Abstract

This invention discloses a method for providing a membership page in an electronic device, comprising the following steps: providing a second page for requesting cancellation of membership in response to a first input for cancellation of membership received on a first page of the user's membership information; displaying information on at least a portion of the second page on the offer information provided by membership based on the user's service usage history; maintaining the user's membership information in response to a second input for requesting a reminder to cancel membership received on the second page; and providing a notification message for reminding the user to cancel membership in response to the second input after a first period elapsed since the second input was received.

The method for providing a membership page, the electronic device supporting the method, and the non-transitory computer-readable recording media including the program for executing the method.

This invention relates to an electronic device and method for providing a membership page, and more specifically, to a method for providing a membership page for services provided by an electronic device and an electronic device supporting that method.

With the development of electronic technology, e-commerce has gained a foothold in the shopping industry. Customers can buy items online without having to go to shopping malls, markets, or stores in person, and the items purchased online are delivered to the customer's requested delivery location.

In e-commerce, providing detailed and accurate information about products has a significant impact on service satisfaction, and therefore various solutions for providing more detailed and accurate information are being discussed.

On the other hand, with the popularization of e-commerce shopping, the amount of data that servers providing e-commerce services need to process is becoming increasingly massive. In order to prevent the loss of existing customers, various services (such as membership services) are being provided. Therefore, it is necessary to propose effective methods for managing information related to various e-commerce services.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] According to the method of the present invention, an electronic device can provide personalized information to a user.

According to the method of this invention, the electronic device can provide each user with an adaptive membership cancellation process.

The technical problems to be solved by this invention are not limited to those mentioned above. Those skilled in the art to which this invention pertains can clearly understand other technical problems not mentioned based on the following description. [Technical Means for Solving the Problem]

Various embodiments may provide a method for providing a membership page and an electronic device that supports that method.

The methods for providing a membership page in an electronic device according to various embodiments disclosed in this specification may include the following steps: providing a second page for requesting cancellation of membership in response to a first input for cancellation of membership received on a first page of the user's membership information; displaying information on at least a portion of the second page on the offer of one or more offers provided by membership based on the user's service usage history; maintaining the user's membership information in response to a second input for requesting a reminder to cancel membership received on the second page; and providing a notification message to the user device corresponding to the user in response to the second input after a first period has elapsed since the second input was received.

In an embodiment, the service usage history information may include the historical information of the services provided by the electronic device, which were used by the user during the membership period.

In an implementation example, the service usage history information may include: comparative information on the history of the user's use of the service during the membership period and the history of the user's use of the service during the non-membership period.

In an embodiment, the steps may include: obtaining the user's savings information based on the service usage history information; and displaying the savings information in at least a portion of the above-mentioned page 1.

In the implementation example, the aforementioned information on the amount of savings may be obtained based on the aforementioned service usage history information and the service usage history information of one or more ordinary customers who have not joined one of the aforementioned membership qualifications.

In an embodiment, the notification information may include the information on the amount of savings.

In an embodiment, the following steps may be included: obtaining the user's delivery time saving information based on the above service usage history information and the service usage history information of ordinary customers who have not joined the above membership; and displaying the above delivery time saving information in at least a portion of the above-mentioned page 1.

In an embodiment, the notification information may include the aforementioned information on saving delivery time.

In an embodiment, the following steps may be included: displaying the user's unused offer information in the first area of the first page from the offer information obtained based on the user's service usage history information.

In an embodiment, the following steps may be included: when receiving input of details corresponding to one or more offers in at least a portion of the area of the second page mentioned above, move to the page with the details corresponding to the request.

In an embodiment, the steps may include: determining the display order of one or more of the above offers; and displaying the above offer information based on the above display order.

In an embodiment, the above display order can be determined as follows: among the above one or more offers, the unused offer information confirmed based on the above service usage history information is displayed first.

In the implementation, the first period mentioned above can be determined by corresponding to the update date of the membership qualification, which is confirmed based on the membership qualification information.

In an embodiment, the notification information may include unused offer information from one or more offers that has been confirmed based on the service usage history information.

The electronic devices disclosed in the various embodiments of this specification include a memory and a processor. The processor can be configured as follows: corresponding to a first input requesting cancellation of membership received on the first page of the user's membership information, a second page requesting cancellation of membership is provided. Based on the user's service usage history, promotional information for one or more offers provided by the membership is displayed in at least a portion of the second page. Corresponding to a second input requesting a reminder to cancel membership received from the second page, the user's membership information is maintained. Corresponding to the second input, after a first period has elapsed since its receipt, a notification message reminding the user to cancel membership is provided to the user device corresponding to the user. According to the method of this invention, personalized membership information can be provided to users through electronic devices, thereby improving the usability of membership information and the user experience.

According to this invention, a special cancellation process can be provided for each user through an electronic device, which is expected to reduce the loss of members due to the cancellation of membership.

Figure 1 is a diagram of a membership information management system 100 that illustrates various embodiments of a method for providing a membership page in an electronic device.

Referring to Figure 1, the membership information management system 100 of various embodiments can be implemented in various devices. For example, the membership information management system 100 can be implemented in electronic device 101 and user device 102. In other words, electronic device 101 and user device 102 can perform the operations of various embodiments of the present invention based on the membership information management system 100 implemented in each device. On the other hand, the membership information management system 100 of various embodiments is not limited to that shown in Figure 1 above, and can also be implemented in various electronic devices and servers.

The electronic device 101 of various embodiments is capable of performing wired and wireless communication with one or more user devices 102, and includes a device with a large unit storage capacity. For example, the electronic device 101 may be a cloud device connected to one or more user devices 102.

The user device 102 in various embodiments can be a desktop PC, tablet PC, mobile terminal, or other device usable by a personal user. In addition, other electronic devices that perform similar functions can be used to operate the user device 102.

The membership information management system 100 in various embodiments may include various modules for operation. The modules included in the membership information management system 100 may be computer code or one or more instructions, which are implemented in a manner that enables the physical device (e.g., electronic device 101) (or included in the physical device) of the membership information management system 100 to perform specified actions. In other words, the physical device implementing the membership information management system 100 may store multiple modules in memory in the form of computer code. When the multiple modules stored in memory are executed, the multiple modules enable the physical device to perform specified actions corresponding to the multiple modules.

Figure 2 is a diagram showing the configuration of various embodiments of electronic devices and user devices.

Referring to FIG2, the electronic device 101 and the user device 102 may include an input/output unit 210, a communication unit 220, a storage unit 230 and a processor 240.

The input/output unit 210 may be various interfaces or ports for receiving user input or outputting information to the user. The input/output unit 210 may include an input module and an output module, and the input module receives user input from the user. User input may be implemented in various forms such as key input, touch input, and voice input. Examples of input modules capable of receiving such user input may include: a traditional small keyboard or keyboard, a mouse, a touch sensor that senses the user's touch, a microphone that receives voice signals, a camera that recognizes gestures by image recognition, a proximity sensor that includes at least one of an illuminance sensor or an infrared sensor that senses the user's proximity, a motion sensor that recognizes user operations by means of an accelerometer or a gyroscope sensor, and various other types of input mechanisms that sense or receive user input of various other types. According to embodiments of the present invention, the input module may include at least one of the above-mentioned devices. Here, the touch sensor can be implemented using a touch panel mounted on the display panel, a piezoelectric or electrostatic touch sensor using a touch film, or an optical touch sensor that senses touch optically. In addition, the input module can also be implemented by connecting to an external input device that receives user input, rather than using an input interface (USB (Universal Serial Bus) port, PS/2 (Personal System 2) port, etc.) of a device that senses user input itself. Furthermore, the output module can output various information. The output module may include at least one of the following: a display for outputting images, a speaker for outputting sound, a tactile device for generating vibration, and other types of output mechanisms. In addition, the output module can also be implemented by connecting to the port-type output interface of the aforementioned individual output mechanisms.

For example, the output module of the display can display text, static images, and video. The display may include at least one of the following: Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), Light Emitting Diode (LED), Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED), Flat Panel Display (FPD), Transparent Display, Curved Display, Flexible Display, 3D Display, Holographic Display, Projector, and other devices capable of performing image output functions. Such a display may also be a touch display integrated with the touch sensor of the input module.

The communication unit 220 can communicate with other devices. Therefore, the electronic device 101 and the user device 102 can send and receive information with other devices through the communication unit. For example, the electronic device 101 and the user device 102 can use the communication unit to perform communication between themselves or to communicate with other devices.

Here, communication, i.e., the transmission and reception of data, can be achieved via wired or wireless means. For this purpose, the communication module may include: a wired communication module connected to the Internet via a LAN (Local Area Network); a mobile communication module connected to a mobile communication network via a mobile communication base station to transmit and receive data; a short-range communication module using communication methods such as Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) or WPAN (Wireless Personal Area Network) such as Bluetooth and Zigbee; a satellite communication module using GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) such as GPS (Global Positioning System); or a combination thereof.

Memory 230 can store various information. The memory can store data temporarily or semi-permanently. For example, the memory of electronic device 101 can store: operating system (OS) used to drive electronic device 101, data used to manage a website, or data related to programs or applications used to generate Braille (e.g., website applications). Furthermore, the memory can store the modules described above as computer code.

Examples of storage devices 230 include: hard disk drives (HDDs), solid state drives (SSDs), flash memory, read-only memory (ROMs), and random access memory (RAMs). These storage devices can be provided in either built-in or removable forms.

The processor 240 controls the overall operation of the electronic device 101 and the user device 102. To this end, the processor 240 can perform various information calculations and processing, and control the operation of the components of the electronic device 101. For example, the processor 240 can execute programs or applications used to provide a membership qualification page. The processor 240 can be implemented using a computer or similar device, depending on the hardware, software, or a combination thereof. In terms of hardware, the processor 240 can be implemented as an electronic circuit that processes electrical signals to perform control functions; in terms of software, it can be implemented as a program that drives the hardware processor 240. On the other hand, unless otherwise specified in the following description, the actions of the electronic device 101 and the user device 102 may be interpreted as being performed by the control of the processor 240. That is, when the module implemented in the above-mentioned membership qualification information management system 100 is executed, the module may be interpreted as the processor 240 controlling the electronic device 101 and the user device 102 to perform the following actions.

In summary, various embodiments can be implemented using various mechanisms. For example, various embodiments can be implemented using hardware, firmware, software, or a combination thereof.

In the case of hardware implementation, various embodiments can be implemented using one or more ASICs (application-specific integrated circuits), DSPs (digital signal processors), DSPDs (digital signal processing devices), PLDs (programmable logic devices), FPGAs (field programmable gate arrays), processors, controllers, microprocessors, etc.

When implemented using firmware or software, the various embodiments can be implemented in the form of modules, programs, or functions that perform the functions or operations described below. For example, software code can be stored in memory and driven by a processor. The memory can be located inside or outside the processor and can exchange data with the processor through various known mechanisms.

Based on the technical concepts described above, the various embodiments will be explained in more detail below. The various embodiments described below can be applied to the foregoing content. For example, undefined actions, functions, terms, etc. in the various embodiments described below can be performed and explained based on the foregoing content.

The following description is based on the premise that the electronic device 101 performs an action, and various embodiments are explained. According to the various embodiments, the electronic device 101 can send and receive information related to the action of providing the membership qualification page to the user device 102.

Figure 3 is a flowchart of the operation of providing a membership qualification page by an electronic device in various embodiments.

According to various embodiments, electronic device 101 can provide various services to users. For example, electronic device 101 may include services such as facilitating online purchases or sales to users, and selling goods online to users. Electronic device 101 can provide services to users who are qualified members and ordinary members. Electronic device 101 can provide different services to qualified members and ordinary members. For example, electronic device 101 can provide various benefits to qualified members. For example, electronic device 101 may offer membership benefits such as free shipping on purchased items, shorter delivery times (e.g., priority delivery), membership-only price discounts, additional membership-only discounts on all discounted items, free returns, points rewards, and services related to the services provided by electronic device 101. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may offer membership benefits to users based on their membership information. Services related to the services provided by electronic device 101 may include services provided by other external electronic devices (not shown). Electronic device 101 may provide external electronic devices (not shown) with the membership information of users who are members of the services provided by electronic device 101. According to one embodiment, membership information may include information about the membership status. For example, membership information may include whether or not membership has been added, whether or not membership has been terminated, membership level, remaining membership period, settlement information, and other membership status information. According to one embodiment, membership may include a regular membership type or a membership trial type. For example, a regular membership can be maintained by paying a specified amount (e.g., membership addition fee, membership maintenance fee, membership renewal fee), while a membership trial type can maintain membership status free of charge for a specified period. Membership can be maintained during the specified trial period or for a period corresponding to the settlement amount. After the specified trial period or the period corresponding to the settlement amount has expired, membership can be maintained through additional settlement. Both regular membership and membership trial forms can be applied to the same membership offer. The expiration date of the specified retention period for membership can be understood as the membership renewal date or scheduled renewal date. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can renew membership in accordance with the settlement of a specific amount (e.g., membership joining fee, retention fee, renewal fee) specified on the membership renewal date. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can automatically receive the aforementioned specific amount from the user on the membership renewal date based on membership information, and automatically maintain the user's membership status.

According to various embodiments, electronic device 101 can provide a first page of user membership information. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can provide the first page to user device 102. According to one embodiment, the first page can display user information and user membership information in at least a portion of the area.

According to various embodiments, in action S301, electronic device 101 may provide a second page in correspondence with the first input received from the first page.

According to one embodiment, the second page may include one or more UI elements (e.g., images or buttons) for receiving additional input related to the request to terminate membership. For example, the second page may include: one or more UI elements for receiving input requesting an extension of membership termination (e.g., a second input), and one or more UI elements for receiving input requesting to continue the membership termination request (e.g., a third input).

According to various embodiments, in action S301, electronic device 101 may provide a second page in response to a first input received from a first page. According to various embodiments, electronic device 101 may receive the first input from user device 102. The first input may include an input requesting the cancellation of membership. According to various embodiments, electronic device 101 may provide a second page to user device 102 in response to receiving the input requesting the cancellation of membership. The second page may be a page associated with the membership cancellation procedure. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may provide a second page in response to a first input received from a first page.

According to various embodiments, in action S302, electronic device 101 may display promotional information based on the user's service usage history. The user's service usage history may include historical information about the user's use of services provided by electronic device 101. For example, when electronic device 101 provides services facilitating online purchases by users, the service usage history may include the user's purchase history. Purchase history may include various information related to the purchase, such as information about the items purchased, purchase date, settlement amount, and discount information. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may store the user's service usage history. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may generate, modify, change or delete service usage history information based on the user's service usage facts.

According to various embodiments, electronic device 101 can verify a user's service usage history information. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can verify service usage history information regardless of whether the corresponding user is a registered member. For example, electronic device 101 can verify service usage history information corresponding to ordinary users who are not registered members, and it can also verify service usage history information corresponding to users who are registered members. According to one embodiment, for users who are registered members or users who have terminated their membership, the service usage history information may include the user's service usage history during the membership period and/or the user's service usage history during the non-membership period. According to one implementation, service usage history information may include comparative information on the history of a user's use of the service during their membership period and the history of a user's use of the service during their non-membership period.

According to various embodiments, electronic device 101 can confirm promotional information. Promotional information may include information about one or more benefits a user can enjoy through membership. For example, electronic device 101 can offer various benefits to members. These benefits may include free shipping on purchased items, shorter delivery times (e.g., priority delivery), member-only price discounts, additional member-only discounts on all discounted items, free returns, points rewards, and services related to the services provided by electronic device 101. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can offer membership benefits to users based on their membership information. According to one embodiment, the offer information may include information on offers selected based on the user's service usage history from among more than one membership offer. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may provide information on offers that the user has not yet used from more than one membership offer, based on service usage history information, as offer information. According to one embodiment, the offer information may include at least a portion of: offer names of more than one offer, brief descriptions of more than one offer, detailed descriptions of more than one offer, related images of more than one offer, and related video information of more than one offer. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may display the offer information in at least a portion of the second page.

According to various embodiments, in action S303, electronic device 101 may receive a second input. The second input may include an input requesting a reminder to cancel membership. A request to cancel membership may include a request from a user to maintain their membership status by postponing cancellation, but to receive a notification message reminding them to cancel their membership after a specified period. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may receive the second input in at least a portion of the second page. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may receive user input from user device 102 in at least a portion of the second page corresponding to the second input. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may receive the second input via user input in at least a portion of the second page corresponding to the second input.

According to various embodiments, in action S304, electronic device 101 can maintain the user's membership information and provide notification information in response to the second input. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can cancel a user's membership cancellation request in response to the second input. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can maintain the user's membership status in response to the second input. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can maintain the user's membership information in response to the second input. For example, electronic device 101 can maintain the user's membership status as a membership joining state in response to the second input.

According to various embodiments, electronic device 101 may provide notification information to user device 102 in response to the second input. According to one embodiment, the notification information may include a message reminding the user to cancel their membership. For example, it may include information guiding the user to request cancellation of membership or notification that the membership renewal date is approaching. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may include link information to a webpage or application corresponding to a service provided by electronic device 101. According to one embodiment, the notification information may include at least a portion of promotional information. According to one embodiment, the notification information may be provided via SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service), push notifications, or notifications within a webpage or application corresponding to a service provided by electronic device 101. According to one embodiment, guidance information may include information on the remaining period up to the update date, and information on membership benefits.

According to various embodiments, electronic device 101 may provide notification information after a first period has elapsed since the second input was received. According to one embodiment, the first period may be determined corresponding to a membership renewal date. For example, electronic device 101 may provide notification information to user device 102 corresponding to the second input, from the membership renewal date until a specified specific period. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may determine the first period as the period between the time of receiving the second input (or the date of receipt) and the membership renewal date, minus the specified specific period.

Figure 4 is a flowchart of the operation of providing a user-based membership page in electronic devices according to various embodiments.

According to various embodiments, in action S401, electronic device 101 may obtain information on the user's savings amount based on service usage history information. The user's service usage history information may include historical information on the user's use of services provided by electronic device 101. For example, when electronic device 101 provides services facilitating online purchases by the user, the service usage history information may include the user's purchase history information. Purchase history information may include various information related to the purchase, such as information on the items purchased by the user, purchase date, settlement amount, discount information, etc. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may store the user's service usage history information. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can generate, modify, change, or delete service usage history information based on the user's service usage facts. According to one embodiment, the service usage history information can confirm the membership benefit information used by the user. Electronic device 101 can confirm information on benefits used by the user and benefits not used by the user within the membership benefits. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can confirm the extent of the benefits of more than one membership benefit used by the user based on the service usage history information. For example, when a user uses a special delivery benefit for a membership benefit, electronic device 101 can confirm information such as the number of times the user used the special delivery benefit and the delivery time. As another example, when a user uses a membership-only discount, the electronic device 101 can confirm information such as the number of discounts received by the user, the total discount amount, the amount before the discount, and the discount rate. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can obtain information on the amount of money saved by the user.

According to various embodiments, electronic device 101 can verify a user's service usage history. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can verify service usage history regardless of whether the corresponding user is a registered member. For example, electronic device 101 can verify service usage history corresponding to ordinary users who are registered members, and it can also verify service usage history corresponding to users who are registered members. According to one embodiment, for users who are registered members or users who have terminated their membership, service usage history may include the user's service usage history during the membership period and/or the user's service usage history outside of the membership period. According to one implementation, service usage history information may include comparative information on the history of a user's use of the service during their membership period and the history of a user's use of the service during their non-membership period.

User savings information may include information on how much money a user can save through membership. For example, savings information may include information on how much a user can save by enjoying membership benefits compared to a regular user who is not a member. According to one embodiment, savings information may include information on calculating the financial conveniences that a member user can obtain when using the service compared to a regular user. For example, savings information may include information on the average amount saved by one or more members compared to a regular user. According to one embodiment, financial conveniences may include financial benefits generated through offers such as membership-only additional discounts, membership-only free shipping, and membership-only free returns. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain information on the amount of money saved by a user during a specified period based on the user's service usage history information corresponding to that specified period. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain information on the amount of money saved by a user throughout the entire membership period based on the user's service usage history information during the membership period. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain information on the amount of money saved based on the average amount of money saved by a user during the membership period. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain information on the amount of savings based on comparative information of a user's service usage history during the membership period and the user's service usage history outside the membership period. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain information on the amount of savings based on a user's service usage history and the service usage history of one or more ordinary customers who have not subscribed to the membership service. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain information on the amount of savings separately based on the monetary benefits generated by one or more membership benefits. For example, electronic device 101 can obtain information on the savings amount of each of the monetary benefits generated by free delivery, free returns, and membership-exclusive discounts. Electronic device 101 can obtain the savings amount information based on the total value of the monetary benefits generated by each offer. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain the savings amount information based on a comparison of the average of the monetary conveniences provided to more than one membership user through membership offers and the service history information of more than one non-membership ordinary user.

According to various embodiments, in action S402, electronic device 101 may obtain information on the user's saved delivery time based on service usage history information. The user's service usage history information may include historical information on the user's use of services provided by electronic device 101. For example, when electronic device 101 provides services facilitating online purchases by the user, the service usage history information may include the user's purchase history information. Purchase history information may include information on the delivery time corresponding to the items purchased by the user. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may store the user's service usage history information. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may generate, modify, change, or delete service usage history information based on the user's service usage facts. According to one embodiment, service usage history information can confirm the membership benefits used by the user. Electronic device 101 can confirm information on benefits used by the user and benefits not used by the user. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can, based on service usage history information, confirm the extent of each benefit enjoyed by a user using more than one membership benefit. For example, when a user uses a special delivery offer for a membership benefit, electronic device 101 can confirm the number of times the user used the special delivery offer, the delivery time, and other information. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain information on the user's time-saving delivery experiences.

According to various embodiments, electronic device 101 can verify a user's service usage history information. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can verify service usage history information regardless of whether the corresponding user is a registered member. For example, electronic device 101 can verify service usage history information corresponding to ordinary users who are not registered members, and it can also verify service usage history information corresponding to users who are registered members. According to one embodiment, for users who are registered members or users who have terminated their membership, the service usage history information may include the user's service usage history during the membership period and/or the user's service usage history during the non-membership period. According to one implementation, service usage history information may include comparative information on the history of a user's use of the service during their membership period and the history of a user's use of the service during their non-membership period.

Information on time savings for users may include information on the time a user can save by using a membership. For example, this information may include information on the time a user can save by using membership benefits compared to a regular user who is not a member. According to one embodiment, this information may include information on the time convenience that a member user receives when using the service compared to a regular user. For example, this information may include information on the average time saved by one or more members compared to a regular user. According to one embodiment, this time convenience may include time benefits derived from benefits such as reduced delivery times for items purchased by members (e.g., priority delivery). According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can offer a priority delivery service for items purchased by members over items purchased by regular users. For example, for members, electronic device 101 can provide delivery of purchased items by shortening the delivery time from the order time to a specified period. For example, same-day delivery (same-day delivery discount) can be offered for orders placed in the morning, and early morning delivery the following day can be offered for orders placed in the afternoon (e.g., delivery completed before 9:00 AM, early morning delivery discount, etc.), which are membership-exclusive benefits. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain time-saving delivery information based on the service usage history information of users corresponding to a specified period, which provides the time-saving benefits to users within the specified period. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain delivery time saving information based on service usage history information of the services used during the membership period, representing the time saved during the entire membership period. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain delivery time saving information based on the average time saved by the user during the membership period (e.g., average delivery time). According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain delivery time saving information based on a comparison of the user's service usage history during the membership period and the user's service usage history outside of the membership period. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain delivery time saving information based on the user's service usage history and the service usage history of one or more ordinary customers who have not subscribed to membership services. According to another embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain delivery time saving information separately based on the time benefits generated by one or more membership offers. For example, electronic device 101 can obtain delivery time saving information for the time benefits generated by early morning delivery and the time benefits generated by same-day delivery. Electronic device 101 aggregates the values of the time benefits generated by each offer to obtain the delivery time saving information. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain delivery time saving information by comparing the average delivery time provided to one or more member users through membership benefits with the average delivery time confirmed based on the service history information of one or more ordinary users who have not joined the membership.

According to various embodiments, in action S403, electronic device 101 may display information on the amount saved and/or the delivery time saved on at least a portion of the first page. According to one embodiment, the notification information in Figure 3 may include information on the amount saved and/or the delivery time saved, and electronic device 101 may provide the notification information, including the information on the amount saved and/or the delivery time saved, to user device 102.

Referring to Figure 6, the membership information area 600 on page 1 500 can display membership information. According to one embodiment, a portion of the membership information area 600 (e.g., the membership management area 610) can display membership information and receive input for managing membership information. According to one embodiment, the membership information area 600 can display membership status information in the membership management area 610. For example, the membership information area 600 can display membership status information such as whether membership has been added, whether membership has been terminated, membership level, remaining membership period, and settlement information in the membership management area 610.

According to various embodiments, the membership management area 610 can receive user input for membership management. According to one embodiment, when receiving user input from at least a portion of the membership management area 610, the electronic device 101 can provide a detailed management UI 611. The detailed management UI 611 can receive, for example, user input for setting or changing membership settlement information, user input requesting deregistration (e.g., first input), and/or user input for confirming membership status. According to one embodiment, the detailed management UI 611 can be displayed corresponding to user input from at least a portion of the membership management area 610. According to one embodiment, the membership information area 600 may include a savings information area 620 in at least a portion of its area. According to one embodiment, the savings information area 620 may display information on the amount saved and/or information on the time saved in delivery. Referring to Figure 6, the membership information area 600 may display information on the amount saved.

According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may display more than one offer information (e.g., unused offer information) obtained by automatic action S701 in at least a portion of the first area 800. Offer information may include at least a portion of: offer names of more than one offer, brief descriptions of more than one offer, detailed descriptions of more than one offer, related images of more than one offer, and related video information of more than one offer. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may display at least a portion of membership offer information in the first area 800. Referring to Figure 8, the first area 800 may display the game UI 801 in at least a portion of its area. According to one embodiment, the game UI 801 may, based on the user's service usage history, display the ratio of used or unused offers for at least one offer displayed in the first area 800 using UI components such as numerical values, graphics, images, and videos. For example, referring to Figure 8, the game UI 801 may use bar charts and numerical information to display the ratio of used offers among all offers.

Referring to Figures 8, 9, and 10, the first area 800 may include a discount area 810. The discount area 810 may display images, names, brief descriptions, and other components related to at least one discount displayed in the first area 800. According to one embodiment, the discount area 810 may include images 811 displaying more than one discount. According to one embodiment, the discount area 810 may include detail information images 812 for requesting detailed information corresponding to each of the more than one discount. Referring to Figure 8, the detail information image 812 may be replaced by images 811 displaying each discount. Upon receiving user input corresponding to the detail information image 812, the electronic device 101 can provide a detailed information page for the corresponding discount. Referring to Figures 8 and 9, the Offers Area 810 can be displayed as a UI in the form of a grid or list simultaneously showing multiple offers. Referring to Figure 10, the Offers Area 810 can also be displayed as a UI in the form of a page slideshow providing only one offer. According to one embodiment, referring to Figures 9 and 10, corresponding to user input received in at least a portion of the Offers Area 810 (e.g., drag-and-drop input, swipe input), the Offers Area 810 can display other offers. In this case, the order in which the offers are displayed can be determined based on the user's service usage history.

According to one embodiment, referring to Figures 9 and 10, the discount area 810 may include an image 813 for requesting all discount information. According to one embodiment, when receiving user input corresponding to the image 813 for requesting all discount information, the electronic device 101 may move to the second area 1100 and display the first page 500.

According to various embodiments, page 500 may display all offer information in at least a portion of an area (e.g., second area 1100). According to one embodiment, second area 1100 may display offer information for more than one membership qualification offer. According to one embodiment, all offer information may include at least a portion of the following: offer name information, brief description information, detailed description information, related images, and related video information for each membership qualification offer. According to one embodiment, upon receiving input corresponding to any of the offer information displayed in second area 1100, electronic device 101 may provide a detailed information page for the corresponding offer information.

According to one embodiment, the second area 1100 may include a offers area 1110. The offers area 1110 may display images, names, brief descriptions, and other components related to at least one offer displayed in the second area 1100. According to one embodiment, the offers area 1110 may include images displaying more than one offer. According to one embodiment, the offers area 1110 may include detailed information images 1120 for requesting detailed information corresponding to each of the more than one offer. The order in which one or more offers are included in Zone 2 1100 can be determined based on the user's service usage history.

Figure 12 is a diagram illustrating a detailed information page provided by an electronic device according to an embodiment.

According to various embodiments, electronic device 101 can display a detail page 1200 showing detailed information on any one of more than one membership benefit. According to one embodiment, when electronic device 101 receives input requesting detailed information, electronic device 101 can provide a detail page 1200 showing the corresponding benefit information. Referring to Figure 12, the detail page 1200 of one embodiment can display detailed information on the corresponding benefit. According to one embodiment, the details page 1200 may include a link providing an application and/or webpage related to a service (the second service) provided by electronic device 101, offered by an external electronic device (not shown). According to one embodiment, when receiving input corresponding to offers related to the linked service, electronic device 101 may provide the aforementioned webpage and/or application to user device 102. In this case, the details page 1200 may be provided in place of the offers. According to one embodiment, the details page 1200 may include a corresponding catalog page of items for which the offers apply. According to various embodiments, the second offer area 1430 may display offer information for at least a portion of all membership eligibility offers. For example, the second offer area 1430 may display offer information for offers other than those displayed in the first offer area 1420. As another example, the second offer area 1430 may display all offer information. According to one embodiment, the second offer area 1430 may include images, videos, or visual information of more than one offer, and may include more than one UI component (e.g., an image) for requesting detailed offer information. According to one embodiment, when receiving input from the second offer zone 1430 for a request corresponding to details of one or more offers, the electronic device 101 can provide a corresponding details page. The electronic device 101 can switch the page from the second page 1400 to the details page, with the expectation of guiding the user away from the second page 1400 where the cancellation request is received.

According to various embodiments, page 2 1400 may include a membership management request area 1440. The membership management request area 1440 may include one or more UI components (e.g., images) for receiving requests related to membership management. For example, it may include at least some of the following: an image corresponding to a request to cancel membership (or maintain membership), an image requesting to continue the membership cancellation request, and/or an image requesting a reminder to postpone membership cancellation.

Electronic device 101 can receive membership management requests in various ways. Referring to Figures 14a and 14b, page 2 1400 can only display images for requesting to retain membership and images for requesting to cancel membership. When receiving user input corresponding to the image for requesting to retain membership, electronic device 101 can retain the user's membership information, maintain the membership status, and provide page 1 500 again. When receiving user input corresponding to the image for requesting to cancel membership, electronic device 101 can identify the input as a third input for cancellation and provide page 3. Referring to Figure 15, the electronic device 101 may include an image 1501 for maintaining membership, an image 1502 for requesting cancellation of membership, and an image 1503 for notification requests in the membership management request area 1440. When receiving user input corresponding to image 1501, the electronic device 101 may maintain the user's membership information, maintain the membership status as "joined," and provide page 1 500 again. When receiving user input corresponding to image 1502, the device may identify the input as a third input for cancellation and provide page 3. When receiving user input corresponding to image 1503 (e.g., second input), the device may maintain the user's membership information and provide notification information. For example, electronic device 101 may correspond to the second input to maintain the user's membership status in the membership joining state. Furthermore, electronic device 101 may correspond to the second input corresponding to image 1503 to provide user device 102 with a notification message reminding the user to cancel their membership. According to one embodiment, page 500 may also include, in at least a portion of its area, areas identical or similar to the membership management request area 1440 of page 2 1400. For example, at least a portion of page 500 may include areas for maintaining membership, canceling membership, or requesting reminders. Referring to Figure 16, the electronic device 101 can be configured to receive user input, which corresponds to a request to cancel membership in the membership management request area 1440 corresponding to Figures 14a and 14b, providing an image 1601 for reminding the user of the request and an image 1602 for performing the cancellation. For example, referring to Figure 16, images 1601 and 1602 can be provided in the form of a pop-up page 1600. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may maintain membership and provide notification information to user device 102 when receiving user input corresponding to image 1601, based on user input received in at least a portion of the pop-up page 1600, and when receiving user input corresponding to image 1602, provide a third page confirming the cancellation of membership to user device 102.

Referring to Figure 17, page 3 1700 may be a page used for deregistering membership. According to one embodiment, page 3 1700 may include information requesting confirmation of membership deregistration. According to one embodiment, page 3 1700 may include one or more UIs (e.g., image 1702) for receiving additional inputs related to confirming membership deregistration. Claims (19)

A method for providing a membership page, which is provided in an electronic device, includes the following steps: providing a second page for requesting cancellation of membership in response to a first input received on a first page of the user's membership information; displaying information on at least a portion of the second page regarding offers provided by membership based on the user's service usage history; and responding to a request for cancellation received on the second page. The second input maintains the user's membership information; corresponding to the second input, after a period of 1 since the second input was received, a notification message reminding the user device corresponding to the user to cancel membership is provided; the display order is determined such that at least a portion of the above-mentioned offers for users whose usage amount is less than a threshold is displayed in order of higher usage amount for other users; and the offer information is displayed based on the display order. As in the method for providing the membership page in Request 1, the determination of the display order includes: identifying a specific offer among the more than one offer, wherein the amount used for the specific offer, calculated based on at least one of the user's offer usage frequency, accumulated offer amount, and accumulated delivery time saving information, is less than a threshold; identifying the amount used for the specific offer by other users; determining the display order of the specific offers such that offers with higher amounts used by other users are displayed with priority; and displaying the specific offers with priority over other offers based on the determined display order of the specific offers. As in the method of providing the membership page in Request 1, the service usage history information includes the service history information provided by the electronic device, which is the service used by the user during the membership period. The method for providing the membership page as requested in Item 1 includes the following service usage history information: a comparison of the user's history of using the service during the membership period and the user's history of using the service outside the membership period. The method for providing the membership page as requested in Item 1 includes the following steps: obtaining the user's savings information based on the service usage history information; and displaying the savings information in at least a portion of the above-mentioned page 1. As in the method of providing the membership page in Request 5, the aforementioned savings information is obtained based on the aforementioned service usage history information and the service usage history information of one or more ordinary customers who have not joined one of the aforementioned membership qualifications. The method for providing the membership page as requested in item 5, wherein the aforementioned notification information includes the aforementioned information on the amount of savings. The method for providing the membership page as requested in item 1 includes the following steps: obtaining the delivery time saving information of the aforementioned users based on the service usage history information and the service usage history information of ordinary customers who have not joined the aforementioned membership; and displaying the delivery time saving information in at least a portion of the aforementioned page 1. The method of providing the membership page as requested in item 8, wherein the above notification information includes the above information on saving delivery time. The method for providing the membership page as requested in item 1 includes the following steps: displaying the user's unused offers in the first area of the first page from the offers information obtained based on the user's service usage history. The method for providing the membership page for request item 10 includes the following steps: when receiving input of the request for detailed information corresponding to the unused offer in at least a portion of the first area, moving to the page with the detailed information corresponding to the request; and when receiving input of all information for one or more offers in at least a portion of the first area, moving to the second area of the first page displaying all offer information. The method for providing the membership page for request item 11 includes the following steps: when at least a portion of the above-mentioned second area receives input of the request and details corresponding to any of the above-mentioned offers, navigate to the page containing the details corresponding to the above-mentioned request. The method for providing the membership page as requested in Request 1 includes the following steps: providing a confirmed cancellation page in response to the third input received on the second page above; displaying information on the benefits saved by other users through the membership in at least a portion of the third page; and retaining the user's membership information in response to the fourth input received on the third page above, and moving to the first page above. The method for providing the membership page for request item 1 includes the following steps: when receiving input of the request and details corresponding to one or more offers in at least a portion of the area of the aforementioned second page, navigating to the page with the details corresponding to the aforementioned request. As in the method of providing the membership page in Request 1, the first period mentioned above is determined in relation to the update date of the membership information, which is confirmed based on the membership information. The method of providing the membership page as requested in item 1, wherein the notification information includes unused offer information confirmed based on the service usage history information of the above-mentioned one or more offers. An electronic device includes: a storage unit; and a processor; the processor is configured to: provide a second page for requesting cancellation of membership corresponding to a first input received on a first page of a user's membership information page; display, based on the user's service usage history information, promotional information for one or more offers provided by the membership on at least a portion of the second page; and, corresponding to a second input requesting cancellation reminder received on the second page... The system maintains the membership information of the aforementioned user. Corresponding to the second input, after a period of one time following the receipt of the second input, it provides a notification message to the user device corresponding to the aforementioned user to remind them to cancel their membership. The system determines the display order so that at least a portion of the above-mentioned offers for users whose usage amount is less than a threshold will be displayed in order of higher usage amount for other users, and the offer information is displayed based on the display order. The electronic device of claim 17, wherein the processor is configured to: identify a specific offer among the one or more offers, wherein the amount of the specific offer used, calculated based on at least one of the user's frequency of use of the offer, accumulated offer amount, and accumulated delivery time saving information, is less than a threshold; identify the amount of the specific offer used by other users; determine the display order of the specific offers such that offers with higher amounts used by other users are displayed with priority; and display the specific offers with priority over other offers based on the determined display order of the specific offers. A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium that records programs for executing methods such as those described in Request 1 on a computer.
