Abstract

　本発明では、２つの端面を有し、一方の端面から他方の端面まで延伸する複数のセルを区画するセル壁を備える複数のハニカムユニットを、接着層を介して接合することにより構成されたセラミックブロックと、該セラミックブロックの外周面に設置されたコート層とを有するハニカム構造体であって、前記セル壁、前記コート層および前記接着層から選択された少なくとも１箇所に、複数の吸熱材料を有することを特徴とするハニカム構造体が提供される。
