- FcRn 결합영역을 포함하는 항체의 CDR의 하나 이상의 아미노산을 히스티딘으로 치환하거나 또는 하나 이상의 히스티딘을 삽입함으로써, pH 5.8에서의 항원 결합 활성과 pH 7.4에서의 항원 결합 활성의 비인 KD(pH 5.8)/KD(pH 7.4)의 값이 히스티딘 치환 또는 삽입 전과 비교하여 커지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 약물동태를 향상시키는 방법.
