Upon receiving user input corresponding to image 1503 (e.g., the second input), the electronic device 101 may maintain the user's membership information and provide notification information. For example, electronic device 101 may maintain the user's membership status as "joined" in response to the second input. Furthermore, electronic device 101 may provide user device 102 with a notification message reminding them to cancel their membership in response to receiving the second input corresponding to image 1503. According to one embodiment, at least a portion of page 1500 may include an area that is the same as or similar to membership management request area 1440 on page 2 1400. For example, at least a portion of page 1500 may include areas for maintaining membership, canceling membership, or requesting reminders. 16 , electronic device 101 may provide an image 1601 for reminding the user of the request and an image 1602 for canceling the membership in response to receiving user input corresponding to a request to cancel the membership in the membership management request area 1440 corresponding to FIG. 14 a and FIG. 14 b . For example, referring to FIG. 16 , images 1601 and 1602 may be provided in the form of a pop-up page 1600 . According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may maintain membership based on user input received in at least a portion of pop-up page 1600. Upon receiving user input corresponding to image 1601, electronic device 101 may provide notification information to user device 102. Upon receiving user input corresponding to image 1602, electronic device 101 may provide user device 102 with a third page confirming membership cancellation.
