Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for fixing dry-laid ridge tiles, ridge stones or the like with an approximately arcuate cross-section in the ridge region of a roof.
- document DE-A-3941216 discloses such a device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Dry laying of ridge tiles has many advantages, such as: B. the mortarless laying. As a result, it is not necessary to design a mortar bed.
- the ridge is practically always the highest area of a building with the resulting dangers, the poor accessibility in later time, etc.
- the dry laid ridge tiles / stones promote ventilation, prevent mold growth in the ridge area or the like. However, they must be pulled down according to the building regulations with an unrivaled force. For this purpose, one uses special traction elements, on the one hand in the coverage area pull down a tile and maintain this tension only if the distance between the top of the purlin and the point in the overlap area at the ridge tile according to the lengths of the tensile materials used.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a much better device with which you can easily achieve that the once applied tension is maintained even in wind and weather, the ridge tiles / bricks in a simple way even stronger and more durable pulls down and despite simple construction has no significant expense in terms of accuracy, stress on the roofer and is also very satisfactory in the aesthetic sense.
- a through hole is punched in the middle, which merges into a longitudinal slot 26 to the right.
- This longitudinal slot extends in accordance with the vertical, geometric center plane of the long leg 22, communicates with the otherwise circular through hole 24 and has at its two longitudinal edges upwardly curved, sharp-edged cutting edges, which are significantly less dependent on each other than the transverse dimension of the through hole 24 corresponds ,
- the two cutting edges 27, 28 have a smaller distance from each other than the through hole 24 is wide. Seen in the projection from above, the slot end 29 does not extend to the Aufgleitlippe 17, but ends in front of it.
- the cutting edges 27, 28 are bent outwardly higher in the area adjacent to the through-hole 24 than in the vicinity of the slot end 29. The cutting edges 27, 28 are closer to each other than the transverse dimension of the through hole 24th
- the long leg 22 continues a little further up to a 90 ° -Abwinklung 31.
- This upward 90 ° -Abwicklung 31 is followed by a vertical leg 32, which is so far flat.
- a fourth 90 ° -Abwinklung 33 is provided, which points to the right, wherein the sum of the two 90 ° -Abwinklept 31, 33 is not exactly 180 °, but slightly more, so that the upper, horizontal leg a little is inclined towards the long leg 22, so that here, too, a terminal space is created.
- the upper leg 34 has in its right end portion to the right edge open U-shaped recess 36, so that two fingers 37, 38 are formed, which have a distance from each other, which can spring for themselves and in their end a respective Aufgleitkuppel 39, 41st have, which has a few degrees upwards, so that a spring force can be applied easily after sliding.
- FIG. 4 shows the fold 43 to be covered, which runs in a substantially circular arc and merges with a step 44 into the outer skin of the ridge tile 42.
- the step 44 has a certain height, which is smaller than the upward length of the vertical leg 32.
- the fold 43 has in its apex portion 47 a recess 50 which is just so wide that they the long leg 22 of the clip 11th can accommodate the width. This is both a positioning and holding aid as well as a way to accommodate the long leg 22 of its thickness, so that the arcuate course of the fold 43 is practically not disturbed.
- the through hole 24 is aligned with a vertical radial hole in the fold 43, which has a diameter such that you can push through the stainless steel wire 48 from the roof-inside ridge area through a rebate 49 from bottom to top without having to aim unreasonably accurate.
- the rabble hole 49 is blown free with compressed air or the like in the manufacturing process.
- the stainless steel wire 48 is attached to a rafter and / or a batten similar to a storm clip and runs from there according to FIG. 4 to the top right, so from its inner attachment point to the fold 43 is straight and thus loaded only on train.
- the roofer grasps the wire by hand, pulls it up and out until the desired pulling force is reached, then bends in the upper region of the seam 49 the stainless steel wire 48 away from the ridge tile 42, then pulls a little, so that the stainless steel wire 48 is pulled into the longitudinal slot 26. He pulls him into the longitudinal slot 26, so that the outwardly and upwardly directed cutting 27 and 28 dig into the stainless steel wire 48, the force is introduced from there over a large area in the fold 43 and biases it down.
- the embodiment shows the stainless steel wire 48 in the longitudinal slot 26 bent in a U-shape, then extending above the long leg 22 and then bent around the leg 29 around down.
- FIG. 5 shows, but rather with vertically upwardly extending traction means
- the wire then does not need to be immovably held by cutting a cutting edge. Rather, it is then sufficient to use the edges of an oval through hole to hold the bent steel wire after his turn in a professional manner.
- the tension in the wire can also be generated during assembly. However, it is not necessary to plan the ridge purlin or partial lengths of ridge purlins and to obtain by such or similar measures a substantially equal draft in the stainless wires.
- the embodiment shows the stainless steel wire bent in the longitudinal slot 26 U-shaped, then extending above the long leg 22 and then bent around the leg 29 around down.
However, it is not necessary to plan the ridge purlin or partial lengths of ridge purlins in order to obtain by such or similar measures an insignificant equal train in the stainless wires.
- FIG. 5 shows the bracket that belongs to the previous ridge tile, and the just designed, fixed, mounted, etc., as described above, overlaps a nose 51 at the other end of the ridge tile 42.
- the upper horizontal leg 34 of the previously mounted bracket lies in a depression on the otherwise horizontal nose, wherein the respective Aufgleitkuppen 39, 41 are pressed upward and so springs up the upper horizontal leg 34 and presses with its spring force the nose down, so that the other end portion of the ridge tile 42 is also held down. Since two only narrow fingers rest analogously to the fingers 37, 38 and is separated from one another by the U-cutout 36, the contact pressure downwards is practically good.
- a recess is provided below the nose 51, which optionally receives the downwardly bent stainless steel wire and also the long leg 22, so that the lower fold 43 of the preceding ridge tile is not seated on the stainless steel wire of the preceding clamp or on its long leg 22.
- the invention also relates to ridge stones or other dry-ridge forming elements.
- the ridge tile shapes may also vary and the invention applied thereto without departing from the spirit of the invention.
- the material thickness of the stainless steel wire is 2 mm and that of the stainless steel clamp 1 mm.

Abstract
Description
Such dry laid ridge tiles / bricks must be held on the roof. So far, special designs have been developed that have ridge tiles / bricks held by storm clip-like wireforms. The state of the art can be seen for example from the "Lexicon of bricks" by Willi Bender, Bauerverlag GmbH. On the page 64 is under the keyword "ridge fan brick" the prior art shown and described. In the prior art, special ridge brackets are fastened on the one hand to the horizontal, uppermost purlin of the roof scaffolding and, on the other hand, to a fold of the ridge tile or ridge tile. The ridge tiles have, according to page 65 in part, an excessive rebate, in part a hidden seam or go smoothly without folding into each other. The ridge tile shapes are very diverse, such as straight, oblique, oblique with nose, saddle-shaped, profiled etc.
Dry laying of ridge tiles has many advantages, such as: B. the mortarless laying. As a result, it is not necessary to design a mortar bed. The ridge is practically always the highest area of a building with the resulting dangers, the poor accessibility in later time, etc. The dry laid ridge tiles / stones promote ventilation, prevent mold growth in the ridge area or the like. If this distance is not very accurate, then the train can become much too small, especially over time, and the ridge tile / stone no longer hold properly. This can not be seen from the outside, because you do not see the train, under what tension he is. To ensure that these clearance conditions are met, it is often necessary to plan the top of the purlin to size, which requires a great deal of effort.
But even if you use only part lengths of a purlin and aufständert this on a piece of wood, you have to do the necessary work.
So you need a lot of tools that can bring dangers and completion time loss with it.
If you do without the use of a ridge purlin or partial lengths of ridge purlins and storm clip-like wireforms, then you do not need a ridge purlin or the like, but you can then attach one end of the wireform to a rafter. However, it still requires means for zugspannungsmäßig sufficient holding down these Ridge elements. You could now use screws here or bend the wire of the storm clip, so that the bent areas can not be bent back, etc. But it is also not this first-time technology, because you still need tools or the like and above all very experienced Roofers, who also have the power in their fingers, wire-like over long periods of time Turn over the traction device. Because: if the resistance is small, then the kink bends immediately back again.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a much better device with which you can easily achieve that the once applied tension is maintained even in wind and weather, the ridge tiles / bricks in a simple way even stronger and more durable pulls down and despite simple construction has no significant expense in terms of accuracy, stress on the roofer and is also very satisfactory in the aesthetic sense.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the apparent from the indicated part of the main claim features.

The figure also shows how the top leg rests on a nose of the same fan ridge tile. From this figure one also sees that the design is very aesthetic and can basically be left that way.
- A
bracket 11 from everywhere the same thickness stainless steel is drawn in the mounting direction. It was manufactured with simple punching and bending devices. Thestainless steel strip 12 is the same width, so has 13, 14 which are perpendicular to the plane of theparallel edges stainless steel strip 12. Thebracket 11 has alower leg 16, which is bent in its left end region down to ashort Aufgleitlippe 17, which has no interruption in the longitudinal direction, ie the entire width of thestainless steel strip 12 occupies. The short lower leg goes to a 90 ° -Abwicklung 18, which is bent upward in a quarter circle in a short, verticalfront leg 19 on. This is flat and passes at its upper end in a second 90 ° -Abwinklung 21, which merges into along leg 22 and because of the two times 90 ° - 18, 21 runs to the left. Since the sum of the two 90 °Abwicklungen 18, 21 are less than 180 °, thewindings lower leg 16 extends a little towards the long, upper leg 22, so that a clampingspace 23 is formed above thelower leg 16.
In the
Left of the through

When the upper end portion has traversed both the

Below the
If in the present text almost exclusively of ridge tiles, i. H. burned ridge elements was spoken, so this is just for the sake of simplicity. Accordingly, the invention also relates to ridge stones or other dry-ridge forming elements. The ridge tile shapes may also vary and the invention applied thereto without departing from the spirit of the invention.
The material thickness of the stainless steel wire is 2 mm and that of the stainless steel clamp 1 mm. For the conventional attachment to the ridge purlin one uses an aluminum material with 1.5 mm material thickness.
