Abstract

本発明は、多孔質炭化ケイ素焼結体の作製に適した炭化ケイ素焼成用原料であって、鉄化合物粉末が均一に分散した炭化ケイ素焼成用原料を提供すること目的とするものであり、本発明の炭化ケイ素焼成用原料の製造方法は、少なくとも炭化ケイ素粉末と鉄化合物粉末とを湿式混合又は湿式粉砕混合する工程を含むことを特徴とする。
