I've never seen a worldbuilding even close to be this unique and interesting. I don't even know where to start.
The characters and their dynamics is literally everything. I usually dislike romantic subplot in shounen animes but this shit made me blush everytime our main couple interacted. Fuuko is adorable and Andy is a frickin' gentleman, periodt. I love the "polar opposites bring out the best in eachother" trope and it really works well in this setting. I especially love Andy's character because he sure has this "bad guy" vibe (which fits him perfectly) and still be a decent likable human being. Love that. There's just the right amount of edginess no more, no less.
Another green flag about this anime, is how different and diverse each character is. Unique personalities that help the plot moving forward, no filler or fanservice characters. Just how i like it. The character designs are *chefs kiss*. They look incredibly cool, there's nothing more to say on this.
But what I love the best is the abilities. There are some I never even thought of, not just your basic mind reading and telekinesis. They're severely op but still have serious downsides. You wouldn't want superpowers in this universe that's for sure haha. Each character has their own tragic story that came with being a Negator and shaped their personalities into what they are in the present. So cool.
The animation is fine, the fights look awesome. There's some CGI mostly in the background but it's absolutely tolerable.
Give it a try if you love a good story, I wouln't wanna miss out on this one :DD
