Claims (23)

  1. Dispositif permettant de fixer des tuiles faîtières de section sensiblement arquée posées à sec dans la zone faîtière d'un toit, avec un dispositif à crochet (11) qui présente, à l'état monté, deux branches essentiellement verticales et trois branches essentiellement horizontales, les branches verticales (19, 32) et les branches horizontales (16, 22, 34) étant pliées en gradins, et la branche centrale (22) sensiblement horizontale possédant un trou (24) dans la région de la ligne de symétrie, caractérisé en ce que ledit trou présente, dans une zone périphérique, une fente (26), laquelle constitue un dispositif de blocage par cramponnage pour un fil de fixation (48) .
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les branches horizontales (16, 22, 34) sont en métal.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les branches sont en acier.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les branches sont en acier spécial.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les branches sont en un alliage d'aluminium résistant aux intempéries.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est, quant au matériau utilisé, formé par pliage à partir d'une même bande de tôle.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau utilisé pour le dispositif possède une section essentiellement rectangulaire uniforme.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est rigide à la flexion.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'acier spécial est résistant aux intempéries.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'acier spécial est un acier spécial blanc, non-revêtu.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'acier spécial a subi un traitement de surface sur au moins une partie de sa zone visible et/ou exposée aux intempéries.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de blocage par cramponnage est constitué par des bords découpés (27, 28) de la fente (26), lesquels présentent, à l'état monté, des arêtes vives vers le haut.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est possible de faire passer un fil métallique inséré dans le trou (24) à travers le dispositif de blocage par cramponnage en le tirant dans le sens de serrage mais, une fois le fil lâché, celui-ci est bloqué au niveau de sa circonférence par le dispositif de blocage par cramponnage.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fil de fixation (48) est, lui aussi, en acier.
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le fil de fixation (48) est un fil en acier spécial.
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, à l'état monté, le dispositif de blocage par cramponnage est constitué par des lèvres (27, 28) à arêtes vives, bombées vers le haut, formées par les bords découpés de la fente.
  17. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 16, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre du fil (48) est légèrement supérieur à la distance séparant l'une de l'autre les zones de blocage des lèvres (27, 28) formées par les bords découpés.
  18.
