Abstract
1. Применение добавки в дизельной топливной композиции для улучшения эксплуатационных характеристик дизельного двигателя, включающего систему подачи топлива, работающую под высоким давлением, при использовании в работе двигателя указанной дизельной топливной композиции, причем добавка представляет собой продукт реакции Манниха, проводимой с участием: ! (a) альдегида; ! (b) полиамина; и ! (c) фенола, который может быть замещенным, ! в которой средняя молекулярная масса единственного или каждого заместителя компонента (с) составляет менее 300. ! 2. Применение по п.1, при котором давление в двигателе превышает 1350 бар, что соответствует 1,35·108 Па. ! 3. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором улучшение эксплуатационных характеристик может быть оценено по уменьшению потерь мощности двигателя и/или уменьшению отложений на форсунках двигателя. ! 4. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором молекулярная масса добавки составляет менее 1000. ! 5. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором компонент (a) включает формальдегид. ! 6. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором компонент (b) представляет собой полиалкиленполиамин. ! 7. Применение по п.6, в котором компонент (b) представляет собой полиэтиленполиамин, содержащий от 3 до 8 атомов азота. ! 8. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором компонент (c) представляет собой алкилзамещенный фенол, который является монозамещенным фенолом, имеющим заместитель в параположении. ! 9. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором компонент (c) содержит C12-алкильный заместитель. ! 10. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором добавка, улучшающая эксплуатационные характеристики, включает молекулы, соответствующие формуле: ! ! в которой каждый R независимо выбран из необяза
Claims (13)
1. Применение добавки в дизельной топливной композиции для улучшения эксплуатационных характеристик дизельного двигателя, включающего систему подачи топлива, работающую под высоким давлением, при использовании в работе двигателя указанной дизельной топливной композиции, причем добавка представляет собой продукт реакции Манниха, проводимой с участием:
(a) альдегида;
(b) полиамина; и
(c) фенола, который может быть замещенным,
в которой средняя молекулярная масса единственного или каждого заместителя компонента (с) составляет менее 300.
2. Применение по п.1, при котором давление в двигателе превышает 1350 бар, что соответствует 1,35·108 Па.
3. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором улучшение эксплуатационных характеристик может быть оценено по уменьшению потерь мощности двигателя и/или уменьшению отложений на форсунках двигателя.
4. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором молекулярная масса добавки составляет менее 1000.
5. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором компонент (a) включает формальдегид.
6. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором компонент (b) представляет собой полиалкиленполиамин.
7. Применение по п.6, в котором компонент (b) представляет собой полиэтиленполиамин, содержащий от 3 до 8 атомов азота.
8. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором компонент (c) представляет собой алкилзамещенный фенол, который является монозамещенным фенолом, имеющим заместитель в параположении.
9. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором компонент (c) содержит C12-алкильный заместитель.
10. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором добавка, улучшающая эксплуатационные характеристики, включает молекулы, соответствующие формуле:
в которой каждый R независимо выбран из необязательно замещенной алкильной группы, и каждый из R может быть как одинаковым, так и различным, R' представляет собой остаток, получаемый из альдегидного компонента (a), n составляет от 0 до 4, m составляет от 1 до 6, и p составляет от 1 до 12.
11. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором добавка, улучшающая эксплуатационные характеристики, включает молекулы, соответствующие формуле:
в которой каждый R независимо выбран из необязательно замещенной алкильной группы, и каждый из R может быть как одинаковым, так и различным, R' представляет собой остаток, получаемый из альдегидного компонента (a), n составляет от 0 до 4, m составляет от 1 до 6, и p составляет от 1 до 10.
12. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором содержание добавки, улучшающей эксплуатационные характеристики, в дизельной топливной композиции составляет от 0,01 до 100 ч./млн.
13. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором дизельная топливная композиция дополнительно включает азотсодержащую очищающую добавку.
