Claims (25)
1. Отверждаемая композиция на основе эпоксидной смолы, включающая:
(А) эпоксидный компонент, который включает:
(i) дифункциональную эпоксидную смолу бисфенола F, представленную следующей структурой (I):
(ii) антрацильное соединение, представленное следующей структурой (II):
(iii) трехфункциональную эпоксидную смолу;
(В) термопластичный полимер, выбранный из полиэфирсульфона (PES), полиэфирэфирсульфона (PEES), сополимера PES-PEES с концевыми аминогруппами и
(C) аминсодержащий отверждающий реагент;
где на 100 частей по весу эпоксидного компонента, трехфункциональная эпоксидная смола присутствует в количестве менее чем 30 частей, предпочтительно 20-29 частей, и дифункциональная эпоксидная смола присутствует в количестве, превышающем количество антрацильного соединения, и
где отношение эпоксидного компонента к аминсодержащему отверждающему реагенту таково, что на каждый моль эпоксидной группы приходится 0,7-0,8 моля амино-водородной группы.
2. Отверждаемая композиция на основе эпоксидной смолы по п.1, где трехфункциональная эпоксидная смола представляет следующую структуру (III):
3. Отверждаемая композиция на основе эпоксидной смолы по п.1, где аминсодержащим отверждающим реагентом является диаминодифенилсульфон (DDS) или флуоренамин.
4. Отверждаемая композиция на основе эпоксидной смолы по п.1, где весовое соотношение антрацильного соединения к дифункциональной эпоксидной смоле составляет 0,4-0,6.
5. Отверждаемая композиция на основе эпоксидной смолы по п.1, содержащая на 100 частей по весу эпоксидного компонента:
49-51 частей дифункциональной эпоксидной смолы,
24-26 частей антрацильного соединения и
23-25 частей трехфункциональной эпоксидной смолы.
6. Отверждаемая композиция на основе эпоксидной смолы по любому из пп.1-5, где термопластичный полимер является сополимером PES-PEES, имеющим концевые аминогруппы.
7. Композитный материал, содержащий армирующие волокна, внедренные или пропитанные отверждаемой композицией на основе эпоксидной смолы, по любому из пп.1-6.
8. Композитный материал по п. 7, в котором армирующие волокна выбраны из углеродных волокон, арамидных волокон и стекловолокна.
9. Препрег, содержащий однонаправленные волокна, пропитанные отверждаемой композицией на основе эпоксидной смолы по любому из пп.1-6.
10. Препрег по п.9, в котором однонаправленные волокна выбраны из углеродных волокон, арамидных волокон и стекловолокна.
11. Композитный ламинат, содержащий множество препрегов, расположенных в сборке, причем каждый препрег содержит однонаправленные волокна, пропитанные отверждаемой композицией на основе эпоксидной смолы по любому из пп.1-6.
