than to have more stakes in the story and maybe have some cool moments. The season finale has the main duo of the series team up with some Under members to defeat Autumn, which is nice, but this just further proves that the conflict between these two factions isn’t justified enough.

The other issue that I have with this half of the season is how information is drip-fed to us. Undead Unluck’s first cour was more action-packed so this issue was never really prevalent, but in the second half, there are long bouts of exposition sprinkled throughout these set of episodes, and at times, it kind of lost me. It’s not bad, and honestly it’s typical when it comes to anime like this, but it doesn’t make it any less annoying. Regardless, this doesn’t set back Undead Unluck a lot. If anything, this is something to keep in mind if you ever plan on binge-watching this show. Undead Unluck is still a fun action anime to check out.

In short, definitely worth watching!

The power system in this anime is one of the best of the new-gen anime. It's easier to grasp (unlike some anime where you have to pretend that you know the power system). There were many moments where I was taken aback because of the twists. It exceeded whatever expectations I had and came out to be one of my favorite new-gen anime. The world-building is mind-blowing; it's a concept not much used, and if done perfectly, it could be one of the best.

The characters are just awesome; you'll fall in love with them for sure. Each character has a unique ... trait, and you'll feel connected to them in no time. The plot has a great potential to become one of the best new-gen anime if adapted well, which you can be sure of since it's DP we're talking about.

The animation is SUPERRR. Being a David Production work, which also animated Fire Force and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, you can expect that the sound effect is just as awesome as in their other works that I mentioned.

One thing that felt a bit disappointing was the overuse of fanservice. While fanservice is a part of anime, it's only tolerable if done in moderation. There were time when the fanservice felt wrong. Nevertheless, you won't feel bored for most of the episodes, and you will have watched this series in no time.

the tale of the undead and the unluck, a premise I initially overlooked. One fateful night, I ventured into its world, compelled by curiosity.

The combination of the undead, an entity that defies death, and the unluck, a force of lethal misfortune, struck me as an intriguing blend. The sheer absurdity of this series, deliberately not taking itself seriously, became its charm.

Remarkably, the characters resonated with me, and the mild touch of lewdness, rather than being jarring, found its place within the narrative. Those unfortunate enough to overlook this series shall indeed find joy within its whimsical realm!
