Claims (13)
1. Способ получения покрытия на подложке, включающий одну или более стадий раздробления высушенного слоя вспененной водной композиции для покрытия, при этом указанная водная композиция для покрытия содержит совокупность многоступенчатых сополимерных частиц со средневзвешенным диаметром от 2 до 20 мкм, причем указанные многоступенчатые сополимерные частицы содержат ядро, температура стеклования (Tg) которого составляет 20°C или менее.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что указанный многоступенчатый сополимер представляет собой многоступенчатые сополимерные частицы с плавно изменяющимся показателем преломления (GRIN).
3. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий стадию нагревания высушенного слоя вспененной водной композиции для покрытия после стадии раздробления высушенного слоя указанной вспененной водной композиции для покрытия.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что водная композиция для покрытия дополнительно содержит один или более связующих полимеров.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что водная композиция для покрытия дополнительно содержит одно или более поверхностно-активных веществ.
6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что высушенный слой вспененной водной композиции для покрытия получают способом, включающим
(a) введение газа в водную композицию для покрытия с получением влажной пены,
(b) нанесение слоя влажной пены на подложку,
(c) сушку слоя влажной пены до содержания воды от 2% до 20% по массе с получением слоя высушенной пены,
(d) раздробление слоя высушенной пены с получением слоя раздробленной высушенной пены.
7. Способ по п. 6 отличающийся тем, что указанный способ после стадии (d) включает повторение последовательности стадий (b), (c) и (d) один или более раз.
8. Изделие, содержащее покрытие на подложке, полученное способом по п. 1.
9. Изделие, содержащее покрытие на подложке, полученное способом по п. 7.
