Claims (19)
1. Способ получения полой полимерной композиции, включающий стадии
(a) обеспечения водной дисперсии, содержащей
(i) от 1% до 40% полых полимерных частиц по массе от массы водной дисперсии, причем полые полимерные частицы содержат от 0,01% до 20% полимеризованных звеньев одного или более поливиниловых мономеров по массе от массы полых полимерных частиц,
(ii) от 40% до 98,9% воды по массе от массы водной дисперсии, и
(iii) от 0,1% до 20% одного или более органических спиртов по массе от массы водной дисперсии, и
(b) удаления воды из водной дисперсии с получением сухой композиции, содержащей полые полимерные частицы и спирт, причем либо вода отсутствует в сухой композиции, либо вода присутствует в сухой композиции в таком количестве, что массовое отношение воды к полым полимерным частицам составляет 0,2:1 или менее.
2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий стадию
(c) получения дисперсии сухой композиции в неводной среде после стадии (b).
3. Полая полимерная композиция, содержащая полые полимерные частицы и один или более органических спиртов,
в которой массовое отношение органического спирта к полым полимерным частицам составляет от 0,01:1 до 1:1,
где полые полимерные частицы содержат от 0,01 до 20% полимеризованных звеньев одного или более поливиниловых мономеров по массе от массы полых полимерных частиц.
где вода необязательно присутствует в композиции полых полимерных частиц в таком количестве, что массовое отношение воды к полым полимерным частицам составляет от 0:1 до 0,05:1.
4. Полая полимерная композиция по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что полиол выбран из группы, состоящей из полиолов, имеющих молекулярную массу 200 или менее, циклодекстринов и их смесей.
5. Полая полимерная композиция по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что полиол представляет собой глицерин.
6. Полая полимерная композиция по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что поливиниловый мономер представляет собой дивинилбензол.
7. Полая полимерная композиция по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что полая полимерная частица содержит полимер ядра и полимер оболочки, причем массовое отношение полимера оболочки к полимеру ядра составляет от 8:1 до 15:1.
8. Неводная дисперсия, содержащая один или более органических спиртов и полые полимерные частицы, диспергированные в неводной среде.
9. Неводная дисперсия по п. 8, дополнительно содержащая минеральный пигмент и связующий полимер.
10. Неводная дисперсия по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что неводная среда содержит этанол.
