Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种制造锅的复合材料。现有的锅具均为单一材质制成，都存在各自的缺点。本实用新型提供了一种制造锅用的复合材料，它包括不锈钢层、铝层、铁层或不锈铁层。本实用新型为多个金属层的复合材料，融合了多种金属材质的优点，使其具有目前铁锅、铝锅及不锈钢锅三种锅的优点。

本实用新型涉及制造厨房用具的材料，具体地说是一种制造锅的复合材料。
背景技术
目前的炊具用锅有铁锅、铝锅及不锈钢锅。铁锅对人体有益，但保养不当容易被氧化、易生锈、使用寿命短；铝锅轻、导热快，但其容易磨损、保温性能差；不锈钢锅美观、经久耐用，但其导热性差、受热不均匀，容易产生粘锅、糊锅现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种制造锅的复合材料，其融合多种金属材质之优点，使用其制造的锅满足多功能的需求。
为此，本实用新型采用如下的技术方案：制造锅用的复合材料，其特征在于它包括不锈钢层、铝层、铁层或不锈铁层。铁层的外表面进行不锈处理后即成为不锈铁层，使其耐蚀耐磨；不锈钢层的外表面方便进行抛光或砂光处理。本实用新型为多个金属层的复合材料，融合了多种金属材质的优点，使其具有目前铁锅、铝锅及不锈钢锅三种锅的优点。
上述的制造锅的复合材料，其由三层金属层复合而成，由上至下依次为铁层、铝层、不锈钢层，利用该结构材料制成的锅可补充对人体有益的铁元素，导热性能好，且具有储能功能。
上述的制造锅的复合材料，其由四层金属层复合而成，分为三种结构：第一种，由上至下依次为不锈钢层、铝层、不锈铁层、铜层，其上表面方便进行抛光、砂光处理，利用该结构材料制成的锅导热性能好、高效节能、具有储能功能；第二种，由上至下依次为不锈钢层、铝层、不锈铁层、铝层，上表面方便进行抛光或砂光处理，利用该结构材料制成的锅耐用，具有储能功能，导热性能好；第三种，由上至下依次为不锈钢层、铝层、铜层、不锈铁层，利用该结构材料制成的锅具有第一种的性能外还可以在电磁炉上使用。
上述的铁层或不锈铁层厚度为0.1mm～1.5mm，铝层厚度为0.5mm～5mm，不锈钢层厚度为0.1mm～1.5mm，铜层厚度为0.1mm～1.0mm。在满足多功能需求的基础上，选择上述厚度来控制生产成本。
本实用新型集多金属材质之优点，利用其制成的锅具有目前铁锅、铝锅及不锈钢锅三者的优点，且克服了目前三种锅存在的缺陷。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示的制造锅的复合材料，其由三层金属层复合而成，由上至下依次为铁层1、铝层2、不锈钢层3，铁层的厚度范围为0.1mm～1.5mm，铝层的厚度范围为0.5mm～5mm，不锈钢层的厚度范围为0.1mm～1.5mm。
实施例2
如图2所示的制造锅的复合材料，其由四层金属层复合而成，由上至下依次为不锈钢层3、铝层2、不锈铁层4、铜层5，不锈铁层的厚度范围为0.1mm～1.5mm，铝层的厚度范围为0.5mm～5mm，不锈钢层的厚度范围为0.1mm～1.5mm，铜层的厚度范围为0.1mm～1.0mm。
实施例3
与实施例2的不同之处在于：实施例3采用铝层代替铜层。
实施例4
本实施例的复合材料由四层金属层复合而成，由上至下依次为不锈钢层、铝层、铜层、不锈铁层，各层的厚度范围与实施例2相同。

1、制造锅的复合材料，其特征在于它包括不锈钢层、铝层、铁层或不锈铁层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的制造锅的复合材料，其特征在于它由三层金属层复合而成，由上至下依次为铁层、铝层、不锈钢层。
3、根据权利要求1所述的制造锅的复合材料，其特征在于它由四层金属层复合而成，由上至下依次为不锈钢层、铝层、不锈铁层、铜层。
4、根据权利要求1所述的制造锅的复合材料，其特征在于它由四层金属层复合而成，由上至下依次为不锈钢层、铝层、不锈铁层、铝层。
5、根据权利要求1所述的制造锅的复合材料，其特征在于它由四层金属层复合而成，由上至下依次为不锈钢层、铝层、铜层、不锈铁层。
6、根据权利要求3或5所述的制造锅的复合材料，其特征在于所述铜层的厚度为0.1mm～1.0mm。
7、根据权利要求1所述的制造锅的复合材料，其特征在于所述铁层或不锈铁层的厚度为0.1mm～1.5mm，铝层的厚度为0.5mm～5mm，不锈钢层的厚度为0.1mm～1.5mm。
