Abstract

산화 금속으로 코팅된 한 형성 기재 및 상기 산화 금속층 위에 있는 이산화 실리콘, 하나 이상의 또다른 수산화 금속 또는 산화 금속 수화물 및 하나 이상의 유기 커플링제를 포함하는 상부층을 주성분으로 하는 진주빛 안료.
또다른 수산화 금속 또는 산화 금속 수화물이 세륨, 알루미늄 또는 지르코늄으 수산화물 또는 산화 수화물, 또는 이들의 혼합물이다. 사용한 커플링제는 유기 작용성 실란, 지르코늄 알루미네이트 또는 금속산 에스테르이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 산화금속으로 코팅된 판 형성 기재, 및 상기 산화 금속층 위의 이산화 실리콘, 하나 이상의 또다른 수산화 금속 또는 산화금속 수화물 및 하나 이상의 유기 커플링제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 상부층을 주성분으로 하는 진주빛 안료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수산화 금속 또는 산화 금속 수화물이 제품, 알루미늄 및 지르코늄의 수산화물 또는 옥시수화물임을 특징으로 하는 진주빛 안료.
  3. 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 커플링제가 지르코늄 알루미네이트, 금속 산 에스테르 또는 유기작용성 실란임을 특징으로 하는 진주빛 안료.
  4. 산화 금속으로 코팅된 기재를 수중에 현탁시키고, 제1단계로, 6 내지 9범위의 pH에서 수용성 실리케이트를 가하여 규산을 부착시키고, 제2단계로, 3 내지 7 범위의 pH에서 하나 이상의 수용성 금속 염을 첨가하여 30 내지 100℃, 바람직하게는 40 내지 75℃로 가열한 후, 수산화 금속 또는 산화 금속 수화물을 부분적으로 부착시키고, 제3단계로, 하나 이상의 커플링제를 가하고 3 내지 4 범위의 pH에서 가수분해시키며, 최종적으로 제4단계로, 용액 중에 남아 있는 금속 일부를 4 내지 8.5범위의 pH에서 커플링제와 함께수산화물 또는 산화수화물을 부착시킨 후에, 상기 안료를 80 내지 160℃, 바람직하게는 120 내지 160℃에서 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는, 산화 금속으로 코팅된 판형성 기재 및 상기 산화 금속 층 위의 상부층을 주성분으로 하는 진주빛 안료의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수산화 금속 또는 산화 금속 수화물이 알루미늄, 세륨 또는 지르코늄의 수산화물 또는 옥시수화물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제4 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 커플링제가 지르코늄 알루미네이트, 금속 산 에스테르 또는 유기작용성 실란임을 특징으로 방법.
  7. 페인트, 플라스틱 및 코팅물을 착색하기 위한 제1 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 따른 진주빛 안료의 용도.
  8. 제1 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 따른 진주빛 안료로 착색한 페인트, 플라스틱 및 코팅물.
