Abstract
1. Модульная система закрытия раны пониженным давлением для обеспечения закрывающей силы, действующей на поверхностную рану, содержащая гибкий ремень, выполненный с возможностью образования замкнутой петли, и модульные закрывающие элементы, которые выборочно соединены с гибким ремнем, и каждый из которых содержит:крепежный элемент, предназначенный для прикрепления с возможностью отсоединения к части эпидермиса пациента вблизи края поверхностной раны и имеющий основание и стенку,герметичный сжимаемый элемент, имеющий первый конец и второй конец, который соединен с крепежным элементом, и выполненный с возможностью сжатия при пониженном давлениисоединительный элемент, соединенный с первым концом герметичного сжимаемого элемента и выполненный с возможностью выборочного соединения с гибким ремнем, иинтерфейс пониженного давления, проточно соединенный с герметичным сжимаемым элементом и предназначенный для доставки пониженного давления к герметичному сжимаемому элементу.2. Модульная система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая источник пониженного давления, проточно соединенный с каждым интерфейсом пониженного давления каждого модульного закрывающего элемента, причем источник пониженного давления выполнен с возможностью доставки пониженного давления к каждому интерфейсу пониженного давления модульных закрывающих элементов.3. Claims (27)
1. Модульная система закрытия раны пониженным давлением для обеспечения закрывающей силы, действующей на поверхностную рану, содержащая гибкий ремень, выполненный с возможностью образования замкнутой петли, и модульные закрывающие элементы, которые выборочно соединены с гибким ремнем, и каждый из которых содержит:
крепежный элемент, предназначенный для прикрепления с возможностью отсоединения к части эпидермиса пациента вблизи края поверхностной раны и имеющий основание и стенку,
герметичный сжимаемый элемент, имеющий первый конец и второй конец, который соединен с крепежным элементом, и выполненный с возможностью сжатия при пониженном давлении
соединительный элемент, соединенный с первым концом герметичного сжимаемого элемента и выполненный с возможностью выборочного соединения с гибким ремнем, и
интерфейс пониженного давления, проточно соединенный с герметичным сжимаемым элементом и предназначенный для доставки пониженного давления к герметичному сжимаемому элементу.

Модульная система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая источник пониженного давления, проточно соединенный с каждым интерфейсом пониженного давления каждого модульного закрывающего элемента, причем источник пониженного давления выполнен с возможностью доставки пониженного давления к каждому интерфейсу пониженного давления модульных закрывающих элементов.

Модульная система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая источник пониженного давления, проточно соединенный с каждым интерфейсом пониженного давления каждого модульного закрывающего элемента, причем источник пониженного давления выполнен с возможностью доставки пониженного давления к каждому интерфейсу пониженного давления модульных закрывающих элементов, при этом для каждого модульного закрывающего элемента интерфейс пониженного давления соединен с соединительным элементом.

Модульная система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая источник пониженного давления, проточно соединенный с каждым интерфейсом пониженного давления модульного закрывающего элемента, причем источник пониженного давления выполнен с возможностью доставки пониженного давления к каждому интерфейсу пониженного давления модульных закрывающих элементов, при этом для каждого модульного закрывающего элемента интерфейс пониженного давления соединен с крепежным элементом.
5. Модульная система по п.1, в которой гибкий ремень выполнен с отверстиями, при этом каждый интерфейс пониженного давления модульного закрывающего элемента имеет размер и выполнен с возможностью прохождения через отверстие ремня.
6. Модульная система по п.1, в которой каждый герметичный сжимаемый элемент содержит контактирующий магистральный материал.
7. Модульная система по п.1, в которой для каждого модульного закрывающего элемента интерфейс пониженного давления соединен с соединительным элементом, а гибкий ремень выполнен с отверстиями, при этом каждый интерфейс пониженного давления каждого модульного закрывающего элемента имеет размер и выполнен с возможностью прохождения через отверстие ремня, причем каждый герметичный сжимаемый элемент содержит контактирующий магистральный материал.
8. Способ изготовления модульной системы закрытия раны пониженным давлением для создания закрывающей силы на поверхностной ране, включающий этапы:
формирования гибкого ремня, выполненного с возможностью образования замкнутой петли,
формирования модульных закрывающих элементов, причем на этапе формирования модульных закрывающих элементов для каждого модульного закрывающего элемента также:
формируют крепежный элемент, предназначенный для прикрепления с возможностью отсоединения к части эпидермиса пациента вблизи края поверхностной раны,
формируют герметичный сжимаемый элемент, имеющий первый конец и второй конец, и выполненный с возможностью сжатия при пониженном давлении,
соединяют второй конец герметичного сжимаемого элемента с крепежным элементом,
формируют соединительный элемент, выполненный с возможностью выборочного присоединения к гибкому ремню, и
соединяют соединительный элемент с первым концом герметичного сжимаемого элемента.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором дополнительно проточно соединяют интерфейс пониженного давления с герметичным сжимаемым элементом каждого модульного закрывающего элемента для доставки пониженного давления к герметичному сжимаемому элементу.
10. Способ по п.8, в котором дополнительно используют источник закрывающего пониженного давления и проточно соединяют источник закрывающего пониженного давления с каждым интерфейсом пониженного давления модульных закрывающих элементов, причем источник закрывающего пониженного давления выполнен с возможностью доставки пониженного давления к каждому интерфейсу пониженного давления модульных закрывающих элементов.
11. Способ по п.9, в котором на этапе проточного соединения интерфейса пониженного давления с герметичным сжимаемым элементом также соединяют указанный интерфейс с соединительным элементом.
12. Способ по п.9, в котором на этапе проточного соединения интерфейса пониженного давления с герметичным сжимаемым элементом также соединяют интерфейс пониженного давления с крепежным элементом.
13. Способ по п.8, в котором на этапе формирования гибкого ремня также формируют гибкий ремень с отверстиями.
14. Способ по п.8, в котором на этапе формирования герметичного сжимаемого элемента также формируют герметичный сжимаемый элемент, который содержит контактирующий магистральный материал.
15. Способ по п.9, в котором на этапе проточного соединения интерфейса пониженного давления с герметичным сжимаемым элементом также соединяют интерфейс пониженного давления с соединительным элементом, на этапе формирования гибкого ремня также формируют гибкий ремень с отверстиями и на этапе формирования герметичного сжимаемого элемента также формируют герметичный сжимаемый элемент, который содержит контактирующий магистральный материал.
16. Способ терапии поверхностной раны на пациенте, включающий этапы:
использования дистанцирующего элемента,
использования модульных закрывающих элементов, каждый из которых содержит:
крепежный элемент, предназначенный для прикрепления с возможностью отсоединения к части эпидермиса пациента вблизи края поверхностной раны и имеющий основание и стенку,
герметичный сжимаемый элемент, имеющий первый конец и второй конец, который соединен с крепежным элементом, и выполненный с возможностью сжатия при пониженном давлении
соединительный элемент, соединенный с первым концом герметичного сжимаемого элемента и выполненный с возможностью выборочного соединения с дистанцирующим элементом, и
интерфейс пониженного давления, проточно соединенный с герметичным сжимаемым элементом для доставки пониженного давления к герметичному сжимаемому элементу,
соединения модульных закрывающих элементов на дистанцирующем элементе,
размещения дистанцирующего элемента вблизи поверхностной раны так, что модульные закрывающие элементы отстоят на некоторой расстояние от поверхностной раны вокруг нее,
использования источника пониженного давления,
проточного соединения источника пониженного давления с каждым интерфейсом пониженного давления модульных закрывающих элементов и
доставки пониженного давления к каждому интерфейсу пониженного давления модульных закрывающих элементов, в результате чего каждый модульный закрывающий элемент создает закрывающую силу.
17. Способ по п.16, в котором дистанцирующий элемент содержит гибкий ремень.
18. Способ по п.16, в котором дополнительно подают пониженное давление к полости тела.
19. Способ по п.16, в котором дополнительно подают пониженное давление к полости тела от источника пониженного давления.
20. Способ по п.16, в котором на этапе проточного соединения источника пониженного давления также соединяют трубопровод пониженного давления с интерфейсом пониженного давления.
21. Способ по п.16, в котором для каждого модульного закрывающего элемента интерфейс пониженного давления соединяют с соединительным элементом.
22. Способ по п.16, в котором на этапе использования дистанцирующего элемента также используют гибкий ремень, выполненный с отверстиями.
23. Способ по п.16, в котором каждый герметичный сжимаемый элемент модульных закрывающих элементов содержит сжимаемый магистральный материал.
24. Модульная система закрытия раны, предназначенная для закрытия раны на эпидермисе пациента с использованием пониженного давления, содержащая:
закрывающие устройства, которые сжимаются под влиянием пониженного давления и каждое из которых имеет дистальный конец и проксимальный конец,
гибкий элемент для удержания закрывающих устройств отстоящими друг от друга на некоторое расстояние так, что их проксимальные концы расположены внутри краев раны,
крепежные устройства для прикрепления с возможностью отсоединения дистальных концов закрывающих устройств к эпидермису пациента снаружи края раны и
соединители пониженного давления для подачи пониженного давления к закрывающим устройствам.
25. Модульная система по п.24, в которой закрывающие устройства содержат герметичные сжимаемые элементы и с возможностью отсоединения сопряжены с гибким элементом.
26. Модульная система по п.24, в которой закрывающие устройства имеют первый объем (V1) при атмосферном давлении и второй объем (V2) при пониженном давлении, причем V1>V2.
27. Модульная система по п.24, в которой закрывающие устройства с возможностью скольжения сопряжены с гибким элементом.
