Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for providing a membership page on an electronic device, comprising the following steps: providing a second page requesting membership cancellation in response to a first input requesting membership cancellation received on a first page of a user's membership information; displaying information on one or more benefits provided by the membership based on the user's service usage history on at least a portion of the second page; maintaining the user's membership information in response to a second input requesting cancellation reminder received on the second page; and providing notification information reminding the user to cancel membership to a user device corresponding to the user in response to the second input after a first period of time has passed since the second input was received.

Method for providing a membership page, electronic device supporting the method, and non-transitory computer-readable recording medium including a program for executing the method

The present invention relates to an electronic device and method for providing a membership page. More specifically, it relates to a method for providing a membership page for services provided by the electronic device and an electronic device supporting the method.

With the development of electronic technology, e-commerce has become a major player in the shopping world. Customers can purchase items online without having to visit a shopping mall, market, or store in person. Items purchased online are then delivered to the customer's requested location.

In e-commerce, providing detailed and accurate product information has a significant impact on service satisfaction. Therefore, various solutions to provide more detailed and accurate information are currently under discussion.

On the other hand, with the growing popularity of e-commerce shopping, the amount of data that servers providing e-commerce services must process is increasing. To prevent the loss of existing customers, various services (such as membership services) are being provided. Therefore, it is necessary to develop effective methods for managing various e-commerce service-related information.

According to the method of the present invention, the electronic device can provide personalized information to the user.

The technical issues to be achieved by this invention are not limited to the technical issues mentioned above. Those with common sense in the technical field to which this invention belongs can clearly understand other technical issues not mentioned based on the following description.

Various embodiments may provide a method for providing a membership page and an electronic device supporting the method.

Various embodiments disclosed herein provide a method for providing a membership page in an electronic device, including the following steps: providing a second page requesting membership cancellation in response to a first input requesting membership cancellation received on a first page of a user's membership information; displaying information about one or more benefits provided by the membership on at least a portion of the second page based on the user's service usage history; maintaining the user's membership information in response to a second input requesting cancellation reminder received on the second page; and providing a notification message reminding the user to cancel membership to a user device corresponding to the user in response to the second input after a first period of time has passed since the second input was received.

In one embodiment, the service usage history information may include historical information about services provided by the electronic device, which services were used by the user during the membership period.

In an embodiment, the service usage history information may include: comparative information on the user's usage history of the service during the membership period and the user's usage history of the service during the non-membership period.

In one embodiment, the following steps may be included: obtaining the user's savings information based on the service usage history information; and displaying the savings information on at least a portion of the first page.

In an embodiment, the savings amount information can be obtained based on the service usage history information and the service usage history information of one or more ordinary customers who have not joined the membership.

In an embodiment, the notification information may include the amount saved information.

In one embodiment, the following steps may be included: obtaining the user's saved delivery time information based on the service usage history information and the service usage history information of ordinary customers who have not joined the membership; and displaying the saved delivery time information on at least a portion of the first page.

In an embodiment, the following step may be included: when a request for detailed information corresponding to one or more of the above-mentioned offers is received in at least a portion of the area of the second page, the page is moved to a page containing detailed information corresponding to the request.

In an embodiment, the following steps may be included: determining a display order for the one or more offers; and displaying the offer information based on the display order.

In an embodiment, the display order may be determined as follows: among the one or more offers, unused offer information identified based on the service usage history information is displayed first.

In an embodiment, the first period may be determined corresponding to the membership renewal date, which is determined based on the membership information.

In an embodiment, the notification information may include information about unused offers among the one or more offers identified based on the service usage history information.

The electronic devices of various embodiments disclosed in this specification include a memory and a processor. The processor may be configured as follows: in response to a first input requesting membership cancellation received on a first page of a user's membership information, a second page requesting membership cancellation is provided. Based on the user's service usage history, information about one or more benefits provided by the membership is displayed on at least a portion of the second page. In response to a second input requesting cancellation reminder received on the second page, the electronic device retains the user's membership information. In response to the second input, a notification message reminding the user to cancel membership is provided to the user device corresponding to the user after a first period of time has passed since the second input was received.

According to the method of the present invention, personalized membership information can be provided to users via electronic devices, thereby improving the usability and user experience of membership users.

According to the present invention, a unique cancellation process can be provided for each user through electronic devices, thereby reducing membership churn caused by the termination of membership.

The effects that can be achieved by this invention are not limited to those mentioned above. Those skilled in the art will clearly understand other effects not mentioned based on the following description.

FIG1 is a diagram of a membership information management system 100 for illustrating various embodiments of a method for providing a membership page in an electronic device.

Referring to Figure 1 , the membership information management system 100 of various embodiments can be implemented in a variety of devices. For example, the membership information management system 100 can be implemented in an electronic device 101 and a user device 102 . In other words, the electronic device 101 and the user device 102 can perform the operations of the various embodiments of the present invention based on the membership information management system 100 implemented in each device. Furthermore, the membership information management system 100 of various embodiments is not limited to that shown in Figure 1 and can also be implemented in various electronic devices and servers.

In various embodiments, the electronic device 101 is capable of performing wired and wireless communications with one or more user devices 102 and includes a memory device with a large unit storage capacity. For example, the electronic device 101 may be a cloud device connected to one or more user devices 102.

The user device 102 in various embodiments may be a device usable by a personal user, such as a desktop personal computer, a tablet computer, or a mobile terminal. In addition, other electronic devices that perform similar functions may serve as the user device 102.

The membership information management system 100 of various embodiments may include various modules for operation. The modules included in the membership information management system 100 may be computer code or one or more instructions. These computer code or instructions are implemented in a manner that causes a physical device (e.g., electronic device 101) implementing the membership information management system 100 (or included in the physical device) to perform specified actions. In other words, the physical device implementing the membership information management system 100 may store multiple modules in the form of computer code in memory. When the multiple modules stored in the memory are executed, the multiple modules can cause the physical device to perform the specified actions corresponding to the multiple modules.

Figure 2 shows the configuration of electronic devices and user devices according to various embodiments.

2 , the electronic device 101 and the user device 102 may include an input/output unit 210, a communication unit 220, a memory 230, and a processor 240.

The input/output unit 210 can be any interface or port for receiving user input or outputting information to the user. The input/output unit 210 can include an input module and an output module. The input module receives user input. User input can be implemented in various forms, such as keystroke input, touch input, and voice input. Examples of input modules that can receive such user input may include: a traditional keypad or keyboard, a mouse, a touch sensor that senses user touch, a microphone that receives voice signals, a camera that recognizes gestures through image recognition, a proximity sensor that includes at least one of an illumination sensor or an infrared sensor to sense the user's approach, a motion sensor that recognizes user operations through an accelerometer or a gyroscope sensor, and various forms of input mechanisms that sense or receive user input in various forms other than these. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the input module may include at least one of the above-mentioned devices. Here, the touch sensor can be implemented as a touch panel mounted on the display panel or a touch film, a piezoelectric or electrostatic touch sensor that senses touch, or an optical touch sensor that senses touch optically. Furthermore, the input module can be implemented as an input interface (such as a USB (Universal Serial Bus) port or a PS/2 (Personal System 2) port) that connects to an external input device that receives user input rather than a device that itself senses user input. Furthermore, the output module can output various types of information. The output module can include at least one of a display that outputs images, a speaker that outputs sound, a tactile device that generates vibrations, or other various types of output mechanisms. In addition, the output module can also be implemented in the form of a port-type output interface connected to the above-mentioned individual output mechanisms.

For example, the output module in the form of a display can display text, static images, or video. Displays may include at least one of: liquid crystal displays (LCDs), light emitting diode (LED) displays, organic light emitting diode (OLED) displays, flat panel displays (FPDs), transparent displays, curved displays, flexible displays, 3D displays, holographic displays, projectors, and other devices capable of performing image output functions. Such displays may also be in the form of touch displays integrated with the touch sensor of the input module.

The communication unit 220 can communicate with other devices. Therefore, the electronic device 101 and the user device 102 can send and receive information with other devices via the communication unit. For example, the electronic device 101 and the user device 102 can use the communication unit to communicate with each other or with other devices.

Here, communication, i.e., the transmission and reception of data, can be achieved either wired or wirelessly. For this purpose, the communication unit may include: a wired communication module connected to the Internet via a LAN (Local Area Network); a mobile communication module connected to a mobile communication network via a mobile communication base station to transmit and receive data; a short-range communication module using WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) communication methods such as Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) or WPAN (Wireless Personal Area Network) communication methods such as Bluetooth and Zigbee; a satellite communication module using GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) such as GPS (Global Positioning System); or a combination thereof.

The memory 230 can store various types of information. The memory can store data temporarily or semi-permanently. For example, the memory of the electronic device 101 can store the operating system (OS) used to drive the electronic device 101, data used to host websites, or data related to programs or applications used to generate Braille (e.g., website applications). Furthermore, the memory can store the modules described above as computer code.

Examples of the memory 230 include a hard disk drive (HDD), a solid state drive (SSD), a flash memory, a read-only memory (ROM), and a random access memory (RAM). Such memory may be provided in a built-in or removable form.

Processor 240 controls the overall operation of electronic device 101 and user device 102. To this end, processor 240 can perform various calculations and processing of information and control the operation of the components of electronic device 101. For example, processor 240 can execute a program or application used to provide a membership page. Processor 240 can be implemented using a computer or similar device based on hardware, software, or a combination thereof. In terms of hardware, processor 240 can be implemented in the form of an electronic circuit that performs control functions by processing electrical signals. In terms of software, it can be implemented in the form of a program that drives the hardware processor 240. On the other hand, in situations not specifically mentioned in the following description, the actions of electronic device 101 and user device 102 can be interpreted as being executed under the control of processor 240. That is, when executing the modules implemented in the aforementioned membership information management system 100, the modules can be interpreted as processor 240 controlling electronic device 101 and user device 102 to perform the following actions.

In summary, various embodiments may be implemented through various mechanisms. For example, various embodiments may be implemented through hardware, firmware, software, or a combination thereof.

When implemented by hardware, the methods of various embodiments may be implemented by one or more ASICs (application specific integrated circuits), DSPs (digital signal processors), DSPDs (digital signal processing devices), PLDs (programmable logic devices), FPGAs (field programmable gate arrays), processors, controllers, microprocessors, etc.

When implemented using firmware or software, the methods of various embodiments may be implemented in the form of modules, procedures, or functions that perform the functions or operations described below. For example, the software code may be stored in a memory and driven by a processor. The memory may be located internally or externally to the processor and may exchange data with the processor using various known mechanisms.

Based on the above technical concepts, various embodiments are described in more detail below. The above content can be applied to the various embodiments described below. For example, actions, functions, and terms not defined in the various embodiments described below can be implemented and described based on the above content.

The following description assumes that the electronic device 101 performs an action. According to the various embodiments, the electronic device 101 can send and receive information related to the action of providing the membership page to the user device 102.

Figure 3 is a flowchart of the operation of providing a membership status page on an electronic device in various embodiments.

According to various embodiments, electronic device 101 may provide various services to users. For example, electronic device 101 may include services that facilitate online purchases or sales for users, or services that sell items to users online. Electronic device 101 may also provide services to users who have joined a membership program and to regular members. Electronic device 101 may also provide different services to membership programs and regular members. For example, electronic device 101 may offer various benefits to membership programs. For example, the electronic device 101 may provide membership members with benefits such as free delivery service for purchased items, shortened delivery time for purchased items (for example, priority delivery), membership-specific price discounts, membership-specific additional discounts on all discounted items, free returns, points benefits, and services related to the services provided by the electronic device 101. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may provide membership benefits to users based on the user's membership information. Services related to the services provided by the electronic device 101 may include services provided by other external electronic devices (not shown). The electronic device 101 may provide the membership information of users who are membership members of the services provided by the electronic device 101 to external electronic devices (not shown). According to one embodiment, the membership information may include information on the membership status. For example, the membership information may include information on the membership status, such as whether the membership has been added or not, whether the membership has been revoked or not, the membership level, the remaining membership period, settlement information, etc. According to one embodiment, the membership may include a regular membership form or a membership trial form. For example, a regular membership can be maintained by paying a specified amount (e.g., a membership joining fee, a membership maintenance fee, a membership renewal fee), and a membership trial form can be maintained free of charge for a specified period. Membership can be maintained for a designated trial period or for a period corresponding to a settlement amount. After the designated trial period or the settlement amount, membership can be maintained by making additional payments. Both standard membership and trial membership types can be applied to the same membership benefits. The expiration date of the designated membership period can be considered the membership renewal date or scheduled renewal date. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can renew membership upon payment of a specific amount (e.g., membership enrollment fee, maintenance fee, renewal fee) designated on the membership renewal date. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can automatically receive the aforementioned specific amount from the user on the membership renewal date based on the membership information and automatically maintain the user's membership.

According to various embodiments, electronic device 101 may provide a first page of user membership information. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may provide the first page to user device 102. According to one embodiment, the first page may display user information and the user's membership information in at least a portion of the area.

According to various embodiments, in action S301, the electronic device 101 may provide the second page in response to the first input received from the first page.

According to various embodiments, the first input may include an input from a user requesting membership cancellation. According to one embodiment, the first page may include one or more user interfaces (UIs) (hereinafter referred to as UIs) for receiving the first input. The one or more UIs for receiving the first input may include images or buttons.

According to various embodiments, page 2 may include information requesting membership cancellation. According to one embodiment, page 2 may include one or more UIs (e.g., images or buttons) for receiving additional input related to the membership cancellation request. For example, page 2 may include one or more UIs for receiving input requesting to postpone membership cancellation (e.g., the second input) and one or more UIs for receiving input requesting to continue membership cancellation (e.g., the third input).

According to various embodiments, in action S301, the electronic device 101 may provide a second page in response to a first input received from the first page. According to various embodiments, the electronic device 101 may receive a first input from the user device 102. The first input may include an input requesting membership cancellation. According to various embodiments, the electronic device 101 may provide the second page to the user device 102 in response to receiving the input requesting membership cancellation. The second page may be a page associated with the membership cancellation process. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may provide the second page in response to the first input received from the first page.

According to various embodiments, in action S302, the electronic device 101 may display promotional information based on the user's service usage history information. The user's service usage history information may include historical information about the user's use of services provided by the electronic device 101. For example, if the electronic device 101 provides a service that mediates online purchases for users, the service usage history information may include the user's purchase history information. The purchase history information may include various information related to the purchase, such as information about the item purchased by the user, the purchase date, the settlement amount, and discount information. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may store the user's service usage history information. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can generate, modify, change, or delete service usage history information based on the user's service usage history.

According to various embodiments, the electronic device 101 can confirm a user's service usage history information. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can confirm service usage history information regardless of whether the corresponding user is a member. For example, the electronic device 101 can confirm service usage history information corresponding to an ordinary user who is not a member, and can also confirm service usage history information corresponding to a user who is a member. According to one embodiment, for a user who is a member or a user who has been released from membership, the service usage history information may include historical information about services used by the user during the membership period and/or historical information about services used by the user during the non-membership period. According to one embodiment, service usage history information may include comparative information on the history of services used by the user during the membership period and the history of services used by the user during the non-membership period.

According to various embodiments, the electronic device 101 can confirm preferential information. The preferential information may include information on one or more preferential benefits that a user can enjoy through membership. For example, the electronic device 101 can provide various preferential benefits to membership members. For example, the electronic device 101 can provide membership members with preferential benefits such as free delivery service for purchased items, shortened delivery time for purchased items (for example, priority delivery), membership-specific price discounts, membership-specific additional discounts on all discounted items, free returns, points benefits, and services related to the services provided by the electronic device 101. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can provide membership benefits to users based on the user's membership information. According to one embodiment, the offer information may include information about one or more membership offers selected based on the user's service usage history. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may provide information about one or more membership offers that the user has not yet used as the offer information based on the service usage history. According to one embodiment, the offer information may include at least a portion of: offer name information for one or more offers, brief description information for one or more offers, detailed description information for one or more offers, images associated with one or more offers, and video information associated with one or more offers. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may display the offer information in at least a portion of the second page.

According to various embodiments, in action S303, electronic device 101 may receive a second input. The second input may include an input requesting the cancellation of a reminder. Requesting the cancellation of a reminder may include a request for a user to maintain membership by postponing the cancellation, but then receive a notification message reminding the user to cancel their membership after a specified period. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may receive the second input in at least a portion of the second page. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may receive user input from user device 102 in at least a portion of the second page corresponding to the second input. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may receive the second input by receiving user input in at least a portion of the second page corresponding to the second input.

According to various embodiments, in action S304, the electronic device 101 may maintain the user's membership information and provide notification information in response to the second input. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may cancel the user's membership cancellation request in response to the second input. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may maintain the user's membership status in response to the second input. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may maintain the user's membership information in response to the second input. For example, the electronic device 101 may maintain the user's membership status as "membership added" in response to the second input.

According to various embodiments, the electronic device 101 may provide notification information to the user device 102 in response to the second input. According to one embodiment, the notification information may include a message reminding the user to cancel the membership. For example, it may include information guiding the user to request the cancellation of the membership or information notifying that the membership renewal date is about to expire. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may include link information of a web page or application corresponding to the service provided by the electronic device 101. According to one embodiment, the notification information may include at least a portion of the promotional information. According to one embodiment, the notification information may be provided in the form of SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service), push notification, notification within a web page or application corresponding to the service provided by the electronic device 101, etc. According to one embodiment, the guidance information may include information notifying the remaining period until the renewal date and information about membership benefits.

According to various embodiments, electronic device 101 may provide notification information after a first period has elapsed since receiving the second input. According to one embodiment, the first period may be determined to correspond to the membership renewal date. For example, electronic device 101 may provide notification information to user device 102 in response to the second input, starting from the membership renewal date and ending before a specified specific period. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may determine the first period as the period between the time (or date) of receiving the second input and the membership renewal date, minus the specified specific period.

Figure 4 is a flowchart of various embodiments of an electronic device providing a user-based membership page.

According to various embodiments, in action S401, the electronic device 101 may obtain information about the user's savings based on the service usage history information. The user's service usage history information may include historical information about the user's use of services provided by the electronic device 101. For example, when the electronic device 101 provides a service that mediates online purchases for users, the service usage history information may include the user's purchase history information. The purchase history information may include various information related to the purchase, such as information about the items purchased by the user, the purchase date, the settlement amount, discount information, etc. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may store the user's service usage history information. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may generate, modify, change, or delete service usage history information based on the user's service usage history. According to one embodiment, the service usage history information may confirm information about membership benefits used by the user. The electronic device 101 may confirm information about membership benefits used by the user and information about benefits not used by the user. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may confirm the extent to which the user has used each of more than one membership benefits based on the service usage history information. For example, if a user uses a special delivery benefit as part of a membership benefit, the electronic device 101 may confirm information such as the number of times the user has used the special delivery benefit and the time required for delivery. As another example, when a user uses a membership-exclusive discount, the electronic device 101 can confirm information such as the number of discounts received, the total discount amount, the pre-discount amount, and the discount rate. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can obtain information about the user's savings.

According to various embodiments, the electronic device 101 can confirm a user's service usage history. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can confirm service usage history information regardless of whether the corresponding user is a member. For example, the electronic device 101 can confirm service usage history information corresponding to a regular user who is a member, or can also confirm service usage history information corresponding to a user who is a member. According to one embodiment, for a user who is a member or a user who has subsequently terminated their membership, the service usage history information may include historical information about services used by the user during the membership period and/or historical information about services used by the user during a period when the user was not a member. According to one embodiment, the service usage history information may include comparative information on the history of services used by the user during the membership period and the history of services used by the user during the non-membership period.

The user's amount-saving information may include information on the amount that the user can save through membership. For example, the amount-saving information may include information on the amount that the user can save by enjoying the benefits of membership compared to ordinary users who have not joined the membership. According to one embodiment, the amount-saving information may include information on calculating the monetary convenience that membership users can obtain when using services compared to ordinary users. For example, the amount-saving information may include information on the average amount saved by one or more users who join the membership compared to ordinary users. According to one embodiment, the monetary convenience may include monetary benefits generated by benefits such as membership-specific additional discounts, membership-specific free delivery services, and membership-specific free return services. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can obtain information about the amount of money a user has saved during a specified period based on the user's service usage history corresponding to the specified period. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can obtain information about the amount of money a user has saved during the entire membership period based on the user's service usage history of the services used during the membership period. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can obtain information about the amount of money a user has saved based on the average amount of money a user has saved during the membership period. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain savings information based on a comparison of the user's service usage history during membership and the user's service usage history during non-membership periods. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain savings information based on the user's service usage history and the service usage history of one or more regular customers who have not joined the membership service. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain savings information based on the monetary benefits generated by one or more membership benefits. For example, electronic device 101 can obtain information on the monetary savings from free shipping, free returns, and membership-exclusive discounts. Electronic device 101 can obtain this information based on the total monetary benefits from each offer. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain this information based on the average monetary benefits provided to one or more membership users through membership benefits and the service history information of one or more non-membership users.

According to various embodiments, in action S402, the electronic device 101 may obtain the user's saved delivery time information based on the service usage history information. The user's service usage history information may include historical information about the user's use of services provided by the electronic device 101. For example, when the electronic device 101 provides a service to mediate online purchases for users, the service usage history information may include the user's purchase history information. The purchase history information may include information about the delivery time corresponding to the items purchased by the user. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may store the user's service usage history information. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may generate, modify, change, or delete the service usage history information based on the user's service usage facts. According to one embodiment, service usage history information can be used to identify membership benefits used by a user. The electronic device 101 can identify which membership benefits a user has used and which benefits the user has not used. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can determine the extent to which a user has used one or more membership benefits based on the service usage history information. For example, if a user uses a special delivery offer as part of a membership benefit, the electronic device 101 can identify information such as the number of times the user has used the special delivery offer and the delivery time required. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can obtain information on the user's delivery time savings.

According to various embodiments, the electronic device 101 can confirm a user's service usage history information. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can confirm service usage history information regardless of whether the corresponding user is a member. For example, the electronic device 101 can confirm service usage history information corresponding to an ordinary user who is not a member, and can also confirm service usage history information corresponding to a user who is a member. According to one embodiment, for a user who is a member or a user who has been released from membership, the service usage history information may include historical information about services used by the user during the membership period and/or historical information about services used by the user during the non-membership period. According to one embodiment, the service usage history information may include comparative information on the history of services used by the user during the membership period and the history of services used by the user during the non-membership period.

The user's delivery time saving information may include information on the delivery time that the user can save by virtue of membership. For example, the delivery time saving information may include information on the delivery time that the user can save by enjoying the benefits of membership compared to ordinary users who have not joined the membership. According to one embodiment, the delivery time saving information may include information on calculating the time convenience that membership users can obtain when using the service compared to ordinary users. For example, the delivery time saving information may include information on the average value of the delivery time saved by one or more users who have joined the membership compared to ordinary users. According to one embodiment, time convenience may include time benefits generated by benefits such as shortening the delivery time of items purchased by membership users (for example, priority delivery). According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can offer membership users preferential delivery benefits for items purchased before those purchased by regular users. For example, electronic device 101 can offer membership users preferential delivery by shortening the delivery time from the time of order to a specified period. For example, morning orders can be delivered the same day (same-day delivery discounts), while afternoon orders can be delivered the next morning (e.g., delivery before 9:00 AM, early morning delivery discounts). According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain time-saving delivery information, indicating the time saved by the user during the specified period, based on the user's service usage history corresponding to the specified period. According to one embodiment, a user of electronic device 101 can obtain delivery time savings information based on the user's membership usage history for services used during the membership period, indicating the time savings achieved during the entire membership period. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain delivery time savings information based on an average of the time savings achieved during the membership period (e.g., average delivery time). According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain delivery time savings information based on a comparison of the user's membership history for services used during the membership period and the user's non-membership history for services used. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain delivery time savings information based on the user's service usage history and the service usage history of one or more regular customers who have not joined the membership service. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 can obtain delivery time savings information based on the time benefits generated by each of one or more membership benefits. For example, electronic device 101 can obtain delivery time savings information for each of the time benefits generated by early morning delivery and the time benefits generated by same-day delivery. Electronic device 101 sums the time benefits generated by each benefit to obtain delivery time savings information. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can obtain delivery time savings information based on a comparison of the average delivery time provided to one or more membership users through membership benefits and the average delivery time determined based on the service history information of one or more non-member general users.

According to various embodiments, in action S403, electronic device 101 may display the amount saved and/or the delivery time saved information on at least a portion of page 1. According to one embodiment, the notification information in FIG. 3 may include the amount saved and/or the delivery time saved information. Electronic device 101 may provide notification information, including the amount saved and/or the delivery time saved, to user device 102.

According to one embodiment, membership information may include information regarding membership status. For example, membership information may include membership status information such as membership enrolment, membership termination, membership level, remaining membership period, and settlement information.

According to one embodiment, page 1 500 may display savings information and/or delivery time savings information on at least a portion of the page. Referring to Figures 5a and 5b , page 1 500 may display savings information in the membership information area 600.

According to various embodiments, page 1 500 may display promotional information in at least a portion of its area (e.g., area 1 800 ). Promotional information may include one or more benefits that a user may enjoy through membership. For example, electronic device 101 may offer various promotional benefits to members of a membership. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may provide information about offers that the user has not yet used (e.g., unused offers) from one or more membership offers as the offer information based on the service usage history information. According to one embodiment, the offer information may include: at least a portion of the offer name information of one or more offers, brief description information of one or more offers, detailed description information of one or more offers, images related to one or more offers, and video information related to one or more offers. According to one embodiment, the first area 800 may display at least a portion of the offer information from one or more membership offers. According to one embodiment, page 1 500 may display information about a new offer in at least a portion of the area (e.g., new offer area 530). According to one embodiment, new offer area 530 may display an image, video, text, and/or graphic in at least a portion of the area.

According to various embodiments, the first page 500 may display all offer information in at least a portion of the area (e.g., the second area 1100). According to one embodiment, the second area 1100 may display all offer information for one or more membership benefits. According to one embodiment, all offer information may include at least a portion of the offer name, brief description, detailed description, image, and video information for each offer. According to one embodiment, page 1 500 may include an additional UI 502. In response to receiving user input regarding the additional UI 502, user device 102 can move to the topmost region of page 1 500 (e.g., membership information region 600) and display page 1 500.

Referring to Figure 6 , the membership information area 600 on page 1 500 can display membership information. According to one embodiment, a portion of the membership information area 600 (e.g., the membership management area 610) can display membership information and receive input for managing membership information. According to one embodiment, the membership information area 600 can display information related to the membership status. For example, the membership information area 600 can display information related to membership status, such as whether the membership has been added or removed, the membership level, the remaining membership period, and settlement information.

According to various embodiments, the membership management area 610 can receive user input for membership management. According to one embodiment, upon receiving user input in at least a portion of the membership management area 610, the electronic device 101 may provide a detailed management UI 611. The detailed management UI 611 may receive, for example, user input to set or change membership settlement information, user input requesting membership cancellation (e.g., the first input), and/or user input to confirm membership status. According to one embodiment, the detailed management UI 611 may be displayed in response to user input in at least a portion of the membership management area 610. For example, the membership management area 610 may include UI components such as a bottom sheet, pop-up, drop-down, or accordion to display a detailed management UI 611.

According to one embodiment, the membership information area 600 may include a savings information area 620 in at least a portion of the area. According to one embodiment, the savings information area 620 may display savings information and/or delivery time information. Referring to FIG. 6 , the membership information area 600 may display savings information.

Figure 7 is a flowchart illustrating the process of providing preferential information on the membership page of an electronic device according to various embodiments.

According to various embodiments, the electronic device 101 may display the promotional information on the membership page (e.g., page 1 500).

According to various embodiments, in action S701, the electronic device 101 may obtain information about unused benefits of the user based on the service usage history information. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may select information about at least some of the benefits provided by the membership based on the user's service usage history information. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may obtain information about benefits (e.g., unused benefits) of the user from one or more membership benefits based on the service usage history information. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may obtain information on one or more unused offers based on the number of times a user uses offers (frequency), the accumulated offer amount (financial convenience), and/or the accumulated delivery time savings, in the order of the user's least frequently used offers. According to another embodiment, among offers rarely used by a user, the electronic device 101 may obtain information on unused offers based on the service usage history of one or more other members, in the order of the offers most frequently used by one or more other members. In another embodiment, the electronic device 101 may obtain information on offers in the first area 800 based on the user's service usage history, in the order of the user's most frequently used offers. For example, the electronic device 101 may receive discount information based on the number of times the user uses the device (frequency), the accumulated discount amount (financial convenience), and/or the accumulated delivery time savings, in the order of the most frequently used discounts.

According to various embodiments, in action S702 , the electronic device 101 may display unused offer information in the first area 800 . According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may display one or more offer information automatically obtained in action S701 (e.g., unused offer information) in at least a portion of the first area 800 . The offer information may include at least a portion of the offer name information of one or more offers, brief description information of one or more offers, detailed description information of one or more offers, images associated with one or more offers, and video information associated with one or more offers. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may display at least a portion of the offer information of one or more membership benefits in the first area 800 . According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may display unused offer information in the first area 800. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may display offer information in the first area 800 in the order of the user's most frequently used offers based on the user's service usage history. For example, the electronic device 101 may display offers in the first area 800 in the order of the most frequently used offers based on the number of times the user uses the service (frequency), the accumulated offer amount (financial convenience), and/or the accumulated delivery time savings. According to various embodiments, in action S703, electronic device 101 may receive an input requesting detailed information or an input requesting all offers. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may receive an input requesting detailed information or an input requesting all offers in at least a portion of first area 800. According to one embodiment, the input requesting detailed information may include an input requesting detailed information for any one of the one or more offers displayed in first area 800. According to one embodiment, the input requesting detailed information may include an input corresponding to any one of the one or more offers displayed in first area 800. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may receive an input requesting all offer information in at least a portion of first area 800. Requesting all offer information may include requesting all offers provided by the membership, excluding the at least one offer displayed in first area 800. According to various embodiments, in action S704, electronic device 101 may move to second area 1100. According to various embodiments, in action S705, electronic device 101 may receive an input requesting detailed information. According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may receive the input requesting detailed information in at least a portion of second area 1100. According to one embodiment, when receiving an input corresponding to any one of one or more promotional information displayed in second area 1100, electronic device 101 may receive an input requesting detailed information about that promotional information. According to various embodiments, in action S706, electronic device 101 may move to a detailed information page corresponding to the detailed information request. According to one embodiment, when electronic device 101 receives input requesting detailed information, electronic device 101 may provide a detailed information page for the corresponding promotional information. According to one embodiment, when electronic device 101 receives input corresponding to one or more promotional information displayed in first area 800 (action S703) or second area 1100 (action S705), electronic device 101 may provide a detailed information page for the corresponding promotional information. Referring to Figures 8, 9, and 10, the first area 800 can display information about at least a portion of one or more membership benefits. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can display unused benefits in the first area 800. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can display benefits in the first area 800 in the order of the user's most frequently used benefits based on the user's service usage history. For example, the electronic device 101 can display benefits in the first area 800 in the order of the user's most frequently used benefits based on the number of times the user uses the benefits (frequency), the accumulated benefit amount (financial convenience), and/or the accumulated delivery time savings. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may display offer information in the first area 800 in order of least frequently used offers based on the number of times a user uses offers (frequency), the accumulated offer amount (financial convenience), and/or the accumulated delivery time savings. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may display offer information in the first area 800 in order of the offers most frequently used by one or more other membership users based on the service usage history of one or more other membership users.

Referring to FIG8 , the first area 800 may display a game UI 801 in at least a portion thereof. According to one embodiment, the game UI 801 may display, based on the user's service usage history information, the percentage of offers used or unused by the user for at least one offer displayed in the first area 800 using UI components such as numerical values, graphics, images, and videos. For example, referring to FIG8 , the game UI 801 may display the percentage of offers used by the user among all offers using a bar chart and numerical information.

8 , 9 , and 10 , the first area 800 may include an offer area 810 . The offer area 810 may display components such as an image, name, brief description, or image related to at least one offer displayed in the first area 800 . According to one embodiment, the offer area 810 may include an image 811 displaying one or more offers. According to one embodiment, the offer area 810 may include a detailed information image 812 for requesting detailed information corresponding to each of the one or more offers. Referring to FIG. 8 , the detailed information image 812 may be replaced by an image 811 displaying each offer. Upon receiving user input corresponding to the detailed information image 812 , the electronic device 101 may provide a detailed information page for the corresponding offer. Referring to Figures 8 and 9 , the offer area 810 can be displayed as a grid or list UI displaying multiple offers simultaneously. Referring to Figure 10 , the offer area 810 can also be displayed as a slideshow UI displaying only one offer. According to one embodiment, referring to Figures 9 and 10 , in response to user input (e.g., dragging or sliding) received within at least a portion of the offer area 810 , the offer area 810 can display additional offers. In this case, the order in which the offers are presented can be determined based on the user's service usage history.

According to one embodiment, referring to Figures 9 and 10 , the offer area 810 may include an icon 813 for requesting all offer information. According to one embodiment, upon receiving user input corresponding to the icon 813 for requesting all offer information, the electronic device 101 may move to the second area 1100 and display the first page 500.

According to various embodiments, the first page 500 may display all promotional information in at least a portion of the area (e.g., the second area 1100). According to one embodiment, the second area 1100 may display promotional information for all or more membership benefits. According to one embodiment, all promotional information may include at least a portion of the promotional name, brief description, detailed description, images, and video information for each promotion offered by the membership. According to one embodiment, upon receiving an input corresponding to any one of the one or more promotional information displayed in the second area 1100, the electronic device 101 may provide a detailed information page for the corresponding promotional information.

According to one embodiment, the second area 1100 may include an offer area 1110. Offer area 1110 may display components such as an image, name, brief description, or graphic related to at least one offer displayed in the second area 1100. According to one embodiment, offer area 1110 may include graphics displaying one or more offers. According to one embodiment, offer area 1110 may include a detailed information graphic 1120 for requesting detailed information corresponding to each of the one or more offers. Upon receiving user input corresponding to detailed information graphic 1120, electronic device 101 may provide a detailed information page for the corresponding offer. Referring to Figure 11 , the second area 1100 may include a grid or list-style UI that simultaneously displays information about multiple offers. The order of the one or more offers listed in the second area 1100 may be determined based on the user's service usage history.

Figure 12 is a diagram illustrating a detailed information page provided by an electronic device according to one embodiment.

According to various embodiments, the electronic device 101 may display a detailed information page 1200 for one or more membership benefits. According to one embodiment, when the electronic device 101 receives an input requesting detailed information, the electronic device 101 may provide a detailed information page 1200 for the corresponding benefit. Referring to FIG. 12 , the detailed information page 1200 of one embodiment may display detailed information for the corresponding benefit. According to one embodiment, detailed information page 1200 may include a link to an application and/or webpage related to a service (second service) provided by an external electronic device (not shown) and associated with the service provided by electronic device 101. According to one embodiment, upon receiving input corresponding to promotional information associated with a linked service, electronic device 101 may provide the aforementioned webpage and/or application to user device 102. In this case, detailed information page 1200 for the promotional information may be replaced by providing the webpage and/or application corresponding to the linked service. According to one embodiment, detailed information page 1200 may include a product catalog page to which the corresponding promotional information applies. Referring to FIG. 12 , the detailed information page 1200 of one embodiment may be provided as a pop-up page on the first page 500 .

According to various embodiments, in action S1301, the electronic device 101 may provide the second page.

According to various embodiments, the second page may include information requesting membership cancellation. According to one embodiment, the second page may include one or more UIs (e.g., images or buttons) for receiving additional input related to the membership cancellation request. For example, the second page may include one or more UIs for receiving input requesting an extension of the membership cancellation request (e.g., the second input) and one or more UIs for receiving input requesting a continuation of the membership cancellation request (e.g., the third input). According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may provide the second page in response to the first input received from the first page 500. According to various embodiments, in action S1302, the electronic device 101 may receive a second input or a third input. According to one embodiment, the second input may include an input requesting a reminder to cancel membership. Requesting a reminder to cancel may include: the user maintains the membership status by postponing the cancellation, but receives a request for notification information reminding to cancel membership after a specified period. According to one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may receive the second input in at least a portion of the area on the second page. According to various embodiments, the first offer area 1420 may display offer information for at least a portion of all membership offers. As another example, the second offer area 1430 may display all offer information. According to one embodiment, the second offer area 1430 may include images, videos, or images of one or more offers, and may include one or more UI components (e.g., images) for requesting detailed offer information. According to one embodiment, when receiving an input requesting detailed information about one or more offers from the second offer area 1430 , the electronic device 101 may provide a corresponding detailed information page. The electronic device 101 may transition the page from the second page 1400 to the detailed information page, thereby guiding the user to exit the second page 1400 requesting cancellation.

According to various embodiments, page 2 1400 may include a membership management request area 1440. The membership management request area 1440 may include one or more UI components (e.g., images) for receiving requests related to membership management. For example, it may include at least one of an image corresponding to a request to cancel a membership termination request (or maintain membership), an image requesting to continue a membership termination request, and/or an image requesting a reminder to postpone a membership termination request.

Electronic device 101 can receive membership management requests in various ways. Referring to Figures 14a and 14b , page 2 1400 may only display an image for requesting to maintain membership and an image for requesting to cancel membership. When receiving user input corresponding to an image requesting to maintain membership, electronic device 101 may retain the user's membership information, maintain the membership status, and present page 1 500 again. When receiving user input corresponding to an image requesting to cancel membership, electronic device 101 may recognize the input as a third input for canceling membership and present page 3. 15 , the electronic device 101 may include an image 1501 for maintaining membership, an image 1502 for requesting to cancel membership, and an image 1503 for reminding the request in the membership management request area 1440. Upon receiving user input corresponding to image 1501, the electronic device 101 may maintain the user's membership information, keep the membership status as joined, and provide the first page 500 again. Upon receiving user input corresponding to image 1502, the electronic device 101 may identify the input as a third input for canceling membership and provide the third page. Upon receiving user input corresponding to image 1503 (e.g., the second input), the electronic device 101 may maintain the user's membership information and provide notification information. For example, electronic device 101 may maintain the user's membership status as "joined" in response to the second input. Furthermore, electronic device 101 may provide user device 102 with a notification message reminding them to cancel their membership in response to receiving the second input corresponding to image 1503. According to one embodiment, at least a portion of page 1500 may include an area that is the same as or similar to membership management request area 1440 on page 2 1400. For example, at least a portion of page 1500 may include areas for maintaining membership, canceling membership, or requesting reminders. 16 , electronic device 101 may provide an image 1601 for reminding the user of the request and an image 1602 for canceling the membership in response to receiving user input corresponding to a request to cancel the membership in the membership management request area 1440 corresponding to FIG. 14 a and FIG. 14 b . For example, referring to FIG. 16 , images 1601 and 1602 may be provided in the form of a pop-up page 1600 . According to one embodiment, electronic device 101 may maintain membership based on user input received in at least a portion of pop-up page 1600. Upon receiving user input corresponding to image 1601, electronic device 101 may provide notification information to user device 102. Upon receiving user input corresponding to image 1602, electronic device 101 may provide user device 102 with a third page confirming membership cancellation.

Referring to Figure 17, Page 3 1700 may be a page for canceling membership. According to one embodiment, Page 3 1700 may include information for requesting confirmation of membership cancellation. According to one embodiment, Page 3 1700 may include one or more UIs (e.g., image 1702) for receiving additional input associated with confirmation of membership cancellation. For example, Page 2 may include: one or more UIs (e.g., image 1702) for receiving input requesting confirmation of membership cancellation (e.g., the fifth input), and one or more UIs (e.g., image 1701) for receiving input for canceling membership cancellation request (e.g., the fourth input). Claims (17)

A method for providing a membership page, which provides a membership page in an electronic device, comprising the following steps: providing a second page for requesting membership cancellation in response to a first input for membership cancellation received on a first page of membership information of a user; displaying information on one or more benefits provided by the membership on at least a portion of the second page based on the user's service usage history information; maintaining the membership information of the user in response to a second input for requesting a reminder to cancel membership on the second page; providing a user device corresponding to the user with a reminder to cancel membership in response to the second input after a first period has passed since the second input was received, the notification information of the price; determining the display order of the above-mentioned one or more offers; and displaying the above-mentioned offer information based on the above-mentioned display order, wherein the above-mentioned determination of the above-mentioned display order includes: identifying a specific offer among the above-mentioned one or more offers, wherein the usage amount of the specific offer calculated based on at least one of the information of the user's usage frequency of the offer, the cumulative discount amount, and the cumulative delivery time saved is less than a threshold value; identifying the usage amount of the specific offer by other users; determining the display order of the specific offers so that the offer with a higher usage amount by other users is displayed with higher priority; and displaying the specific offer with higher priority over other offers based on the determined display order of the specific offers. In the method for providing a membership page as described in claim 1, the service usage history information includes historical information about services provided by the electronic device, where the service was used by the user during the membership period. In the method for providing a membership page as described in claim 1, the service usage history information includes: comparative information on the user's use of the service during the membership period and the user's use of the service during the non-membership period. The method for providing a membership page as recited in claim 1 includes the following steps: obtaining the user's savings information based on the service usage history information; and displaying the savings information in at least a portion of the first page. In the method for providing a membership page as described in claim 4, the savings amount information is obtained based on the service usage history information and the service usage history information of ordinary customers who have not joined one or more of the above memberships. As in the method for providing a membership status page as described in claim 4, wherein the notification information includes the savings amount information. The method for providing a membership page as recited in claim 1 includes the following steps: obtaining the user's reduced delivery time information based on the service usage history information and the service usage history information of ordinary customers who have not joined the membership; and displaying the reduced delivery time information in at least a portion of the first page. As in the method for providing a membership status page as described in Request Item 7, the notification information includes the aforementioned information on saving delivery time. The method for providing a membership page as recited in claim 1 includes the following steps: displaying the user's unused discount information in the first area of the first page, among the discount information obtained based on the user's service usage history. The method for providing a membership status page as recited in claim 9 includes the following steps: when a request for detailed information corresponding to the unused offer is received in at least a portion of the first area, moving to a page displaying detailed information corresponding to the request; and when a request for all information regarding one or more offers is received in at least a portion of the first area, moving to a second area of the first page displaying all offer information. The method for providing a membership status page as recited in claim 10 includes the following steps: when receiving a request for detailed information corresponding to any of the above-mentioned discount information in at least a portion of the second area, moving to a page containing detailed information corresponding to the request. The method for providing a membership page according to claim 1 includes the following steps: in response to receiving a third input requesting cancellation on the second page, providing a third page for confirming cancellation; displaying information on at least a portion of the third page regarding benefits saved by other users through the membership; and in response to receiving a fourth input requesting continued membership on the third page, retaining the user's membership information and moving it to the first page. The method for providing a membership status page as described in claim 1 includes the following steps: upon receiving a request for detailed information corresponding to one or more benefits in at least a portion of the second page, the user is directed to a page containing detailed information corresponding to the request. In the method for providing a membership page as described in Request 1, the first period is determined corresponding to the membership renewal date, and the renewal date is determined based on the membership information. As in the method for providing a membership page as described in Request 1, the notification information includes information about unused offers among the one or more offers identified based on the service usage history information. An electronic device comprising: a memory; and a processor; the processor being configured to: in response to a first input requesting membership cancellation received on a first page of a user's membership information, provide a second page requesting membership cancellation; display, based on the user's service usage history, information on one or more benefits provided by the membership on at least a portion of the second page; in response to a second input requesting cancellation reminder received on the second page, retain the user's membership information; and, in response to the second input, provide a notification to a user device corresponding to the user, after a first period has elapsed since the receipt of the second input, reminding the user to cancel the membership. The processor is configured to: identify a specific offer among the one or more offers, wherein the amount of use of the specific offer calculated based on at least one of the user's frequency of use of the offer, the accumulated amount of the offer, and the accumulated time saved on delivery is less than a threshold; identify the amount of use of the specific offer by other users; determine the display order of the specific offers so that offers with higher amounts used by other users are displayed with higher priority; and display the specific offers with higher priority over other offers based on the determined display order of the specific offers. A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium recording a program for executing the method of claim 1 on a computer.
