Abstract

　本発明の誘電体セラミックは、ＢａＴｉＯ３系化合物を主成分とし、一般式：１００ＡｍＢＯ３＋ａＮｉＯ＋ｂＲＯｎ＋ｃＭＯｖ＋ｄＭｇＯ＋ｅＸＯｗ（ただし、ＲはＤｙ等の希土類元素、ＭはＭｎ等の金属元素、ＸはＳｉを含む焼結助剤成分）で表わされる。Ｎｉが結晶粒子内に均一固溶され、結晶粒子における希土類元素の固溶領域は、断面積比で平均１０％以下である。０．９６≦ｍ≦１．０３０、０．０５≦ａ≦３、０．１≦ｂ≦１．５、０．１≦ｃ≦１．０、０．１≦ｄ≦１．５、０．０５≦ｅ≦３．５を満足する。積層セラミックコンデンサは、誘電体層１ａ～１ｇが上記誘電体セラミックで形成されている。これにより、良好なＡＣ電圧特性を有する上に、所望の誘電特性と良好な温度特性を維持することができ、耐電圧性も良好で信頼性を確保することのできる誘電体セラミック、及び積層セラミックコンデンサを実現する。
