Claims (17)
1. Композиция эпоксидной смолы, включающая по меньшей мере следующие компоненты [А]–[С],
где эквивалентное соотношение функциональных групп, аминогруппы компонента [В] к эпоксидной группе компонента [А], составляет от 0,7 до 1,5; и
количество компонента [С] в смеси составляет от 1 до 10 частей по массе на 100 частей по массе компонента [А];
где [A] эпоксидная смола,
[B] аминный отвердитель, и
[C] фенольное соединение, включающее любое одно или несколько из следующих соединений (с1)–(с3):
(с1) фенольное соединение, имеющее две или более карбонильных групп в одной молекуле,
(с2) фенольное соединение, имеющее две или более сульфонильных групп в одной молекуле, и
(с3) фенольное соединение, имеющее одну сульфонильную группу и три или более ароматических циклов в одной молекуле.
2. Композиция эпоксидной смолы по п. 1, в которой компонент [А] содержит от 40 до 100 частей по массе глицидиламинной эпоксидной смолы на 100 частей по массе всех эпоксидных смол.
3. Композиция эпоксидной смолы по п. 1 или 2, в которой компонент [В] содержит диаминодифенилсульфон или диаминодифенилкетон.
4. Композиция эпоксидной смолы по любому из пп. 1–3, в которой компонент [С] представляет собой фенольное соединение, включающее следующее соединение (с4): (с4) фенольное соединение, имеющее одну карбонильную группу и одну фенольную гидроксильную группу в одной молекуле.
5. Композиция эпоксидной смолы по любому из пп. 1–4, в которой температура стеклования отвержденного продукта, полученного отверждением при 180°С в течение 2 ч, составляет 190°С или более.
6. Композиция эпоксидной смолы по любому из пп. 1–5, в которой вязкость, когда выдерживание проводится при 80°С в течение 2 ч, составляет 4,0–кратную величину или менее начальной вязкости при 80°С.
7. Препрег, полученный импрегнированием армирующих волокон композицией эпоксидной смолы по любому из пп. 1–6.
8. Армированный волокнами композитный материал, полученный отверждением препрега по п. 7.
9. Армированный волокнами композитный материал, включающий отвержденную эпоксидную смолу, полученную отверждением композиции эпоксидной смолы по любому из пп. 1–6, и армирующие волокна.
