Abstract

　積層セラミックコンデンサに用いられる誘電体セラミック材料であって、１２００°C以下の温度にて主成分がＮｉである内部電極と共焼成可能であり、かつ、抵抗率が高い誘電体セラミック組成物を提供する。誘電体セラミック組成物は、組成式（Ｋ1-xＮａx）Ｓｒ2Ｎｂ5Ｏ15（ただし、０≦ｘ＜０．２）で表されるタングステンブロンズ型複合酸化物を主成分として含む誘電体セラミック組成物であって、上記の主成分１００モル部に対して、０.０５～２０モル部のＲ（ただし、Ｒは、Ｙ、Ｌａ、Ｐｒ、Ｎｄ、Ｓｍ、Ｅｕ、Ｇｄ、Ｔｂ、Ｄｙ、Ｈｏ、Ｅｒ、Ｔｍ、Ｙｂ、Ｌｕからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも１種）と、０.０５～４０モル部のＭ（ただし、Ｍは、Ｍｎ、Ｖ、Ｌｉ、Ｓｉ、Ｎｉ、Ｃｒ、Ｃｏ、Ｆｅ、Ｚｎ、Ｍｇ、Ｚｒからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも１種）とを、副成分として含む。
