本实用新型公开了一种无油烟不锈铁锅。现有的铁锅在烹饪时，因锅体导热效果差，容易产生局部高温而产生油烟。本实用新型包括由铁制成的锅身，其特征在于锅身外表面的复底部设有一金属结合层，该金属结合层的外表面复合一高导热层。本实用新型的高导热层使锅体表面温度不会过高，不会有油烟产生，使菜肴更加符合健康要求。

本实用新型涉及炊具，尤其是一种无油烟不锈铁锅。
背景技术
铁锅是中国的传统炊具，它具有补铁的功效，对人体有益。现有的铁锅在烹饪时，因锅体导热效果差，容易产生局部高温而产生油烟。此外，如表面喷搪瓷、喷不粘涂料或喷金属层的铁锅，其将铁基材与食物进行隔离，从而达到防锈的功能，但失去了补铁的功效。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的问题是克服上述现有技术的缺陷，提供一种导热效果好的不锈铁锅，避免在烹饪时产生油烟。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下的技术方案：无油烟不锈铁锅，包括由铁制成的锅身，其特征在于锅身外表面的复底部设有一金属结合层，该金属结合层的外表面复合一高导热层。本实用新型在锅身外表面的需复底的区域涂敷一层金属结合层(如铝或不锈钢等金属材料)，使锅身在后工序的加热中不产生氧化，同时也增加了底部复合的牢度；高导热层使锅身在加热的时候能快速传递热量，从而使锅体表面温度不会过高，使油温不会达到烟点，不会有油烟产生，使菜肴更加符合健康要求。
所述的无油烟不锈铁锅，高导热层的外表面复合一导磁层，使该锅适合在电磁炉上使用。
所述的无油烟不锈铁锅，高导热层的厚度为2.5～10毫米，此厚度的高导热材料层的锅身在释放热量的时候同时也在积累热量，使锅体的热量达到动态平衡，表面温度也不会骤高骤低，使做出来的菜肴有嫩、脆、色泽好等特点。
本实用新型的另一目的是达到不锈、补铁的作用，采用的技术方案为锅身的表面覆有一氮化物复合层，其厚度为5～100微米。复合层有效提高了铁锅的抗腐蚀性能，防止了生锈；由于氮化物复合层中含有铁的成份，因此有补铁的作用，有益身体健康；其厚度为5～100微米，表面的硬度达到了500～750HV(维氏硬度)，适用于铁铲使用。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：高导热层使锅体表面温度不会过高，不会有油烟产生，使菜肴更加符合健康要求；锅身底部复合了导热及导磁层，使锅底的强度增加，防止了因热胀冷缩而产生鼓凸现象；金属结合层增加了导热及导磁层复合在底部上的牢度；有补铁的作用，有益身体健康。

具体实施方式
如图所示的无油烟不锈铁锅，其锅身1由铁基材制成，锅身1表面覆有一氮化物复合层(图中未表示)，该复合层的厚度控制在5～100微米，锅身1外表面需复底的区域涂敷一金属结合层2(在涂敷金属结合层时，锅身的复底区域处的氮化物复合层基本被处理掉)，该金属结合层2的外表面依次复合一高导热层3和一导磁层4，高导热层3的厚度控制在2.5～10毫米。

1、无油烟不锈铁锅，包括由铁制成的锅身(1)，其特征在于锅身(1)外表面的复底部设有一金属结合层(2)，该金属结合层(2)的外表面复合一高导热层(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的无油烟不锈铁锅，其特征在于所述高导热层(3)的外表面复合一导磁层(4)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的无油烟不锈铁锅，其特征在于所述高导热层(3)的厚度为2.5～10毫米。
4、根据权利要求3所述的无油烟不锈铁锅，其特征在于锅身(1)的表面覆有一氮化物复合层，其厚度为5～100微米。
