Abstract
1. Применение азотсодержащей очищающей добавки и добавки, улучшающей эксплуатационные характеристики, в дизельной топливной композиции для улучшения эксплуатационных характеристик дизельного двигателя, включающего систему подачи топлива, работающую под высоким давлением, при использовании в работе двигателя указанной дизельной топливной композиции; причем добавка, улучшающая эксплуатационные характеристики, представляет собой продукт реакции Манниха, проводимой с участием: ! (a) альдегида; ! (b) амина; и ! (c) фенола, который может быть замещенным; ! при этом азотсодержащая очищающая добавка представляет собой продукт реакции ацилирующего реагента, полученного из карбоновой кислоты, и амина. ! 2. Применение по п.1, при котором давление в двигателе превышает 1350 бар, что соответствует 1,35·108 Па. ! 3. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором добавка, улучшающая эксплуатационные характеристики, улучшает эксплуатационные характеристики дизельного двигателя, включающего систему подачи топлива, работающую под высоким давлением, при использовании в работе двигателя дизельной топливной композиции, включающей азотсодержащую очищающую добавку. ! 4. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором добавка, улучшающая эксплуатационные характеристики, позволяет снижать дозировку азотсодержащей очищающей добавки, требуемую для улучшения эксплуатационных характеристик дизельного двигателя, включающего систему подачи топлива, работающую под высоким давлением. ! 5. Применение по п.1 или 2 для уменьшения отложений на форсунке дизельного двигателя, в котором указанная форсунка имеет отверстие с диаметром менее 500 мкм. ! 6. Применение по п.1 или 2, в ко
Claims (13)
1. Применение азотсодержащей очищающей добавки и добавки, улучшающей эксплуатационные характеристики, в дизельной топливной композиции для улучшения эксплуатационных характеристик дизельного двигателя, включающего систему подачи топлива, работающую под высоким давлением, при использовании в работе двигателя указанной дизельной топливной композиции; причем добавка, улучшающая эксплуатационные характеристики, представляет собой продукт реакции Манниха, проводимой с участием:
(a) альдегида;
(b) амина; и
(c) фенола, который может быть замещенным;
при этом азотсодержащая очищающая добавка представляет собой продукт реакции ацилирующего реагента, полученного из карбоновой кислоты, и амина.
2. Применение по п.1, при котором давление в двигателе превышает 1350 бар, что соответствует 1,35·108 Па.
3. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором добавка, улучшающая эксплуатационные характеристики, улучшает эксплуатационные характеристики дизельного двигателя, включающего систему подачи топлива, работающую под высоким давлением, при использовании в работе двигателя дизельной топливной композиции, включающей азотсодержащую очищающую добавку.
4. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором добавка, улучшающая эксплуатационные характеристики, позволяет снижать дозировку азотсодержащей очищающей добавки, требуемую для улучшения эксплуатационных характеристик дизельного двигателя, включающего систему подачи топлива, работающую под высоким давлением.
5. Применение по п.1 или 2 для уменьшения отложений на форсунке дизельного двигателя, в котором указанная форсунка имеет отверстие с диаметром менее 500 мкм.
6. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором улучшение эксплуатационных характеристик может быть оценено по уменьшению потерь мощности двигателя и/или уменьшению отложений на форсунках.
7. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором компонент (b) представляет собой полиэтиленполиамин, содержащий от 3 до 8 атомов азота.
8. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором компонент (с) представляет собой монозамещенный фенол, имеющий алкильный заместитель.
9. Применение по п.8, в котором фенол в качестве заместителя содержит остаток полиизобутена.
10. Применение по п.8, в котором фенол содержит в параположении алкильный заместитель, содержащий от 10 до 15 атомов углерода.
11. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором азотсодержащая очищающая добавка представляет собой продукт реакции ацилирующего реагента, полученного из полиизобутен-замещенной янтарной кислоты, и полиэтиленполиамина.
12. Применение по п.11, в котором ацилирующий реагент включает полиизобутеновый заместитель, средняя молекулярная масса которого составляет от 650 до 1200, а полиамин в среднем содержит от 3 до 9 атомов азота.
13. Применение по п.1 или 2, в котором дизельная топливная композиция дополнительно включает соединение, дезактивирующее металлы.
