Abstract

According to the present invention, a method for providing information by an electronic device is disclosed, the method comprising the following steps: confirming information on bundled items that are the object of listing for sale in the services provided by the electronic device; determining, based on the information on the bundled items, whether the bundled items meet the automatic approval conditions for listing; determining, based on whether the bundled items meet the automatic approval conditions, whether the bundled items meet the manager approval conditions for listing; and providing listing confirmation information for the bundled items based on whether the bundled items meet the manager approval conditions.

This invention relates to a method and apparatus for providing information, and more specifically, to a method and electronic apparatus for providing information relating to the on-boarding of goods in a service.

With the development of electronic technology, e-commerce has become a field of shopping. Customers can buy items online without going to a shopping mall or market, and have their online purchases delivered to the delivery address requested by the customer.

In the context of e-commerce, providing detailed and accurate information about products has a significant impact on service satisfaction. Therefore, the industry is discussing various solutions to provide more detailed and accurate information.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] According to the method of the present invention, an electronic device can provide information related to the on-boarding of items in a service.

The technical problems to be solved by this invention are not limited to those mentioned above. Those skilled in the art to which this invention pertains can clearly understand other technical problems not mentioned based on the following description. [Technical Means for Solving the Problem]

Various embodiments can provide methods of operation for electronic devices used to provide information and electronic devices that support them.

The method for providing information by the electronic device in various embodiments may include the following steps: confirming information on bundled items that are the object of on-boarding for sale in the services provided by the electronic device; determining, based on the information on the bundled items, whether the bundled items meet the automatic approval conditions for on-boarding; determining, based on whether the bundled items meet the automatic approval conditions, whether the bundled items meet the manager approval conditions for on-boarding; and providing on-boarding confirmation information for the bundled items based on whether the bundled items meet the manager approval conditions.

In an exemplary embodiment, the aforementioned bundled items may correspond to an item set configured to include two or more different items.

In an exemplary embodiment, the aforementioned automatic approval conditions may include sales profit management conditions for the items; the step of determining whether the aforementioned bundled items meet the aforementioned automatic approval conditions may include the following steps: based on the information of the aforementioned bundled items, confirming the cost price information, sales price information, and net profit information of the aforementioned bundled items; and based on the aforementioned cost price information, the aforementioned sales price information, and the aforementioned net profit information, determining whether the aforementioned bundled items meet the aforementioned sales profit management conditions.

In an exemplary embodiment, the above information provision method may further include the following steps: when the bundled items meet the above automatic approval conditions, providing information confirming the approval of the bundled items for listing.

In an exemplary embodiment, the aforementioned manager approval conditions may include manager approval confirmation object conditions and manager approval response conditions. The manager approval confirmation object condition is that the item becomes the object of an approval confirmation request made to the manager for item listing. The manager approval response condition is that the manager enters an approval confirmation response in response to the approval confirmation request. The step of determining whether the aforementioned bundled items meet the aforementioned manager approval conditions may include the following steps: if the aforementioned bundled items do not meet the aforementioned automatic approval conditions, determine whether the aforementioned bundled items meet the aforementioned manager approval confirmation object conditions.

Figure 1 is a diagram illustrating various embodiments of an information provision system that can realize the operation method of an electronic device for providing information.

Referring to Figure 1, the information providing system of various embodiments can be implemented in various electronic devices. For example, the information providing system can be implemented in server device 100 and user device 200. In other words, server device 100 and user device 200 can implement the operations of various embodiments of the present invention based on the information providing system implemented in each device. As an example, in various embodiments of the present invention, server device 100 can provide information confirming that bundled items have been put on the shelf to user device 200. On the other hand, the information providing system of various embodiments is not limited to that shown in Figure 1 above, and can also be implemented in more electronic devices and servers.

The server device 100 in various embodiments may be a device that enables wireless and wired communication with a plurality of user devices 200 and includes storage with a large storage capacity. For example, the server device 100 may be a cloud device connected to a plurality of user devices 200.

The user equipment 200 in various embodiments can be a desktop computer, tablet computer, mobile terminal, or other device usable by a personal user. In addition, other electronic devices that perform similar functions can also be used as user equipment 200.

The information providing system of various embodiments may include various modules for performing actions. The modules included in the information providing system may be computer code or one or more instructions implemented in such a way that they enable the physical device (e.g., server device 100 and user device 200) implementing the information providing system (or included in the physical device) to perform specified actions. In other words, the physical device implementing the information providing system may store multiple modules in memory in the form of computer code, and when executing the multiple modules stored in memory, the multiple modules cause the physical device to perform specified actions corresponding to the multiple modules.

Figure 2 is a diagram showing the configuration of server equipment 100 and user equipment 200 in various embodiments.

Referring to Figure 2, the server device 100 and the user device 200 may include an input/output unit 210, a transceiver (or, a communication unit) 220, a memory 230, and a processor 240.

The input/output unit 210 may be various interfaces or ports for receiving user input or outputting information to the user. The input/output unit 210 may include an input module and an output module, and the input module receives user input from the user. The user input may include various forms such as key input, touch input, and voice input. As examples of input modules capable of receiving such user input, in addition to traditional small keyboards or keyboards and mice, they also include touch sensors that sense user touch, microphones that receive voice signals, cameras that recognize gestures by image recognition, proximity sensors that sense user proximity, motion sensors that recognize user movements by accelerometers or gyroscopes, and various other types of input mechanisms that sense or receive various forms of user input. The input module of the embodiments of the present invention may include at least one of the devices listed above. Here, the touch sensor can be implemented using piezoelectric or electrostatic touch sensors that sense touch by attaching to a touch panel or touch film on the display panel, or optical touch sensors that sense touch by means of light. In addition, the input module can also be implemented as an input interface (USB (Universal Serial Bus) port, PS/2 (Personal System 2) port, etc.) that connects to an external input device that receives user input, replacing the device itself that senses user input. Furthermore, the output module can output various types of information. The output module may include at least one of the following: a display for outputting images, a speaker for outputting sound, a tactile device for generating vibration, and other types of output mechanisms. In addition, the output module may also be implemented as a port-type output interface that connects to the aforementioned individual output mechanisms.

As an example, the output module in the form of a display can display text, static images, and video. The display may include at least one of the following: Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), Light Emitting Diode (LED), Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED), Flat Panel Display (FPD), Transparent Display, Curved Display, Flexible Display, 3D Display, Holographic Display, Projector, and various other devices capable of performing image output functions. Such a display may also be a touch display integrated with the touch sensor of the input module.

Transceiver 220 can communicate with other devices. Therefore, server device 100 and user device 200 can send and receive information with other devices through transceiver 220. For example, server device 100 and user device 200 can use transceiver 220 to communicate with each other or with other devices.

Here, communication, i.e., the transmission and reception of data, can be implemented in a wired or wireless manner. For this purpose, transceiver 220 may include a wired communication module that connects to the Internet via a LAN (Local Area Network), a mobile communication module that transmits and receives data by connecting to a mobile communication network via a mobile communication base station, a short-range communication module that uses communication methods such as Wi-Fi (WLAN) or Bluetooth (WPAN) (Wireless Personal Area Network), or a satellite communication module that uses GPS (Global Positioning System) or GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System), or a combination thereof.

Memory 230 can store various information. Memory 230 can store data temporarily or semi-permanently. For example, memory 230 of server device 100 can store data used to drive the server device's operating system (OS), data used to manage the website, or data used to generate Braille programs or applications (e.g., website applications). Furthermore, memory 230 can store modules in computer code form as described above.

As an example of storage device 230, it may include hard disk drive (HDD), solid state drive (SSD), flash memory, read-only memory (ROM), random access memory (RAM), etc. Such storage devices may be provided as built-in or removable types.

Processor 240 controls the overall operation of server device 100 and user device 200. To this end, processor 240 can perform various information calculations and processing, and control the operation of the components of server device 100. For example, processor 240 can execute programs or applications to provide information. Processor 240 can be implemented as a computer or a similar device by means of hardware, software, or a combination thereof. In terms of hardware, processor 240 can be implemented as a circuit that processes electrical signals to perform control functions; in terms of software, it can be implemented as a program that drives the hardware processor 240. On the other hand, unless otherwise specified in the following description, the actions of server device 100 and user device 200 can be interpreted as being implemented by the control of processor 240. That is, when the module implemented in the above information providing system is executed, the module can be interpreted as the processor 240 controlling server device 100 and user device 200 to perform the following actions.

In short, various embodiments can be implemented in various ways. For example, various embodiments can be implemented by hardware, firmware, software, or a combination of the above.

In the case of hardware implementation, various embodiments can be implemented using one or more ASICs (application-specific integrated circuits), DSPs (digital signal processors), DSPDs (digital signal processing devices), PLDs (programmable logic devices), FPGAs (field programmable gate arrays), processors, controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, etc.

When implemented using firmware or software, various embodiments can be implemented in the form of modules, programs, or functions that perform the functions or actions described below. For example, software code can be stored in memory and driven by a processor. The memory can be located inside or outside the processor and can send and receive data with the processor using various known methods.

The following describes various embodiments in more detail based on the technical concepts described above. The content described above can be applied to the various embodiments described below. For example, undefined actions, functions, terms, etc. in the various embodiments described below can be implemented and explained based on the content described above.

In the following description, various embodiments are explained based on the premise that the server device 100 performs the action of providing the item listing confirmation information of the bundled items. According to the various embodiments, the user device 200 used by the service administrator can output and provide the listing confirmation information and related information received from the server device 100.

Figure 3 is a diagram illustrating the operation of a server device 100 used to provide information in various embodiments.

According to Figure 3, server device 100 can confirm information on bundled items that are objects of on-boarding for sale on the service (301), determine whether the bundled items meet the automatic approval conditions for on-boarding based on the information on the bundled items (303), determine whether the bundled items meet the manager approval conditions for on-boarding based on whether the bundled items meet the automatic approval conditions (305), and provide on-boarding confirmation information for the bundled items based on whether the bundled items meet the manager approval conditions (307).

According to Figure 3, the action of server device 100 providing item listing confirmation information for bundled items can be performed on services provided by server device 100 or services related to server device 100. The aforementioned services can be equivalent to the following: multiple users of the service can order and purchase multiple items sold in the service. Regarding the multiple items sold in the service, there are no restrictions on the type or category of the items, and they can include various types or categories of items registered by the seller for the purpose of selling items.

According to various embodiments, in action 301, server device 100 can confirm on the service information of bundled items that are objects of on-boarding for sale.

For example, on-boarding is the process of reviewing and approving items for registration and sale in a service. It can refer to the process of determining whether an item meets the various conditions set by the service in order to register and sell the item.

For example, a bundled item can refer to an item that is two or more items bundled together and sold as a single item. That is, a bundled item can be understood as an item that corresponds to a set of items that is defined as including two or more different items.

According to various embodiments, in action 303, server device 100 can determine whether the bundled items meet the automatic approval conditions for listing items based on information about the bundled items.

For example, automatic approval criteria for listing items may include sales profit management criteria, which consider factors related to determining the sales profit of the item to determine whether to approve the listing. As an example, the determination of whether a bundled item meets the automatic approval criteria can be implemented as follows: based on the information of the bundled item, confirm the cost price information, sales price information, and/or net profit information of the bundled item, and based on the confirmed cost price information, sales price information, and/or net profit information, determine whether the bundled item meets the sales profit management criteria.

For example, the sales profit management conditions included in the automatic approval conditions for listing bundled items may include sales price-related conditions, which are determined based on the sum of the sales prices of the individual items included in the bundle and the sales price of the bundle itself. Specifically, the sales price-related condition may be equivalent to determining whether the following ratio is a preset second ratio or higher: the ratio is obtained by comparing the difference between the sum of the sales prices of the individual items included in the bundle and the sales price of the bundle itself with the sales price of the bundle itself. That is, if the value of [(the sum of the sales prices of the individual items included in the bundle - the sales price of the bundle itself) / the sales price of the bundle itself] is greater than the preset second ratio, it can be confirmed that the bundle is more competitive in terms of sales price than when sold as individual items, and thus it is determined that the relevant conditions for the sales price of the bundle are met.

For example, the sales profit management conditions included in the automatic approval conditions for listing bundled items may include net profit-related conditions, which are determined based on the sum of the net sales profits of the individual items included in the bundle and the net sales profit of the bundle itself. Specifically, the net profit-related conditions may be equivalent to determining whether the difference between the net profit ratio obtained when selling the individual items included in the bundle and the net profit ratio obtained when selling the bundle itself is greater than or equal to a preset third value. That is, if the value of [(selling price of the bundled item itself - cost price of the bundled item itself) / (selling price of the bundled item itself) - (cumulative value of selling prices of individual items included in the bundled item - cumulative value of cost prices of individual items included in the bundled item) / (cumulative value of selling prices of individual items included in the bundled item)] is greater than the preset third value, then it can be confirmed that selling as a bundled item is more competitive in terms of net profit than selling as individual items, and thus it is judged to meet the relevant conditions for net profit for listing as a bundled item.

For example, when bundled items meet the automatic approval conditions, the bundled items can be determined to be eligible for sale, and thus, information confirming the listing approval of the bundled items can be provided. That is, if bundled items meet the automatic approval conditions, it can be determined that the bundled items are available for listing without any additional procedures, and information confirming the listing approval of the bundled items can also be provided.

According to various embodiments, in action 305, server device 100 can determine whether the bundled items meet the manager's approval conditions for putting items on the shelf, based on whether the bundled items meet the automatic approval conditions.

For example, if bundled items do not meet the automatic approval conditions for use in item placement, it can be determined whether the bundled items meet the manager approval conditions for use in item placement. That is, for bundled items, the automatic approval conditions for use in item placement can be determined first; if the automatic approval conditions are not met, then the manager approval conditions for use in item placement are determined.

For example, manager approval conditions may include manager approval confirmation object conditions and manager approval response conditions. The approval response condition is used to determine whether it has been confirmed that the manager has entered an approval and confirmation response to confirm that the bundled items have been put on the shelf.

For example, the conditions for determining whether a bundled item is eligible for management approval may include a first condition: the net profit of the bundled item is expected to change by a certain level or more. That is, the approval conditions may include the following: when a larger net profit is expected due to high sales or demand for the bundled item, or when the cost price of at least some of the items included in the bundle is lower than usual, thus resulting in a higher expected net profit, the net profit of the bundled item is determined to have changed positively by a certain level or more.

For example, the conditions for determining whether a bundled item is eligible for approval by the administrator may include a second condition: the bundled item corresponds to a separately published item for the services provided by server equipment 100. That is, the conditions for approval may include the following: when the sale of the bundled item cannot be confirmed in other e-commerce services besides those provided by server equipment 100, and it is expected to be sold separately only for the services provided by server equipment 100, it is determined whether the bundled item is sold through separate publication of the services provided by server equipment 100.

For example, the criteria for determining whether a bundled item is eligible for approval by the administrator may include a third condition: at least one item included in the bundled item corresponds to a new item. That is, the approval criteria may include the following: determining whether at least one of the two or more items included in the bundled item is a new item or a newly released item that has not been previously disclosed or sold to consumers.

For example, the conditions for determining whether a bundled item is eligible for approval by the administrator may include a fourth condition: the bundled item is listed as an item in accordance with a promotional activity provided by the server equipment 100. That is, the conditions for approval may include: determining whether the bundled item is an item that can be released or sold in connection with a promotional activity related to the service.

When the server device 100 confirms that there is one or more managers managing the sale of bundled items, the number of managers who make the judgment on listing the bundled items may vary depending on the item category, the related company of the bundled items, the brand of the bundled items, etc. That is, in addition to the sales manager directly responsible for the sale of bundled items, there may be one or more managers who, together with the sales manager, make judgments on the listing of bundled items, in order to determine whether the bundled items are approved by the manager of the bundled items. Therefore, the approval confirmation request is received and the approval confirmation response is entered by the sales manager directly responsible for the sale of the bundled items, and when the sales manager enters the approval confirmation response and approves the listing of the bundled items, the category manager, enterprise management manager, or brand management manager receives the approval confirmation request and enters the approval confirmation response.

Furthermore, as mentioned above, management can also be carried out in the following manner: the newly generated conditions are shared with one or more managers who determine whether to put bundled items on the shelves, and when all or more managers agree or a certain number of managers agree, the newly generated conditions are added to the automatic approval conditions thereafter so that they can be taken into consideration when putting bundled items on the shelves.

If the new condition of whether the remaining contract period of the brand associated with the bundled items is longer than a certain period is added as an automatic approval condition, then from then on, other bundled items that have been reviewed or judged for listing, even if they do not meet the existing sales profit management conditions, can be judged to meet the automatic approval conditions when they meet the above new conditions, so that they can be approved for listing without the need to judge the manager's approval conditions.

Furthermore, as mentioned above, management can also be carried out in the following manner: the newly generated conditions are shared with one or more managers who determine the bundling of items, and when all or more managers agree or a certain number of managers agree, the newly generated conditions are added to the automatic approval conditions thereafter so that they can be taken into consideration when bundling items are listed.

According to various embodiments, in action 307, server device 100 can provide information confirming the listing of bundled items based on whether the bundled items meet the manager's approval conditions.

For example, in action 307, server device 100 can determine that the listing of bundled items has been approved when the bundled items do not meet the automatic approval conditions but meet the manager approval conditions, and provide listing confirmation information including approved items.

For example, in action 307, regarding the item listing confirmation information provided by server device 100, except in the case where the bundled item does not meet the automatic approval conditions but meets the manager approval conditions, the information may also be provided regardless of the manager approval conditions when the bundled item meets the automatic approval conditions.

On the other hand, according to Figure 3, in addition to providing information on the confirmation of the listing of bundled items, the server device 100 can also provide an item listing management page that includes information on the approval processing status of the item listing so as to manage the item listing processing for multiple bundled items on the service.

When a specific bundled item is selected in the item listing management page, the approval status information for the selected bundled item listing can be provided. The item listing approval status information may include various information such as the item listing judgment result of the bundled item, which administrator step the item listing is in, the vendor ID (identifier) of the enterprise or service, the product name, and the category in which the item is classified.

Figures 4 and 5 are examples of flowcharts illustrating the process of determining whether bundled items are to be placed on the shelf.

In Figure 4, when an item is newly listed on the service, that is, when a new item for sale is listed on the service, the server device 100 confirms the relevant information for listing the item (401). If the item is a single item and not a bundled item, the server device 100 confirms the approval of listing the item (403) and generates information about the item on the service to implement the sale of the item (409).

Conversely, if the item is a bundled item, the judgment on whether to approve the item for sale is performed as shown in Figure 4 (403). Specifically, if the bundled item is registered in the tool for performing the judgment on whether to approve the item for sale (405), then as shown in Figure 4, it can be determined whether the bundled item meets the automatic approval conditions, including the sales profit management conditions, and whether it meets the manager approval conditions, including the manager approval confirmation conditions and the manager approval response conditions (407). If the bundled item meets the automatic approval conditions, or does not meet the automatic approval conditions but meets the manager approval conditions, it can be confirmed that the item is approved for listing and information about the item is generated on the service to implement the sale of the item (409); if the bundled item does not meet both the automatic approval conditions and the manager approval conditions, it can be confirmed that the item is rejected for listing (411).

In Figure 5, a judgment can be made on whether to continue selling bundled items that are currently being sold on the service, rather than on newly listed items as shown in Figure 4. In the case of Figure 5, unlike Figure 4, the judgment on whether an item is a single item can be omitted.

In Figure 5, regarding bundled items, the judgment on whether to approve the item for sale is implemented as shown in Figure 3. Specifically, if the bundled item is registered in the tool (501) for the judgment on whether to approve the item for sale, then as shown in Figure 3, it can be determined whether the bundled item meets the automatic approval conditions, including the sales profit management conditions, and whether it meets the manager approval conditions, including the manager's approval confirmation conditions and the manager's approval response conditions (503). If a bundled item meets the automatic approval conditions, or if it does not meet the automatic approval conditions but meets the manager approval conditions, it can be confirmed that it is approved for listing and that the sale of the bundled item is maintained in the service (505); if a bundled item does not meet both the automatic approval conditions and the manager approval conditions, it can be confirmed that it is rejected for listing and that the sale of the bundled item is no longer in the service (507).

Figure 6 is an example of a flowchart illustrating the management approval conditions for determining the bundled items.

In Figure 6, the bundled items that become the objects of the items can first be identified, the managers related to the sales management of the identified bundled items are identified, and the order of the bundled items being put on the shelves is determined based on the manager's information and the manager's priority (601).

In Figure 6, to confirm the shelving of bundled items, managers 1 through 4 can sequentially judge the shelving of bundled items in ascending order of priority (603), starting with manager 1. Manager 1 can first enter whether to approve or reject the shelving of bundled items. When manager 1 approves the shelving of bundled items, manager 2 can enter whether to approve or reject the shelving of bundled items. In the manner described above, manager 4 can also judge the shelving of bundled items, and if managers 1 through 4 all approve the shelving of bundled items, the shelving of bundled items can be confirmed. However, if any manager among managers 1 through 4 rejects the shelving of bundled items, the rejection of shelving of the bundled items can be confirmed without the need for judgment by the manager with the next lower priority.

As can be seen from Figures 3 to 6, the various information used by the server device 100 in the process of implementing the action method of providing information on the listing of bundled items can be combined in various forms.

Figures 7 and 8 illustrate various embodiments of UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) used to provide information. For example, the examples in Figures 7 and 8 can be UI/UX (user interface/user experience) for user device 200. The embodiments described in the following figures can be implemented based on the actions of server device 100 as described in Figures 3 to 6.

Specifically, the UI/UX embodiments for user device 200 illustrated in the following figures can be implemented in the following manner: if user device 200 receives input information from the user and transmits it to server device 100, then server device 100 provides information corresponding to the input information to user device 200 based on the actions described in Figures 3 to 6, and then user device 200 outputs the information. However, the UI/UX embodiments illustrated in the following figures are not limited to the manner described above, and can be implemented in all manner that can implement UI/UX embodiments.

Figure 7 is an example of an item listing management page that outputs approval processing status information for multiple bundled items on a service from a user device 200 in various embodiments.

The item listing management page in Figure 7 may include a search area 701, which displays various filters used to search for bundled items whose listing status needs to be confirmed. Users or administrators on the item listing management page can enter information such as the company, the vendor ID of the service, the product name, and the category of the item in the search area 701 to search for the listing status of the bundled items they want to confirm.

Furthermore, the item listing management page in Figure 7 may include a results display area 703, which displays the approval processing status information of bundled items retrieved through the search area 701. Users or administrators of the item listing management page can check various information related to bundled items and their approval processing status in the results display area 703. Specifically, the results display area 703 may display the item listing judgment result of the bundled items, the administrator step in which the item listing of the bundled items is being carried out, the supplier ID of the enterprise or service, the product name, the category in which the item is classified, and other information.

When a user or administrator selects an item from the result display area 703 on the item listing management page, detailed information about the selected bundled item can be provided as shown in Figure 8.

Figure 8 is an example of a user device 200 outputting detailed information of the selected bundled items on the item listing management page in various embodiments.

The detailed information of the bundled items shown in Figure 8 is the information provided by selecting the bundled items in the item listing management page of Figure 7. The page of Figure 8 displaying the detailed information may include area 801, which displays the item sales-related information displayed in the item details page of the bundled items, just like the item details page.

Furthermore, the page displaying detailed information in Figure 8 also includes area 803, which displays information about each individual item included in the bundled items, information related to the company of the bundled items, the vendor ID of the service provider, the product name, the category of the item and/or the listing status, as well as cost price information, sales price information and/or net profit information related to the bundled items. The page displaying detailed information in Figure 8 may also include area 805, which is set up to determine whether the administrators have approved and confirmed the annotations for the listing of items in the bundled items, or to allow the administrators to enter annotations.

The UI/UX of user device 200 and the actions of user device 200 shown in Figures 7 and 8 can be implemented in relation to the actions of server device 100 described in Figures 3 to 6. The UI/UX examples in Figures 7 and 8 are used to illustrate one example of the present invention. Various embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the form of UI/UX in Figures 7 and 8, and can be implemented by UI/UX of all forms that can implement various embodiments of the present invention.

An information provision method, provided by an electronic device, includes the following steps: confirming information about bundled items that are intended for listing items for sale within a service provided by the electronic device; determining, based on the information about the bundled items, whether the bundled items meet the automatic approval conditions for listing items; and, if the bundled items do not meet the automatic approval conditions, determining whether the bundled items meet the manager approval conditions for listing items; wherein the manager approval conditions include manager approval confirmation conditions and manager approval response conditions, the manager approval confirmation condition being that the item becomes the subject of an approval confirmation request made to the manager for listing the item, and the manager approval response condition being that the manager inputs an approval confirmation response in response to the approval confirmation request; and When the bundled items meet the automatic approval conditions, or when the bundled items do not meet the automatic approval conditions but meet the manager approval conditions, the bundled items are confirmed to be approved for shelf placement, and shelf placement confirmation information for the bundled items is provided. As in the information provision method of Request 1, the aforementioned bundled items correspond to an item set that is set to include two or more different items. As in the information provision method of Request 1, the aforementioned automatic approval conditions include sales profit management conditions for the items; the step of determining whether the aforementioned bundled items meet the aforementioned automatic approval conditions includes the following steps: based on the information of the aforementioned bundled items, confirming the cost price information, sales price information, and net profit information of the aforementioned bundled items; and based on the aforementioned cost price information, the aforementioned sales price information, and the aforementioned net profit information, determining whether the aforementioned bundled items meet the aforementioned sales profit management conditions.
