Abstract

　本発明の誘電体セラミックは、一般式：１００ＢａｍＴｉＯ３＋ａＲＯｎ＋ｂＭＯｖ＋ｃＸＯｗ（ＲはＤｙ、Ｌａ等所定の希土類元素、ＭはＭｎ、Ｍｇ等所定の金属元素、ｎ、ｖ及びｗは、元素Ｒ、Ｍ及び焼結助剤成分Ｘの価数に応じて一義的に決まる正の数）で表わされ、主相粒子における前記副成分の固溶領域は、断面積比で平均１０％以下（０％を含む。）である。焼結助剤成分Ｘは少なくともＳｉを含む。ｍ、ａ、ｂ、ｃは０．９９５≦ｍ≦１．０３０、０．１≦ａ≦２．０、０．１≦ｂ≦３．０、０．１≦ｃ≦５．０である。積層セラミックコンデンサは、誘電体層１ａ～１ｇが上記誘電体セラミックで形成されている。これによりＡＣ電圧特性が良好で、所望の大きな誘電率と良好な温度特性を維持し、誘電損失も小さく信頼性をも確保できる誘電体セラミック、及び該誘電体セラミックを使用した積層セラミックコンデンサを実現する。
